The aims this study to know the reality of the role for Total Quality Management(TQM)to need of Algerian higher Education Institutions(AHEI)in apply the Total Quality Management(TQM)to promote the Comprehensive Development(CD),and this approach to enhance their roles in the comprehensive development,the efficiency of the training process,global changes and their needs to adopt a new educational policy in line with the global transformation competition,and the requirements of sustainable development,in this study was used a questionnaire composed of(75)items distributed on(08)areas,This is for confirmation the need to adopt philosophy of Total Quality Management(TQM)as a strategy imposed by the nature and the stage experienced for Algerian higher Education Institutions(AHEI),And deal with the nature of the changes and challenges imposed by certain factors such as Globalization and the knowledge revolution,through all this inevitably to apply the Total Quality Management(TQM)in our Algerian higher Education Institutions(AHEI).

An increasing number of higher education students face mental health difficulties, but the universities’ student support services (SSS) struggle to meet demand with limited resources. Web-based alternatives hold promise as a novel medium through which students could access support. Online interventions appear to be effective and may therefore provide a cost-effective alternative, relieving some of the burden on struggling SSS. This paper presents results from an explorative survey of 61 students questioned about their opinion of online support systems. The majority of students indicated that they would use such a system and that it should be interactive and personalized, focusing on time and money management, relaxation exercises, and building social skills. Future directions towards the development of such a system are discussed.

The travelling solitary wave solutions to the higher order Korteweg-de Vries equation are obtained by using tanh-polynomial method. The method is effective and concise, which is also applied to various partial differential equations to obtain traveling wave solutions. The numerical simulation of the solutions is given for completeness. Numerical results show that the tanh-polynomial method works quite well.

According to the characteristics of practical teaching of higher vocational basic courses, the connotation, types, goals and significance of practical teaching of higher vocational basic courses are discussed, and the teaching status of higher vocational basic courses is analyzed. The practical curriculum system is reverse engineering. According to the training objectives, the reverse design graduation requirements, establish the relationship between training objectives, graduation requirements and practical curriculum system;on the basis of the reverse design of the practical curriculum system, establish a new relationship between the practical curriculum system and the theoretical curriculum system Finally, according to the graduation requirements, the basic curriculum, professional basic courses and professional courses are reversed. Construct a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional practical teaching mode that combines theory with practice, takes practice teaching as the main body, and combines practice inside and outside the classroom.

China's prosperity lies in education, and education determines qualifications of citizens and state. However, current conditions of current higher education are quite worrying, and the question from the famous scientist Qian Xuesen makes people thinking deeply. One of the biggest challenges for organizations, cities and countries is waste management. Currently, 1.3 million tons of solid wastes are generated in the cities and by 2025 it is estimated that this volume will increase up to 2.2 billion tons. Considering this, it is clear that strategies for the reduction of waste generation are needed. In order to achieve this arduous and critic task changes in education, culture and public policy are required and one of the strategies that emerge as one of the most effective is the “zero waste” programs. This paper shows the foundation of a zero waste program based on previous and successful experiences in institutions of higher education. It presents the characterization and quantification of waste, as well as the valorization of it and potential environmental and economic benefits of the implementation of this kind of programs in higher education institutions. Results show that reduction and valorization of waste generation is possible in academic sectors while other outcomes emerge, such as the generation of human capital for the implementation of this kind of programs in different sectors of society and, in that way, contribute in the transition towards sustainable development.

The new revolution of science and technology impacts and overturns the original human production and lifestyle widely and profoundly with the Industry 4.0 as the engine, so that the social production and the people's lifestyle, behavioral habit and thinking mode can be changed and remodeled revolution. In the national educational system, the higher vocational colleges are firstly impacted by the Industry 4.0 most widely and profoundly, and this is due to the basic function and mission of the higher vocational education in China. Under the new situation, the higher vocational colleges in China should undertake the important responsibility to build, develop and cultivate professional qualified inter-disciplinary talents, change the original ideas, integrate the Industry 4.0 technology basic ideas, adapt to the new ecological, dock with the artificial intelligence and incubate new achievement, expand new routes in order to promote the healthy development of own adaptability.
