Genome Array on Differentially Expressed Genes of Skin Tissue in Cashmere Goat at Early Anagen of Cashmere growth cycle Using DNA Microarray

In order to study the molecular mechanism involved in cashmere regeneration, this study investigated the gene expression profile of skin tissue at various stages of the cashmere growth cycle and screen differentially expressed genes at proangen in 10 cashmere goats at 2 years of age using agilent sheep oligo microarray. Significance analysis of microarray （SAM） methods was used to identify the differentially expressed genes, Hierarchical clustering was performed to clarify these genes in association with different cashmere growth stages, and GO （Gene ontology） and the pathway analyses were con-ducted by a free web-based Molecular Annotation System3.0 （MAS 3.0）. Approximately 10200 probe sets were detected in skin tissue of 2-yr-old cashmere goat. After SAM analysis of the microarray data, totally 417 genes were shown to be differentially expressed at different cashmere growth stages, and 24 genes are significantly up-regulated （21） or down-regulated （3） at proangen concurrently compared to angen and telogen. Hierarchical clustering analysis clearly distinguished the differentially expressed genes of each stage. GO analysis indicated that these altered genes at proangen were predominantly involved in collagen fibril organization, integrin-mediated signaling pathway, cell-matrix adhesion, cell adhesion, transforming growth factor-β （TGF-β） receptor signaling pathway, regulation of cell growth. Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes （KEGG） analysis showed that the significant pathways involved mainly included focal adhesion and extracellular matrixc （ECM）-receptor interaction. Some important genes involved in these biological processes, such as COL1A1, COL1A2, COL3A1, SPARC, CYR61 and CTGF, were related to tissue remolding and repairing and detected by more than one probe with similar expression trends at different stages of cashmere growth cycle. The different expression of these genes may contribute to understanding the molecular mechanism of cashmere regeneration.

On the basis of the work of Goodwin and Lorenz,we considered an extended Goodwin-Lorenz growth cycle model in this *** intro- ducing a delaying kernel function and changing the crucial parametric values,three and more dimensional economic dynamical systems can be derived from the Goodwin-Lorenz *** focus to detect the Hopf bifurcation by us-ing the Liu’s criterion at the positive equilibrium in the three-dimensional *** numerical results are given to assist the theoretic results.

Several oilseed and vegetable crops of Brassica are biennials that require a prolonged winter cold for flowering,a process called vernalization. FLOWERING LOCUS C(FLC) is a central repressor of flowering. Here,we report that the overexpression of natural antisense transcripts(NATs) of Brassica rapa FLC(Br FLC) greatly shortens plant growth cycles. In rapid-,medium-and slow-cycling crop types,there are four copies of the BrFLC genes,which show extensive variation in sequences and expression levels. In Bre,a biennial crop type that requires vernalization,five NATs derived from the BrFLC2 locus are rapidly induced under cold conditions,while all four BrFLC genes are gradually down-regulated. The transgenic Bre lines overexpressing a long NAT of BrFLC2 do not require vernalization,resulting in a gradient of shortened growth cycles. Among them,a subset of lines both flower and set seeds as early as Yellow sarson,an annual crop type in which all four BrFLC genes have nonsense mutations and are non-functional in flowering repression. Our results demonstrate that the growth cycles of biennial crops of Brassica can be altered by changing the expression levels of BrFLC2 NATs. Thus,BrFLC2 NATs and their transgenic lines are useful for the genetic manipulation of crop growth cycles.

Based on the Keynesian IS curve and MS-TVTP model,this paper studies the phase operating characteristics and driving mechanism of Chinese business growth cycle fluctuation by specifying output gap series through coincident composite index and estimating expectation variable through state space *** results are that the influences of output gap expectation on business growth cycle are positive and the effects of real interest rate are *** of them exert asymmetric features in different *** estimation results of smoothed probability and transition probability show that the financial and investment composite indexes are the significant driving factors of business growth cycle switch among different *** to promoting economic growth,the monetary policy plays a more effective role in decelerating the growth *** the speed of investment’s influence during the economic downturn phase is rapid,the lag of its effects is lengthened due to the investment cycle and capital *** reform dividend through stabilizing expectation and reducing the fluctuation of business cycle by employing the macro prudent government are important ways to maintain the steady growth of Chinese economy.

旅游经济的稳定增长是影响区域旅游经济增长质量的关键因素，也是区域旅游经济发展质量和水平的重要标志。文章采用增长率法对中国旅游经济增长进行了测度，并对2014年至2016年中国的旅游经济的稳定性进行了预测。研究发现，中国旅游经济增长整体上呈现出典型的周期性，平均持续时间3—4年，属于典型的短周期，并且周期持续的时间趋短，说明中国旅游经济已经走过了大起大伏的阶段，旅游经济增长的稳定性日益增强，正在形成抵御外部风险和冲击的稳定机制。
