National and international programs dealing with spatial data infrastructures(SDI)made it possible to compile a uniform digital base and a universal toolkit for the integrated description of territories on global to national *** information systems(AIS)are considered to be an integrating tool for diverse information resources(modelling,visualisation and analysis),as well as for the elaboration of various scenarios and the possible development of alternatives for such complex systems as those of *** there is an increased use of digital maps at spatial data infrastructures all aspects related to geographical names are of particular importance in this application of AIS to *** is important to realise a toponymic project,dealing with place-names and their variants depending on the language and time period when a specific place-name was *** layer of geographical names is considered to be one of the three most important data components of AIS.

晚清是近代中国边疆政治地理发生巨大变动的转折时期。随着边疆危机日趋深重，晚清时人逐步意识到慎重命名地理名称的重要性。川藏交界区域地理名称的生成、运用，经历了“炉边”、“川疆”、“川边”等名称混用，以“川边”为过渡性名称，到弃用“川边”、强调“西康”名称的过程。地理名称的变更与晚清川藏边务密切相关，特别是对“边”、“藏”界域之争的有力回应。探讨边疆地理名称多歧性、竞争性，则是本文将历史地理学研究与概念史方法相结合的一种尝试。

The system of toponymy of the Amur region names of many rivers are associated with the concepts of "he - water" or " shui - river".Large river in Chinese language is called as "jiang",in Manchu language as "ula",average size river in Chinese as "he" and "shui",in Manchu language as "bira",in Evenki language "bira" meaning river(Birand river in the Amur region,Big and Small Bira,Beer,Salda Bira,Bureya,Berea,Bira)."Map, which represents the inventions of Russian navigators in the northern part of America with another places in different years" by the Imperial Academy of Sciences in 1774 Bureya River recorded as *** of emperor Qianlong Nyman Bira translated from the Manchu language "Nyman" as a big wild animal like moose,meaning "the river,where moose live." *** in "The Tale of the great river Amur,which delimited Russian settlement with the Chinese" wrote:"from the confluence of the Shilka and Argun and the formation of the Amur River:- the third river is Bistraya(the correct name is Nyuman)" In 1765,the Manchu commissioners examined the boundaries and reported about Nyuman. When the Russians signed the Treaty of Aigun(1858),the river appeared as *** is the result of distortion of "bira" in Berea,and then Berea in Bureya,after that became *** descriptions of river became a kind of the geographical *** as "Descriptions of the names of people and rivers,where people live,according description of Ivashko Moskvitina" - "the Tungus say about Omut river,and the river is big" first recorded Amgun *** comes from the Evenki toponym "amnga" meaning "the mouth of the river." Xinggunhe(兴衮河) of Atlas of Kangxi indicated with this *** reseachers reported about local tributes whose name appeared to place *** mentioned evenki tribute - ulyagiri(names of rivers - Ulyagir, Ulyagirkan,Uligir,Ulagir,Middle Ulyagir,Nignii Ulyagir).
