This paper mainly establishes a multilevel fuzzy evaluation model, and takes Wuhu City as an example to evaluate the talent attraction level. Based on this, combined with the cluster model, the five cities in Wuhu City and Anhui Province are clustered and analyzed to compare the talent attraction. The advantages and disadvantages of all aspects of the level, while short-term forecast of the trend of the future talent attraction level of Wuhu City. The results show that Wuhu City has a good level of talent attraction. It is in the middle and upper reaches of the city compared with Hefei and other cities. Under the government’s policy of actively implementing innovative industry reform, the level of talent attraction will show a growing trend in the future.

because online shopping is virtual,consumers has some concerns on the risk of online *** product reviews have a significant reference value for potential consumers to purchase goods and select enterprise as consumers’ shopping experience and use experience illustration,meanwhile as an important word of mouth way to the product reliability and business reputation,it can reduce the shopping risk of *** on the fact,the paper use the text mining approach to extract attribute and analyze emotional tendencies for product reviews of chinese,then establish satisfaction evaluation system of Jingdong Mall,and finally use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the consumer Jingdong Mall satisfaction degree,it is advantageous to improve the operational deficiencies and it provides an important reference to the implementation of online marketing strategies.

The arrival of the "5G" era has greatly promoted the development of drones in the express delivery *** drones can be fully integrated into the express delivery industry is a matter of *** on fuzzy mathematics theory,this paper mainly uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to propose a new,quantitative evaluation method for the stability of the UAV during the climb *** the process of fuzzy evaluation,the design of weights is an extremely important *** paper combines the analytic hierarchy process with larger subjective components and the entropy weight method with larger obj ective *** weight is realized by the minimum relative information entropy theory Design *** experimental results show that the stability evaluation algorithm designed in this paper has high accuracy and is consistent with obj ective facts,which can play a more profound role in promoting the development of the express delivery industry.

A risk analysis approach formed by the combination of the qualitative and quantitative methods,which can overcome the defects of a single assessment method,is designed on the basis of introducing as well as analyzing ISO 27001 *** the specific applications,Variable Precision Rough Set （VPRS） and Analytical Hierarchy Proceed （AHP） are used to determine the index and expert weight to reduce the influence of subjective factors in some degree,group decision-making theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method making the results of the assessment more accurate and more objective are used to calculate the risk ***,it verifies the correctness of the algorithm by analyzing results of the information systems,and the results conform to the facts.

All the countries pay more attention toward the low carbon constraint mechanism,and the energy intensity evaluation is the key step to develop with low *** relational theory is introduced into the traditional fuzzy evaluation method,to improve the membership confirmation of the model,and the new fuzzy evaluation model is constructed,and evaluation procedure is proposed,so as to improve the traditional *** study on energy intensity of three stages in Tianjin is made based on the improved fuzzy evaluation model,which has shown the new method can make energy intensity evaluation more objective,and the new method is more scientific and applicable.

The critical condition evaluation of BT mode is adopted to balance rights and benefits between government and investor. This paper aims to describe and analyze repurchasing radix design, yield design, and repurchasing mode design. Apply the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to set the evaluation model, which includes 8 evaluable factors reflected in the evaluation, and do the preliminary empirical research of the model and get the primary weighing of the 8 factors through the empirical research. By calculating and analyzing, the model truly reflects the interest relation between the government and the investor. Using this model, theoretical foundation to BT mode decision-negotiation is offered.

In order to analysis the impact of ship state on the navigational safety,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on fault tree of ship safety state is to be present in this *** fault tree of ship navigation state to be established using the software named Easydraw,after analyzing systematically influence factors of ship safety navigation,and the structure important degree of the basic event is calculated based on the fault tree,which made the main factors influencing the ship navigation safety clear..With the analyzing results of the navigation state fault tree,several important factors such as speed,channel and visibility,to be regard as the main correlation factor evaluating ship safety state,and the mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on ship safety state to be *** experiment is conducted in the YouShui river,the relevant parameters is obtained,using the GPS navigation system on board,and the navigation state is to be analyzed and evaluated by the mathematical *** evaluation results shows that the evaluation model applied to the ship safety state is reliable and effective.

＜正＞ A new method for Web users fuzzy clustering based on analysis of user interest characteristic is proposed in this article. The method first defines page fuzzy categories according to the links on the index page of the site, then computes fuzzy degree of cross page through aggregating on data of Web log. After that. by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the method constructs user interest vectors according to page viewing times and frequency of hits, and derives the fuzzy similarity matrix from the interest vectors for the Web users. Finally, it gets the clustering result through the fuzzy clustering method. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the method.
