Wheat stripe rust caused by Puccinia striiformis ***（Pst）,is one of the most serious economic losses in wheat production *** assess the effects of plant pathogens’ enemies on their host,which is potential for use the parasites in biological control strategies of plant pathogenic ***,we focus on a novel hyperparasitic fungus strain of this obligate bitrophic pathogen *** hyperparasitic was identified as Simplicillium obclavatum by molecular data and morphological features ***,this hyperparasite just affected the growth and development of the rust urediniospore,which caused the rust production ***,*** has the potential to be used as a biological control to fend off of Pst.
