In this paper,we have reported a high-performance inverted planar perovskite solar cell(PSC)with doubledecked hole transport layer(HTL)sandwiched between the indium tin oxide(ITO)electrode and the perovskite photoactive layer.The double-decked HTL film is fabricated by coating inorganic vanadium oxide(V2Ox)layer and poly(3,4-ethylene dioxy-thiophene)–poly(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)layer.Inthisstudy,double-decked V2Ox/PEDOT:PSS HTL film can improve the optoelectronic properties of PSC device.It has been found that the double-decked V2Ox/PEDOT:PSS film plays a crucial role in enhancing charge transfer rate and suppressing electron–hole pair recombination.The valence of vanadium in the V2Ox has been changed by adjusting the molar ratio of V2O5 to H2O2.The PSC can reach its best performance when V2O5 and H2O2 react at a molar ratio of 1:60.In addition,the concentration of the V2Ox aqueous solution has also been changed to optimize performance of PSC.Hence,the device with double-decked V2Ox/PEDOT:PSS HTL film can increase the power conversion efficiency(PCE)to 15.86%,higher than that of reference device with PEDOT:PSS(13.56%).Besides,compared with reference device,our device has a better repeatability in the preparation process.

With the development of IPv6 networks, IP address lookup has been the bottleneck for high performance routers. In this paper, a two-level IPv6 lookup algorithm based on Hash and CAM is proposed on an analysis on the prefix length distribution of routing table and the growth trend of routing table entries. The prefixes whose length can be divided by 8 are stored in seven Hash RAMs in first level, the remaining prefixes, with their length cannot be divided by 8, will be stored into expanded RAMs in second level. Our proposed scheme was implemented with 8-stage pipeline design and was verified on Xilinx V6board. The experiments show that the algorithm has high efficient storage utilization, searching rate and updating rate. Furthermore, it is easy to be scalded in hardware.

Many hybrid electrodes for supercapacitors(SCs)are a reckless combination without proper structural design that keeps them from fulfilling their potential.Herein,we design a reduced graphene oxide/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/polyaniline(RGO/PEDOT/PANI)hybrid with hierarchical and porous structure for high-performance SCs,where components fully harness their advantages,forming an interconnected and conductive framework with substantial reactive sites.Thus,this hybrid achieves a high capacitance of 535 F g^−1 along with good rate capability and cyclability.The planar SC based on this hybrid deliver an energy density of 26.89 Wh kg^−1 at a power density of 800 W kg^−1.The linear SC developed via modifying a cotton yarn with the hybrid exhibits good flexibility and structural stability,which operates normally after arbitrary deformations.This work provides a beneficial reference for developing SCs.

An efficient data layout scheme for better I/O balancing in RAID-6 storage systems

Among redundant arrays of independent disks(RAID)-6 codes, maximum distance separable(MDS)based RAID-6 codes are popular because they have the optimal storage efficiency. Although vertical MDS codes exhibit better load balancing compared to horizontal MDS codes in partial stripes, an I/O unbalancing problem still exists in some vertical codes. To address this issue, we propose a novel efficient data layout, uniform P-code(UPC), to support highly balanced I/Os among P-coded disk arrays(i.e., PC). In UPC, the nonuniformly distributed information symbols in each parity chain of P-code are moved along their columns to other rows, thus enabling the parity chain to keep original parity relationships and tolerate double disk failures. The UPC scheme not only achieves optimal storage efficiency, computational complexity, and update complexity, but also supports better I/O balancing in the context of large-scale storage systems. We also conduct a performance study on reconstruction algorithms using an analytical model. Besides extensive theoretical analysis, comparative performance experiments are conducted by replaying real-world workloads under various configurations. Experimental results illustrate that our UPC scheme significantly outperforms the PC scheme in terms of average user response time. In particular, in the case of a 12-disk array, the UPC scheme can improve the access performance of the RAID-6 storage system by29.9% compared to the PC scheme.

Ionic gels can be potentially used in wearable devices owing to their high humidity resistance and non-volatility.However,the applicability of existing ionic gel pressure sensors is limited by their low sensitivity.Therefore,it is very import-ant to develop an ionic gel pressure sensor with high sensitivity and a wide pressure detection range without sacrificing mechan-ical stretchability and self-healing ability.Herein,we report an effective strategy for developing pressure sensors based on ion-ic gel composites consisting of high-molecular-weight polymers,ionic liquids,and Au nanoparticles.The resulting capacitive pressure sensors exhibit high pressure sensitivity,fast response,and excellent self-healing properties.The sensors composed of highly hydrophobic polymers and ionic liquids can be used to track underwater movements,demonstrating broad application prospects in human motion state monitoring and underwater mechanical operations.

A Pd-Cu catalyst, with primary B2-type phase, supported by VulcanXC-7R carbon was synthesized via a solvothermal method. The catalysts were physically and electrochemically characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）, trans- mission electron microscopy （TEM） and both cyclic and linear sweep voltammetry using a rotating disk electrode （RDE）. During the RDE testing, the half-wave potential of the Pd-Cu/Vulcan catalyst was 50 mV higher compared to that of commercial Pt/C catalyst for the oxygen reduction reaction （ORR） in alkaline media. The Pd-Cu/Vulcan exhibited a specific activity of 1.27 mA/cm2 and a mass activity of 0.59 A/mgpd at 0.9 V, which were 4 and 3 times greater than that of the commercial Pt/C catalyst, respectively. The Pd-Cu/Vulcan catalyst also showed higher in-situ alkaline exchange membrane fuel cell （AEMFC） performance, with operating power densities of 1100 MW/cm2 operating on H2/O2 and 700 MW/cm2 operating on H2/Air （CO2-free）, which were markedly higher than those of the commercial Pt/C. The Pd-Cu/ Vulcan catalyst also exhibited high stability during a short-term, in-situ AEMFC durability test, with only around 11% performance loss after 30 hours of operation, an improve- ment over most AEMFCs reported in the literature to date.

A homogeneous better-dispersed ultrathin nanosheets（ca. 5 nm） of cobalt-nickel layered double hydroxides（LDH） supported on nickel foam scaffold was synthesized using controllable electrodeposition approach for high efficiency electrode materials of new supercapacitor. The morphology and electrochemical performances of the samples can be controlled by adjusting the precursor ratio, i.e., Ni（OAc）2/Co（NO3）2 molar ratio in the electrodeposition approach. With the increase of this molar ratio, the electrochemical performances give a volcano trend. When the optimized molar ratio is 0.64/0.36, the hybrid delivered a high specific capacitance of 1587.5 F g-1 at a current density of 0.5 A g-1, with good rate capability（1155 F g-1 was retained even at 10 A g-1） and a robust recycle stability（remaining 91.5% after 1000 cycles at 5 A g-1）. The good performance could be attributed to the enlarged interlayer spacing, ultrathin nanosheets and synergistic effects between Co（OH）2 and Ni（OH）2. Furthermore, an asymmetric supercapacitor with a high energy density of 34.5 Wh kg-1 at 425 W kg-1 and excellent cycling stability of 85.4% after 5000 charge-discharge cycles at 2 A g-1 was fabricated. We believe that this fantabulous new electrode material would have encouraging applications in electrochemical energy storage and a wide readership.
