In this paper,an experiment system of wind-energy stirring heater has been designed and *** heating performance under the rotation speed of 300 r/min has been studied through changing stirring rotor’s layer number or using different working *** the help of CFD numerical simulation method,we studied the influence factors including temperature rise,total heat,heating power of each experimental group,and analyzed why these factors have such an *** results show:increasing the layer number of the stirring rotors can increase the motion intensity of working fluid and improve the heating effect;the quantity of effective working fluid in the rotor area can be increased significantly with the increasing of liquid level;the working liquid with high density,low viscosity,low specific heat capacity will be the ideal one.

An abnormal fluorescence intensity ratio （FIR） between two green emissions of Er3＋, at room temperature, which is larger than a normal value, emerged in many reported articles. However, up to now detailed work has seldom been done to clarify this abnormal phenomenon. In this paper, green upconversion luminescence of the β-NaLuF4：20%yb3＋,2%Er3＋ powder sample was investigated under 980 um excitation at different circumstances, different pump power densities and different temperatures as well as different air pressures. The corresponding local temperature calculated using FIR technique increased gradually with the enhancement of the pump power density. It was demonstrated that high pump power density of 980 nm laser led to the increase of local temperature of the luminescent material, which further gave the abnormal FIR.

In this study,direct numerical simulations were conducted to investigate the compressible flow around a circular cylinder near a heated wall at a Reynolds number(Re)of 500 and a Mach number(Ma)of *** heating ratio T^(*)ranging from 1.0 to 1.6 represents the different situations of a heated wall,whereas the gap ratio ranges from 0.3 to *** study analyzed the impact of heating effect and wall proximity on flow characteristics and aerodynamic *** results indicated that the stability of the flow was enhanced as the gap ratio decreased or the heating ratio *** the calculation of enstrophy,it was found that the strength of shedding vortices weakens with a decrease in gap ratio or an increase in heating ***,the mean drag coefficient decreases as the heating ratio increases or the gap ratio *** contrast,the mean lift coefficient initially decreases and then increases as the gap ratio ***,the drag reduction mechanism was analyzed by examining the pressure distribution on the surface of the cylinder.

Pore structure characteristics are significant factor in the evaluation of the physical characteristics of low-rank *** this study,three low-rank coal samples were collected from the Xishanyao Formation,Santanghu Basin,and low-temperature liquid-nitrogen adsorption(LP-N2A)measurements were taken under various pretreatment *** to the continuous loss of water and volatile matter in low-rank coal,the total pore volume assumes a three-step profile with knee temperatures of 150°C and 240°***,the ash in the coal can protect the coal *** collapse mainly occurs for mesopores with aperture smaller than 20 *** with apertures smaller than 5 nm exhibit a continuous decrease in pore volume,whereas the pore volume of mesopores with apertures ranging from 5 to 10 nm increases at lower pretreatment temperatures(heating effect,the pretreatment temperature should not exceed 150°C when the LP-N2A is used to evaluate the pore structure of low-rank coal to effectively evaluate the reservoir characteristics of low-rank coal.

The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau(QTP)possesses the largest areas of permafrost in the midand low latitude regions on the earth and many large lakes in the permafrost *** on a comprehensive investigation around certain typical lakes,this study found that although the presence of lakes formed different ranges of unfrozen zones in permafrost,the heating effect of lake water on surrounding permafrost is limited to a small *** temperature of permafrost around the lake is closely related to the distance to the lake and the ice content of the *** lakes are ice-rich permafrost zones and permafrost temperature in this area is significantly lower than that far away from the lake,which indicates that the existence of lakes in the QTP has special effect on the permafrost *** on the monitoring results,this study presents the typical distribution pattern of the permafrost around large lakes and discusses the reasons for the distribution *** to the huge area of lakes and the significant impact of lakes on permafrost distribution,it is suggested to re-estimate the total permafrost area and underground ice storage in the QTP.

大鼠睾丸每月重复接受43℃热处理(每次处理25分钟)。第一次加温后24小时,光学和电镜观察指出,生殖细胞对加热反应并非是一种特异性效应。电镜观察指出,所有发育期的生殖细胞的胞核均受损伤,但其他细胞器,如细胞膜和线粒体却很完整。本实验表明,加热原初损伤是细胞核,而不是胞质的膜系统。首次加温后24小时,具空泡化胞核的早期精细胞已有一个小顶体,而胞质的特征却相似于分裂的精母细胞。表明加热能引起精母细胞的核——质非同步发育,即加速胞核分裂和分化。每月一次,二次加温后182天,绝大多数精小管内无生殖细胞,但在一些部分恢复的精细管中,还发现空泡化的多核巨细胞,本结果表明,一些休止期精原细胞也受潜在损伤,并能生存相当长时间;一旦细胞进行分裂之后,就出现退行性交。

Preparation and characterization of ferromagnetic fluids modified by carboxyl PEG

To prepare and characterize the ferromagnetic fluid of Fe304 modified by carboxyl PEG （FF/carboxyl PEG） for hyperthermia of tumor, the magnetic nanoparticles （NPs） of Fe304 were prepared by chemical co-precipitation method, and then modified with carboxyl PEG. The iron content of FFs was determined by spectrophotometric method using o-phenanthroline. The stability of FF/carboxyl PEG was assessed by the sedimentation method. FF/carboxyl PEG was characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, transmission electron microscopy （TEM）, infrared spectrometry （IR） and vibrating sample magnetometer （VSM）. heating effect of FF/carboxyl PEG was measured in an alternating magnetic field in vitro. The stability of FF/carboxyl PEG was much better than that of unmodified ferromagnetic fluid. FF/carboxyl PEG was proved to be composed of Fe304 by both XRD and IR. TEM showed that the ferromagnetic particles were well-dispersed. The average particle size was calculated as 5 nm by XRD. The saturation magnetization and residual magnetization of FF/carboxyl PEG were 47.01 and 3.41 emu/g, respectively. The coercive force was 6.70e. The specific absorption rate （SAR） of the FF/carboxyl PEG was 63.0 W/g[Fe]. The FF/carboxyl PEG shows the promise for hyperthermia of tumor.
