Research on Pisha-sandstone's anti-erodibility based on grey multi-level comprehensive evaluation method

After a comprehensive analysis for the influential factors like anti-erodibility chemical constitutes, mineral components and micro-structure characteristics of the Pisha-sandstone, and by combining AHP and grey correlation analysis, the anti-erodibility quantitative comparison for 5 types of Pisha-sandstones in Ordos is made on the basis of the grey multi-layer comprehensive assessment mode. The result shows that, from the anti-erodibility point of view, the order of those types is: Pink sandstone, celadon sandstone, purple sandstone, grey sandstone and commixed sandstone. For the evaluation process adopts a simple method, a direct, reasonable and practical result is given, which is also identical to the result of the field survey on soil and rock erosion problems. Consequently, the research on the Pisha-sandstone's anti-erodibility issue is turned from the qualitative description process to the quantitative evaluation stage.

The market development and policy matching of existing building energy-saving retrofits determine the effectiveness of policies in promoting the operation of existing building energy-saving retrofit *** on the perspective of market development to evaluate the effectiveness of existing building energy-saving transformation policy,it is necessary to clarify the basic connotation of the effectiveness of existing building energy-saving transformation policy,systematically analyze the evaluation content,construct a multi-level evaluation index system,and select scientific and effective quantitative evaluation methods to implement a strict evaluation process.

A comprehensive evaluation of Policy Effectiveness for Energy Efficiency in Existing Buildings

The healthy and stable development of energy ef ficiencies in existing buildings cannot be separated from effective policy operation, and evaluating policy effectiveness contributes to scienti fically-sound government decision-making. This paper creates an evaluation index system and a grey comprehensive evaluation model for policy effectiveness for energy ef ficiency in existing buildings using three dimensions: 1) the effect of the policy itself; 2)the administrative effect of the policy; and 3) policy implementation effects. It chooses the government's subsidy policy and preferential tax policy at market cultivation stage for its empirical comparative *** evaluation indicates that the former is more ***, it puts forward policy development suggestions from the perspective of: 1) clarifying incentive object;2) broadening incentive scope; 3) increasing incentive intensity; and 4) innovating incentive mode.
