Gonghe Basin belongs to arid and semi-arid climatic zone, where water resource is relatively scarce and desertification is serious, so it is necessary to find out water resources carrying capacity. By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the assessment on water resources carrying capacity in Gonghe Basin was conducted: Water resource carrying capacity of Gonghe County is less, while that of Guinan County and Chaka Town of Wulan County are greater; water resources of Gonghe Basin could sustain cultivated land of 652.6 thousand acres and grassland of 2 368.6 thousand acres respectively in 2020, water resources of Gonghe Basin could sustain cultivated land of 948.2 thousand acres and grassland of 2 247.6 thousand acres respectively in 2030.

This paper firstly introduced the degree of livability of a city from the social civilization,economic affluence,environmental beauty,resource carrying capacity,and life convenience. Based on the principle of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,it analyzed the connection between influencing factors,and established a comprehensive evaluation model for calculation of the livability index of a city. Finally,it obtained the relative livability of each city and the ranking of livability of each city.

fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to develop a standard model to analyze and evaluate nearness degree of water environment quality at breeding area of Shuidong Bay in China.Results showed that certain environment contamination factors in some areas seriously exceeded the standard value and led to the whole water quality at the third class level.The measurements should be taken to promote the sustainable development of breeding area in Shuidong Bay.

Photovoltaic(PV)windows have received more and more attention in recent years since their active energy-saving advantages.Considering the surface covered with solar cell modules,the indoor daylight environment of PV windows is obviously different with clear glass windows.However,despite many scholars have studied the indoor daylight environment of PV windows,there few investigations study it from the perspective of human subjective visual perception.In this paper,the indoor daylight environment and human visual comfort of building with Cadmium Telluride Photovoltaic(CdTe-PV)window were investigated.Firstly,the parameters of indoor daylight environment and subjective questionnaires in rooms with CdTe-PV window and clear glass window were analyzed respectively.On the basis of this,combined with indoor working surface illuminance and results of subjective questionnaires,the daylight illuminance threshold of human visual comfort was investigated by the method of Mean Bias Degree(MBD).Finally,an evaluation model for indoor daylight environment of buildings with CdTe-PV window was developed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results showed that the working surface illuminance of CdTe-PV window was lower than that of clear glass room,the CCT of different windows room had a minor gap and the CdTe-PV window room was closer to the recommended range that was 3300-5000K.As for CRI,both the CdTe-PV window room and the clear glass room could meet the visual comfort requirements of office staff.Furthermore,it was found that the requirement of human visual comfort was met when indoor working surface illuminance varies between 500-2200lx in the room with CdTe-PV window.At last,according to the comprehensive evaluation model proposed in this paper,it was found that the indoor daylight environment of buildings with CdTe-PV window was excellent in the present experiment.

＜正＞Equipment maintenance outsourcing is one of the most important forms of enterprise resource outsourcing. The evaluation and selection of equipment maintenance service is one of the important problems that enterprises are faced with while wrapping up the equipment maintenance outside. The characteristics of equipment maintenance service are often portrayed by a lot of factors. It is a multi-objective decision problem essentially. This text constructed evaluation index system of equipment maintenance service, used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to queue and select the superior. The result can be regarded as important basis when the policymakers select the equipment maintenance service.

Under the background of whole-region tourism,heritage is utilized in a more diversified and various way.With the continuous deepening of the experience economy,the integration of various technical means such as VR and AR,and the construction of Internet platforms,it is more necessary to integrate various utilization methods,so that tourists can get more humanized and personalized experience in addition to traditional displays,and more intuitively feel the space,history,allusions,handicrafts and other aspects of Chinese heritage,showing the charm of Chinese traditional culture.In this paper,based on literature analysis,the utilization methods of heritage were sorted out,and the survey questionnaires were analyzed by analytic hierarchy process (AHP).A model was established to obtain the weight of various utilization methods,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to conduct empirical research with the Summer Palace as an example.It is concluded that in the future utilization of heritage,on the basis of heritage protection as much as possible,combining traditional festivals,special themes,etc.to carry out various forms of activity and experience utilization will more effectively improve the satisfaction of tourists and achieve the purpose of inheriting culture.

Steering control of a capsule robot in curve environment by magnetic navigation is not yet solved completely.A petal-shaped capsule robot with less steering resistance based on multiple wedge effects is presented,and an optimization method with two processes for determining the orientation of a pre-applied universal magnetic spin vector is proposed.To realize quick and non-contact steering swimming,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for optimizing the steering driving angle is presented based on two evaluation indexes including the average steering speed and the average steering trajectory deviation,achieving the initial optimal orientation of a universal magnetic spin vector.To further reduce robotic magnetic vibration,a main target method for optimizing its final orientation,which is used for fine adjustment,is employed under the constrains of the magnetic moments.Swimming experimental results in curve pipe verified the effectiveness of the optimization method,which can be effectively used to realize non-contact steering swimming of the petal-shaped robot and reduce its vibration.

Integrating multisource RS data and GIS techniques to assist the evaluation of resource-environment carrying capacity in karst mountainous area

The karst mountainous area is an ecologically fragile region with prominent humanland contradictions.The resource-environment carrying capacity(RECC)of this region needs to be further clarified.The development of remote sensing(RS)and geographic information system(GIS)provides data sources and processing platform for RECC monitoring.This study analyzed and established the evaluation index system of RECC by considering particularity in the karst mountainous area of Southwest China;processed multisource RS data(Sentinel-2,Aster-DEM and Landsat-8)to extract the spatial distributions of nine key indexes by GIS techniques(information classification,overlay analysis and raster calculation);proposed the methods of index integration and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the RECC by GIS;and took a typical area,Guangnan County in Yunnan Province of China,as an experimental area to explore the effectiveness of the indexes and methods.The results showed that:(1)The important indexes affecting the RECC of karst mountainous area are water resources,tourism resources,position resources,geographical environment and soil erosion environment.(2)Data on cultivated land,construction land,minerals,transportation,water conservancy,ecosystem services,topography,soil erosion and rocky desertification can be obtained from RS data.GIS techniques integrate the information into the RECC results.The data extraction and processing methods are feasible on evaluating RECC.(3)The RECC of Guangnan County was in the mid-carrying level in 2018.The midcarrying and low-carrying levels were the main types,accounting for more than 80.00%of the total study area.The areas with high carrying capacity were mainly distributed in the northern regions of the northwest-southeast line of the county,and other areas have a low carrying capacity comparatively.The coordination between regional resource-environment status and socioeconomic development is the key to improve RECC.This study explores the evaluation index system of RECC in karst mountainous area and the
