Preventive online and offline health management intervention in polycystic ovary syndrome

BACKGROUND Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is characterized by hyperandrogenism, hyperinsulinemia, ovarian polycystic changes, and irregular ovulation, often occurring in women of childbearing age for whom it can be a cause of infertility. Hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis dysregulation is important in the pathogenesis of PCOS and the associated chronic excess of sex hormones can lead to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, and malignancies such as endometrial cancer, and breast cancer. At present, most scholars agree that lifestyle interventions in conjunction with drug treatment can help PCOS patients achieve their goals of successful pregnancy and childbirth.AIM To investigate the clinical effect of an online and offline(O2O) preventive health management model on PCOS with kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness.METHODS A total of 82 patients with PCOS of the kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness type who were admitted to Beijing Luhe Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from April 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with oral Diane-35 for 3 mo and received preventive O2O medical health management for 6 mo(including eating and living, exercise, drug management). The control group was treated with oral Diane-35 for 3 mo and completed outpatient health education. The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score, acne score, hair score, sex hormone level and clinical effects were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. RESULTS After treatment, the TCM syndrome score, acne score, and serum luteinizing hormone/follicle stimulating hormone level were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05). After 3 mo of treatment, the TCM syndrome curative effect index in the treatment group was 97.30% compared to 54.05% in the control group(P < 0.05), whereas the total treatment effect in the treatment group was 91.89%, compared to 54.05% in the control group(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION

Fault diagnosis plays a significant role in conducting condition-based maintenance and health management for gas turbines(GTs) to improve reliability and reduce costs. Various diagnosis methods developed by modeling engine systems or certain components implement faults detection and diagnosis based on the measurement of systemic parameters deviations. However, these conventional model-based methods are hindered by limitations of inability to handle the nonlinear nature, measurement uncertainty, fault coupling and other implementing problems. Recently, the development of artificial intelligence algorithms has provided an effective solution to the above problems, triggering broad researches for data-driven fault diagnosis methods with better accuracy,dynamic performance, and universality. This paper presents a systematic review of recently proposed intelligent fault diagnosis methods for GT engines, according to the classification of shallow learning methods, deep learning methods and hybrid intelligent methods. Moreover, the principle of typical algorithms, the evolution of enhanced methods, and the assessment of pros and cons are summarized to conclude the present status and look forward to the future in the field of GT fault diagnosis. Possible directions for development in method validation, information fusion, and interpretability of intelligent diagnosis methods are concluded in the end to provide insightful concepts for scholars in related fields.

BACKGROUND Epidemiological studies have found that the prevalence of chronic heart failure in China is 0.9%,the number of people affected is more than 4 million,and the 5-year survival rate is even lower than that of malignant tumors.AIM To determine the impact of WeChat platform-based health management on severe chronic heart failure patients’health and self-management efficacy.METHODS A total of 120 patients suffering from chronic heart failure with cardiac function grade III-IV,under the classification of the New York Heart Association,were admitted to our hospital in May 2017.In January 2020,they were divided into two groups:A control group(with routine nursing intervention)and an observation group(with WeChat platform-based health management intervention).Changes in cardiac function,6-min walking distance(6MWD),high-sensitivity cardiac troponin(hs-cTnT),and N-terminal pro B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)were detected in both groups.The Self-Care Ability Scale(ESCA)score,Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire score,and compliance score were used to evaluate self-management ability,quality of life,and compliance of the two groups.During a follow-up period of 12 mo,the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events in both the groups was counted.RESULTS The left ventricular ejection fraction,stroke output,and 6MWD increased,and the hs-cTnT and NT-proBNP decreased in both the groups,as compared to those before the intervention.Further,cardiac function during the 6MWD,hs-cTnT,and NT-proBNP improved significantly in the observation group after intervention(Phealth knowledge in the observation group were higher than those of the control group before intervention,and their ESCA scores were significantly improved after intervention(P<0.05).The Minnesota heart failure quality of life(LiHFe)scores of physical restriction,disease symptoms,psychological emotion,social relations,and other items were decreased compared to

Teaching strategies can be considered as techniques that are constructed to be used with the objective of promoting teaching and learning in the classroom, so that the teacher is considered a mentor, as he is the one who selects, analyzes, studies, organizes, builds and proposes the most classic tools to facilitate the learning process [1]. This study is an experience report related to the construction of an educational product that consists of the elaboration of pedagogical strategies, characterized by five didactic sequences in the perspective of collaborating with teaching-learning processes in lato sensu graduate courses. The themes that are part of the didactic sequences were built based on the results obtained in scientific research carried out during the development of the strict sensu postgraduate course in Teaching in health and Technology, which involved: the work of coordinators who work in the field of health management in Primary Care, situations that challenge the management of Primary Care and the potentialities of work in the management of Primary Care. The didactic sequences have fun teaching strategies that provide meaningful learning for a future qualified professional performance. These sequences involve the use of active methodologies and the use of digital tools. The educational product developed seeks to promote benefits that can collaborate with the improvement of Primary Care management and teaching-learning processes in the training of health professionals. Therefore, the pedagogical strategies, as well as its entire construction process, were developed through the collaboration of professors of the health and Society discipline at the State University of health Sciences of Alagoas (UNCISAL), seeking to make it qualify for effective construction of knowledge and that promote its wide use in the academic environment.

Breast cancer is defined as a chronic disease.Increasing amounts of attention have been paid to the healthmanagement of breast cancer survivors. An important issue ishow to find the most appropriate method of follow-up in orderto detect long-term complications of treatment, local recurrenceand distant metastasis and to administer appropriate treatmentto the survivors with recurrence in a timely fashion. Differentoncology organizations have published guidelines for followingup breast cancer survivors. However, there are few articles onthis issue in China. Using the published follow-up guidelines,we analyzed their main limitations and discussed the content,follow-up interval and economic benefits of following up breastcancer survivors in an effort to provide suggestions to physicians.Based on a large number of clinical trials, we discussed the roleof physical examination, mammography, liver echograph, chestradiography, bone scan and so on. We evaluated the effects ofthe above factors on detection of distant disease, survival time,improvement in quality of life and time to diagnosis of recurrence.The results of follow-up carried out by oncologists and primaryhealth care physicians were compared. We also analyzed thecorrelation factors for the cost of such follow-up. It appears thatfollow-up for breast cancer survivors can be carried out effectivelyby trained primary health care physicians. If anything unusualarises, the patients should be transferred to specialists.

Objective:To explore the effect of the application of health management in nursing on osteoarthropathy.Methods:Fifty patients with osteoarthropathy in our hospital were randomly selected and recruited for the current study from January 2018 to January 2020.They were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method.group A(25 cases)received routine nursing,while group B(25 cases)received health management in nursing on the basis of the treatment given to group A.Joint function index,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The index of joint function in group B was higher than that in group A,the quality of life in group B was higher than that in group A,and the nursing satisfaction in group B was higher than that in group A(Phealth management can effectively improve joint function and improve the quality of life.The effect is ideal and the method is worthy of wide application.

Objective:To study the effect of adding traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution identification to the health management of the elderly in Shuangzhao street of Xianyang city.Methods:A total of 142 elderly people were selected from January 2019 to January 2021 in this community and were divided into two groups which consists of 71 participants each.In the reference group,where health management is done based on the current routine of the health management measures of the community;on the other hand,the subjects of the experimental group incorporatesTCM Constitution identification to their health management routine.During the course of the experiment,the level of health awareness,the scores of physical indicators and quality of life,and the subjects’satisfaction with health management were compared between the two groups.Results:According to the statistical analysis of the experimental results,the level of health awareness of experimental subjects was 98.59%,while that of the reference group was only 76.06%,the difference between the two groups was significant and Phealth management.The satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.83%,while the satisfaction of the reference group was 80.28%,with a significant difference(Phealth management measures for the elderly can not only effectively improve the community elderly’s health knowledgeandact as a good disease prevention measure,but also can obviously improve the elderly’sphysical index and the quality of life.Besides,it also help build harmonious relations among residents of a community,and is worth popularizing among communities.

Due to the incurable characteristics of osteogenesis imperfecta,health management plays a crucial role for children in healthy growth,independent life and integrating into society.This paper summarizes three dimensions of "biology-psychology-society",which summarize the research progress for health management in children with osteogenesis imperfecta.In the dimension of biology,the management on diet and complications about children is relatively definite,but more experiments are still needed in order to find out the appropriate values for the using doses of bisphosphonate and treatment time.Additionally,there is a lack of tools to assess the painful degree in children and sports management methods with different types of children with osteogenesis imperfecta nowadays.In the dimension of psychology,it is found that children with osteogenesis imperfecta,their families and carers are all expected to maintain a good state of mind.In the social dimension,we have known the need of children and their families,but their supporting systems are still expected to be improved through practice.
