In order to further improve the utility of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)remote-sensing for quickly and accurately monitoring the growth of winter wheat under film mulching, this study examined the treatments of ridge mulching,ridge–furrow full mulching, and flat cropping full mulching in winter *** on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) method, four agronomic parameters (leaf area index, above-ground biomass, plant height, and leaf chlorophyll content) were used to calculate the comprehensive growth evaluation index (CGEI) of the winter wheat, and 14 visible and near-infrared spectral indices were calculated using spectral purification technology to process the remote-sensing image data of winter wheat obtained by multispectral *** machine learning algorithms, partial least squares, support vector machines, random forests, and artificial neural network networks(ANN), were used to build the winter wheat growth monitoring model under film mulching, and accuracy evaluation and mapping of the spatial and temporal distribution of winter wheat growth status were carried *** results showed that the CGEI of winter wheat under film mulching constructed using the FCE method could objectively and comprehensively evaluate the crop growth *** accuracy of remote-sensing inversion of the CGEI based on the ANN model was higher than for the individual agronomic parameters, with a coefficient of determination of 0.75,a root mean square error of 8.40, and a mean absolute value error of *** purification could eliminate the interference of background effects caused by mulching and soil, effectively improving the accuracy of the remotesensing inversion of winter wheat under film mulching, with the best inversion effect achieved on the ridge–furrow full mulching area after spectral *** results of this study provide a theoretical reference for the use of UAV remote-sensing to monitor the growth status of winter wheat with film mulching.

房地产公司正在面临着极端天气带来的危机。近年来，全球经历了“来自1000多次极端天气事件的1000多亿美元的损失”，因此对城市进行房地产建设可行性评价有着至关重要的作用。本文首先使用麦肯锡逻辑树分析法确定出影响房地产公司决策的各项指标，然后根据已经收集的中国北京，德国柏林，摩洛哥卡萨布兰卡的历史气温数据使用SPSS专家建模器进行时间序列预测，得出三个城市在2024~2029年中月平均气温在30˚C以上的次数，并将其作为未来气候风险这一指标的评价依据，最后采用模糊综合评价方法建立房地产建设决策模型，使用熵权法确定各指标权重，计算出综合评判向量。最终结果表明本文建立的房地产决策模型是有效的，具有一定的创新性，可以为房地产开发商提供决策依据。

当前国家大力推动基础设施建设，溶洞问题逐渐成为工程建设中的一大难题。溶洞的存在不仅会影响工程安全性，还会增加工程成本和施工难度。因此，合理确定隧道溶洞跨越方案十分有意义。使用三维激光扫描仪获取溶洞基础数据，由于溶洞位于隧道下方，提出4种隧道岩溶溶洞处置措施。通过Midas GTS NX三维数值分析软件模拟，结合地质勘察与施工设计表明，4种处置方案各有优劣，溶洞处置应综合考虑多因素影响，合理选择最优处置方案。采用AHP的模糊综合评价法，对溶洞处置方案进行全面、客观的比选和评价。通过这种方法，可以充分考虑各种因素的影响，基于上述研究方法，得出了最优的溶洞处置方案为C20混凝土回填。该方法不仅可以提高决策的科学性和合理性，还为其他类似问题的解决提供了一种新的思路和方法。

Helicopters are playing an increasingly important part in emergency relief, such as earthquake rescue, firefighting and medical transport. With the development of virtual simulation technology, virtual simulation-based training is widely used in the training of the helicopter crew especially for the dangerous and costly missions mentioned above. A complete training effectiveness evaluation method is proposed to evaluate the trainees＇ training effect based on virtual simulation in this paper. A key to this method is regarding the complicated process as a discrete event-activity flow system and establishing the evaluation indicator system. Then expert group and Analytical Network Process（ANP） are applied to determine the weight of indicators. When the training data are processed, there is a novel attempt to apply fuzzy comprehensive evaluation（FCE） model to calculate the two categories of indicators. Eventually, an experiment and the analysis were carried out to validate the evaluation method.

To deal with the radio frequency threat posed by modern complex radar networks to aircraft,we researched the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)formations radar countermeasures,aiming at the solution of radar jamming resource allocation under system countermeasures.A jamming resource allocation method based on an improved firefly algorithm(FA)is ***,the comprehensive factors affecting the level of threat and interference efficiency of radiation source are quantified by a fuzzy comprehensive ***,the interference efficiency matrix and the objective function of the allocation model are determined to establish the interference resource allocation ***,A mutation operator and an adaptive heuristic are integtated into the FA algorithm,which searches an interference resource allocation *** simulation results show that the improved FA algorithm can compensate for the deficiencies of the FA *** improved FA algorithm provides a more scientific and reasonable decision-making plan for aircraft mission allocation and can effectively deal with the battlefield threats of the enemy radar ***,in terms of convergence accuracy and speed as well as algorithm stability,the improved FA algorithm is superior to the simulated annealing algorithm(SA),the niche genetic algorithm(NGA),the improved discrete cuckoo algorithm(IDCS),the mutant firefly algorithm(MFA),the cuckoo search and fireflies algorithm(CSFA),and the best neighbor firefly algorithm(BNFA).

A self-developed sewer health assessment system using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytical hierarchy process was applied to give a comprehensive health condition evaluation on part of the local sewers in a southern Chinese city based on the sewer video data collected by a sewer inspection closed circuit television （CCTV） robot. Aside from the overall condition evaluation, the structure, function, and stability status of the sewer were also analyzed using the method. A comprehensive index H was proposed to give the overall health condition of pipes with different defects, and Ht, Hs, and If were used to quantify the defects affecting the tightness, stability, and function of the pipe, respectively. Results show that 48% of the inspected pipes were in good condition （0〈H〈0.25）, and about 33% of the sewer pipes analyzed were categorized to be at severe or urgent condition levels （H 〉 0.5）, although most of the pipes were installed only within five years. Frequent sedimentation affects the function of the sewer, and deformation and joint damage affect the structure of the sewer.
