The evolution of oxide inclusions during isothermal heating of 18Cr–8Ni stainless steel with yttrium addition at temperatures of 1273 to 1573 K was investigated *** spherical Al–Y–Si(–Mn–Cr)oxide inclusions were observed in as-cast *** heating,most of the homogeneous inclusions were transformed into heterogeneous inclusions with Y-rich and Al-rich parts,even though some homogeneous oxide particles were still observed at 1273 and 1573 *** the increase in heating temperature,more large-sized inclusions were *** shape of the inclusions also changed from spherical to *** maximum transformation temperature of inclusions was determined to be 1373 *** evolution mechanism of inclusions during heating was proposed to be the combined effect of the(i)internal transformation of inclusions due to the crystallization of glassy oxide and(ii)interfacial reaction between inclusions and steel ***,the internal transformation of inclusions was considered to be the main factor at heating temperatures less than 1473 K.

In-situ consolidation forming of high-performance thermoplastic composites by Automated Fiber Placement(AFP)is of significant interest in *** the laying process,the heating temperature has a great influence on the quality of the formed components.A threedimensional heat transfer finite element model of Carbon Fiber(CF)/Polyether Ether Ketone(PEEK)heated by Slit Structure Nozzle Hot Gas Torch(SSNHGT)assisted AFP is *** influence of gas flow rate,heat transfer distance,and laying speed on heating temperature is *** results show that the overall temperature increases and then decreases as the gas flow rate *** the increase in heat transfer distance and laying speed,the overall temperature ***,the gas flow rate has the greatest influence on the temperature of CF/PEEK being heated,followed by the laying speed and finally the heat transfer ***,the model can also be extended to other fiber-reinforced polymer composites formed by hot gas torch assisted AFP,which can guide the optimization of process parameters for subsequent heating temperature control.

The effects of temperature （0-500°C） on the compressive strength,hardness,average relative density,and microstructure of Ti6Al4V powder green compacts prepared by magnetic pulse compaction were *** results show that with increasing heating temperature,the compressive strength first increases and then decreases with the maximum value of 976.74 MPa at 400°*** average relative density and hardness constantly increase,and their values reach 96.11% and HRA 69.8 at 500°C,*** increase of partial welding is found among the junctions of particles inside the compacts; there is no obvious grain growth inside the compacts within the temperature range.

The type-1aluminized（Al-10mass% Si）coating on hot stamped steel is used in commercial *** effect of temperature on microstructure and formability of the Al-10mass% Si coating was ***-dip aluminized 22MnB5 steel was heated at 870,900,930,and 1 050 ℃ for 5 *** heat treatment at different temperatures,the microstructure of Al-10mass% Si was characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive *** results show that when the Al-10mass% Si coating was heated at 870℃for 5min,three types of intermetallic phases were formed：two ternary Fe-Si-Al phases（Fe2SiAl7＋Fe2Si2Al5and Fe2SiAl2＋Fe2Si2Al5）and one binary Fe-Al phase（FeAl3）.The phases in the coating became Fe2SiAl2＋Fe2Si2Al5and FeAl3,the binary Fe-Al phase near the interface became Fe2Al5 and the Si-rich layers were decreased with the increase of heating *** the heat treatment was 1 050℃for 5min,the Si-rich layer disappeared,the coating consisted of FeAl and Fe3 Al,and the Kirkendall voids were *** the heating temperature was increased through 870,900,and 930℃,the coating hardness was reduced and cracks were formed in the coating after hot *** formability of the coating with temperature change was confirmed by a hot stamping *** heated at 1 050 ℃,the coating was formable but continuous Kirkendall voids were observed.

The impact of thermal remediation on soil function has drawn increasing *** far,as the most active fraction of soil organic matter,the evolution of dissolved organic matter(DOM)during the thermal remediation lacks in-depth investigation,especially for the temperatures value below 100℃.In this study,a series of soil thermal treatment experiments was conducted at 30,60,and 90℃ during a 90-d period,where soil DOM concentration increased with heating temperature and *** molecular weight,functional groups content and aromaticity of DOM all decreased during the thermal *** excitation-emission matrices(EEM)results suggested that humic acid-like substances transformed into fulvic acid-like substances(FIII/FV increased from 0.27 to 0.44)during the heating process,and five DOM components were further identified by *** change of DOM structures and components indicated the decline of DOM stability and hydrophilicity,and can potentially change the bioavailability and *** temperature also resulted in the decline of DOM complexation ability,which may be caused by the loss of binding sites due to the decrease of polar function groups,aromatic structures and hydrophilic *** study provides valuable information about the evolution of DOM during thermal remediation,which would potentially change the fate of metal ions and the effectiveness of the post-treatment technologies in the treated region.

The netlike eutectic carbide in twin roll casting strip of W9Cr4V2 was dissolved and broken up gradually with increasing heating temperature during annealing treatment. Almost all eutectic carbides exist in granular form with heating temperature up to 950 ℃. It is considered that the refining of lamellar spacing made it possible for eutectic carbide to be granulated.

In order to investigate the influencing factors of 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde （5-HMF） content in Schisandra, confirm the theory of 5-HMF deriving mainly from Schisandra processing course, and give some suggestions about the Schisandra processing method, the 5-HMF contents in decoctions of Schisandra under different heating temperature, decocting time, soaking time, processing methods and treatment with different solvents before decocting the Schisandra were measured by RP-HPLC method. The results showed that there is great difference of 5-HMF level in decoctions from differently processed Schisandra and unprocessed Schisandra; decocting time of 60 rain has some effects on 5-HMF level in decoctions and there is certain quantity 5-HMF in processed Schisandra itself and very little 5-HMF in unprocessed Schisandra. heating time, heating temperature and treating solvents all have effect on 5-HMF level in decoction of Schisandra. 5-HMF in Schisandra was mainly from processing course. Both long heating time and high heating temperature can increase 5-HMF level in Schisandra. The production of 5-HMF in Schisandra may have some relationships with some polar components, which can dissolve in water, ethanol and acetone, especially in ethanol. To control processing temperature, processing time and treatment with some solvent is very important for controlling 5-HMF level in Schisandra.

To study the effects of perceived control on human thermal sensation and thermal comfort in heated environments,a psychological experiment was *** total,24 subjects participated in an *** experiment consisted of two cases in which the indoor temperature was set at 18℃ with different cold radiation *** experiment lasted for 120 min and was divided into three phases,adaptation,without perceived control and perceived *** the second phase,the subjects were told in advance that the indoor temperature could not be *** the third phase,subjects were told that they could adjust the indoor temperature to meet their own thermal expectations,but the indoor temperature could not actually be *** results showed that the effect of perceived control on thermal sensation was related to the thermal *** people with strong expectations for a neutral environment,perceived control improved their thermal sensation by satisfying their thermal *** people with low thermal expectations,perceived control reduced their thermal tolerance to the environment,eventually leading to thermal *** new findings provide more supports for the importance of psychological effects and a reference for the personal control of heating temperatures.
