This paper considers a continuous inspection points location-allocation-path planning problem with unknown number of the points. A new hybrid algorithm combining modified genetic algorithm and Ant Colony Optimization is proposed. The modified genetic algorithm introduces the Potential Field heuristic information to get better location while the Ant Colony Optimization is used to solve the path planning problem. The simulation results show the better performance of the proposed algorithm compared with the traditional genetic algorithm.

Wastewater treatment is a complicated biochemical process with nonlinearity and *** mathematical model is difficult to *** order to optimize the process control and reduce the power energy consumption,parameters such as Chemical Oxygen Demand （COD） should be accurately predicted.A novel least square support vector machine model is presented to predict the effluent COD in this paper.A multi-scale chaos search algorithm was proposed to optimize the model parameters,and the genetic algorithm was combined to accelerate the search *** results show that the proposed method has higher precision,greater generalization ability and less *** prediction MSE was reduced from 21.43 by ANN to 6.83 by the proposed method.

Quay crane scheduling and yard truck scheduling are two highly interrelated important sub-problems in container terminal *** increase the efficiency,it is necessary to solve these two sub-problems in an integrated *** dual-strategies are adopted to increase the utilization rate of resources and reduce the empty running rate of yard *** paper proposed a mixed integer programming model using dual-strategies to solve quay crane scheduling and yard truck scheduling *** this model,outbound and inbound containers,container precedence,quay crane interference,and quay crane safety margin are *** to the intractability,genetic algorithm is designed to obtain near-optimal solutions.

This paper describes a vacuum-compatible air bearing designed with a cascaded exhaust scheme to minimize the leakage of air in a vacuum environment. The design of the air bearing, including the differential exhaust system, required great care because several design parameters, such as the number of exhaust stages, diameter and length of the exhaust tube, pumping speed and ultimate pressure of the vacuum pump, and seal length and gap (or bearing clearance) greatly influenced the leakage of air and thus the degree of vacuum. A leakage analysis was performed to estimate the chamber pressure and an optimization method based on the genetic algorithm was proposed under several constraint conditions. The results showed that the degree of vacuum improved dramatically compared to the initial design, and that the distribution of the spatial design parameters and technical limit of the pumping speed was well achieved.

With lithium-ion batteries are more and more widely used in transportation, the estimation of battery state-of-health（SOH） is of great significance in the safe and reliable operation of battery management system and the reduction of maintenance cost. Based on the analysis of the traditional particle filter algorithm, the genetic factor of genetic algorithm（GA）is introduced into the particle filter and improved by adaptive mutation. In order to predict the SOH of lithium-ion battery, the health index（HI） is extracted from the measurable parameters of lithium-ion battery. The mapping model between HI index and SOH is established and applied to the observation of state space model. In this paper, a battery SOH estimation method based on improved particle filter algorithm is proposed. The experimental results show that the proposed method is superior to the traditional particle filter（PF） algorithm and has good accuracy in estimating the degradation process of lithium-ion batteries.

In order to reduce the energy consumption of the automated container terminal,based on the operation of the container in the yard,this paper used the travel distance of the automatic rail crane to represent the energy consumption problem to study the problem of container *** the premise that the operating time of inbound container was known,this paper took the number of pressurized containers as a limiting condition,and established the allocation model of the storage space to minimize the travel distance of the automatic rail *** that the model had a large calculation scale and was an NPhard problem,a genetic algorithm was used to solve *** analysis results show that the model and algorithm can effectively reduce the travel distance of the automatic rail crane by 17.02% under the premise of controlling the number of pressure boxes.

Due to the limited number of sensors in the aeroengine, the estimation of performance degradation of the engine is inaccurate. In this paper, an improved on-board adaptive model with contracted Kalman filter is proposed. This is accomplished by constructing a transformation matrix to reduce the dimension of the health parameter vector, and taking the estimated deviation of the simplified Kalman filter as the goal of minimization, and using genetic algorithm and deep learning models to build more accurate health parameters to reflect the engine performance. Use the inverse transform to obtain the original health parameters. The simulation results show that the improved on-board adaptive model established in this paper can still estimate the health parameters with high accuracy when the measured parameter dimension is less than the health parameter dimension,and the accuracy of improved on-board adaptive model is very high.
