This paper analyzes rural revitalization under the goal of common prosperity.Firstly,on the basis of making clear what common prosperity is in the new era along with its connotation,the connotation of rural revitalization under the goal of common prosperity is systematically delved into six dimensions:subject,motivation,content,path,process,and goal.Secondly,the intrinsic relationship between common prosperity and rural revitalization is examined from the perspectives of rural revitalization,common prosperity,and development.Thirdly,grounded on theoretical analysis,this paper outlines strategic key points for rural revitalization under the goal of common prosperity upon applying designing principles to practice.

区域绿色物流是推进物流业绿色发展的重要元素，也是实现区域高质量发展和产业高级化的关键目标与突破口。运用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA)，以中国30个省(市)为研究对象，基于组态视角探究高质量发展视域下区域绿色物流的多重并发因果关系与多元实现路径。结果显示：高质量发展各要素对区域绿色物流的影响具有多重并发性与地域差异性。其中，激发高水平区域绿色物流的驱动路径包括四条三类，创新是关键驱动力量；导致非高水平区域绿色物流的制约路径有五条两类，创新与绿色发展的协同作用具有重要影响。因此，提高区域绿色物流水平应从技术、资金、人才等方面全方位提升物流创新能力，从资源、环境、生态等方面加强创新与绿色的多维度互动，从各地不同情况出发制定差异化提升政策。

As pointed out in the Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the next five years(2022-2027)will be crucial for beginning to build a modern socialist country in all respects.Firstly,the next five years will be a period of historical transition in the central task of the CPC.The central task of the CPC will be to realize the Second Centenary Goal of building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects.At this crucial stage for getting our efforts off to a good start,China should understand and pursue the Five-Sphere Integrated Plan to advance the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization.Secondly,the next five years will be a period of deep reform in which strategic opportunities,risks and challenges are concurrent.Alongside a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation well underway,the new principal contradiction facing Chinese society,a historical transition in the central task of the CPC,and a shift in the international balance of power,profound and complex changes are taking place in China's internal and external environment for development.Uncertainties and unforeseen factors are rising and must be dealt with appropriately.Thirdly,the next five years will be a key period of achieving China's overall development objectives for 2035.It is a paramount stage of meeting the 14th Five-Year Plan goals,formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan goals,and realizing Chinese modernization by 2035.China should uphold the CPC's overall leadership,follow the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,apply a people-centered development philosophy,remain committed to deepening reform and opening up,and carry forward our fighting spirit.Fourthly,the next five years will be a crucial period of accelerating the creation of a new pattern of development and pursuing high-quality development.Chinese modernization should be advanced through a series of strategic initiatives,such as building a high-s

党的二十大报告提出，“高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务”。高质量发展是“十四五”乃至更长时期中国经济社会发展的主题。出版传媒上市公司是中国出版业高质量发展的微观基础，也是出版业中国式现代化进程的实践者和见证者，把握和分析我国出版传媒上市公司既有的主业营收结构及多元化经营的实际效果，是促进出版传媒企业高质量发展的基本前提。文章选取我国依托出版发行集团上市的20家出版传媒上市公司2018年至2023年上半年财务数据，从业务结构、区域结构、内部结构、输出结构四个维度，探析出版传媒上市公司高质量发展的营收现状。在此基础上，从多元经营与主业坚守的双向角度分析出版传媒上市公司高质量发展面临的挑战与困境，并针对性地提出有效的突破方案和路径。

During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, China’s regional development strategies and policies have positively contributed to the economic transformation and upgrading in the eastern China, sound economic growth momentum in the central and western China, faster economic growth in old revolutionary areas, ethnic minority areas, border areas, and poor areas, and more coordinated development among regions. Despite its remarkable achievements, China’s coordinated regional development still faces problems such as unbalanced economic growth between the southern and northern China, great gaps in innovation capacity among regions, difficulties in ensuring equitable access to basic public services, and slow growth of Blue Economy. To pursue regional development in China, the most important task at present is to promote coordinated and high-quality regional development and create a new pattern that can help such development become better in terms of quality, efficiency, fairness, and sustainability. The shift from questing for coordinated regional development to high-quality coordinated regional development not only reflects the transformation of regional development concept but also adapts to the requirement for regional development transformation in today’s China. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, to promote high-quality coordinated regional development, China should continue to make overall planning for the four major regions and coordinate the development of belts and zones with the four major regions as the basis and the key belts and zones as the framework. It should continue to deepen and improve the “4 + X” master strategy for regional development and facilitate the formation of a national system for regional development strategies. It should further improve the governance system for China’s national space, with an emphasis on creating the main framework for the development of national space that consists of three horizontal axes and three vertical axes,stretches over the eastern, central and western regions, and

发展0～3岁婴幼儿照护服务被视为减轻父母育儿压力、提振生育意愿的重要手段。自2019年重启托育服务体系建设以来，我国普惠性托育服务取得快速发展，但是也存在托位总量不足和存量空置，入托需求大与送托行为少，家庭需求多样化与托育供给单一化，高质量托育期待与办托水平良莠不齐，托育师资存量不足与增量缓慢、流失严重等多重结构性矛盾。本文从优化顶层设计、丰富托育服务供给形式、建设托育服务人才队伍、提升政策透明度等四个方面提出政策建议，以期优化托育服务供给结构，促进我国0～3岁婴幼儿普惠性托育服务高质量、可持续化发展。

在加快建设体育强国进程中，梳理新版《体育法》竞技体育部分法条变化特征，探索新版《体育法》聚焦的竞技体育重点领域，对于法治保障竞技体育高质量发展具有重要意义。研究认为，新版《体育法》对于丰富竞技体育战略价值和目标定位，实现以人民为中心的发展思想，提升治理能力现代化水平，推进体育赛事行业自律，营造风清气正的行业环境具有重要意义；新版《体育法》竞技体育部分重点聚焦为国争光战略定位、中国特色职业体育改革、体校建设与优秀体育后备人才培养、运动员培养管理和权益保障、运动训练科学化、优秀人才等级制度、国家队选拔和组建、体育赛事活动分类管理、兴奋剂治理等重点领域。研究提出，健全竞技体育执法机制，构建多元主体协同参与的共治格局；构建竞技体育制度体系，加大重点领域关键环节法律保护；遵循竞技体育发展规律，提升体育法律法规的应变能力；做好竞技体育普法宣传，全面建设良法善治的竞技运动文化；严格规范公正文明执法，打造竞技体育法治服务保障新体系。

中国欠发达地区可持续减贫与绿色发展研究

In 2020, the decisive victory of building a moderately well-off society in all aspects means that absolute poverty in rural China has been completely eliminated. Consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and establishing a long-term mechanism to solve relative poverty have become key issues in high-quality development of underdeveloped areas. In this study, human-earth system is employed to analyze the element composition, structural organization and functional state of underdeveloped areas. The results show that poverty in underdeveloped areas stems from the lack of the coupling and coordinating mechanism among human, economic, resource and environmental elements, which is not conducive to transforming the ecological advantages into the advantages of regional development. In the antipoverty stage, underdeveloped areas innovate the human-earth coupling and coordinating mechanism through a series of targeted measures, promote the organic combination of poverty alleviation, ecological conservation and sustainable development, and boost the transformation of regional development and the increase of farmers’ incomes. Focusing on the 14 th Five-year Plan(2021–2025) and the long-term goal of 2035, governments in underdeveloped areas should make full use of the policy support to explore scientific methods of modern governance and sustainable development. In particular, it is necessary to practice the concept that "clear waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" and take the road of the ecologicalization of industry and the industrialization of ecology by establishing a policy system of "green land", "green people", "green industry" and "green right", thus building an endogenous growth mechanism of sustainable poverty alleviation and green development in China’s underdeveloped areas.

高职课程适应性不仅要从社会发展和技术变革的角度进行“适应”与“被适应”的解释和关切，还需要站在以学生为中心的价值取向、以服务社会主义建设的政治方向和以构建具有中国特色课程范式的内在需求层面进行更深刻的诠释和适切性调整，回应职业教育高质量发展和建设中国特色教育强国的时代要求。高职课程在建构范式、价值取向、高阶认知和情境学习等方面与新时代职业教育人本主义价值旨趣、国家人才战略要求、未来职业岗位人才需求存在一定程度的不适应，建议采取构建先进课程范式、有效衔接教育供求关系、科学识别学生学情、培养高阶认知技能、提升教师适应性专业知识和推行情境化课程改革等策略提升课程适应性。
