Design architecture is the edifice that strengthens the functionalities as well as the security of web *** order to facilitate architectural security from the web application’s design phase itself,practitioners are now adopting the novel mechanism of security *** the intent to conduct a research from the perspective of security tactics,the present study employs a hybrid multi-criteria decision-making approach named fuzzy analytic hierarchy process-technique for order preference by similarity ideal solution(AHP-topsis)method for selecting and assessing multi-criteria *** adopted methodology is a blend of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(fuzzy AHP)and fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity ideal solution(fuzzy topsis).To establish the efficacy of this methodology,the results are obtained after the evaluation have been tested on fifteen different web application projects(Online Quiz competition,Entrance Test,and others)of the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University,Lucknow,*** tabulated outcomes demonstrate that the methodology of the Multi-Level fuzzy Hybrid system is highly effective in providing accurate estimation for strengthening the security of web *** proposed study will help experts and developers in developing and managing security from any web application design phase for better accuracy and higher security.

In the recent years,the booming web-based applications have attracted the hackers’*** security risk of the web-based hospital management system(WBHMS)has been increasing *** the given context,the main goal of all security professionals and website developers is to maintain security divisions and improve on the user’s confidence and *** this point,the different WBHMS tackle different types of security *** WBHMS,the security of the patients’medical information is of utmost *** in all,there is an inherent security risk of data and assets in the field of the medical industry as a *** objective of this study is to estimate the security risk assessment of *** risks assessment pertains to securing the integrity of the information in alignment with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability *** includes protecting the relevant financial records,as well as the identification,evaluation,and prevention of a data *** the past few years,according to the US-based cyber-security firm Fire-eye,6.8 million data thefts have been recorded in the healthcare sector in *** breach barometer report mentions that in the year 2019,the data breaches found were up to 48.6%as compared to the year ***,it is very important to assess the security risk in *** this research,we have followed the hybrid technique fuzzy analytic hierarchy process-technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution(F-AHPtopsis)approach to assess the security risk in *** place of this empirical database is at the local hospital of Varanasi,U.P.,*** the affectability of WBHMS for its board framework,this work has used diverse types of web *** outcomes obtained and the procedure used in this assessment would support future researchers and specialists in organizing web applications through advanced support of safety and security.

Usability and security are often considered contradictory in *** has a negative impact on the *** order to satisfy the needs of users with the security perspective,the relationship and trade-offs among security and usability must be *** practitioners are working on developing new approaches that would help to secure healthcare web applications as well increase usability of the web *** the same league,the present research endeavour is premised on the usable-security of healthcare web *** a compatible blend of usability and security that would fulfill the users’requirments,this research proposes an integration of the fuzzy AHP-topsis method for assessing usable-security of healthcare web *** the estimation of security-usability accrately is also a decision making problem,the study employs Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis(MCDA)for selecting the most decisive attributes of usability as well as ***,this study also pinpoints the highest priority attributes that can strengthen the usable-security of the healthcare web *** effectiveness of the suggested method has been tested on the healthcare web applications of local hospitals in Mecca,Saudi *** results corroborate that fuzzy AHP-topsis is indeed a reliable technique that will help the developers to design a healthcare web applications that delivers optimum usable-security.

Urban public transport plays a critical role in stimulating economic development of any nation since most of the revenues come from cities. The majority of the city dwellers of any country use public transport. The evaluation of public transport service quality provides a valuable feedback to commuter operators to ensure continuous improvement of level of service and to the government to take appropriate measures for enhancing the quality of public transport service. This paper analyses and evaluates service quality of Road Public Transport (RPT) (i.e. minibuses and buses) and Urban Rail Transport (URT) in Dar es Salaam City, Tanzania. Since service quality and its attributes are intangible and vague, a fuzzy evaluation model is developed and applied. The formulated model is composed of fuzzy Entropy Method (FEM) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (topsis). The overall evaluation procedure is as follows: initially, an intensive literature search and experts’ opinions are employed to establish criteria for evaluating the service quality of public transport in Dar es Salaam City. The developed FEM is used to obtain criteria weight. Lastly, the formulated topsis is used to provide an overall ranking of urban public transport service quality. The overall evaluation shows that urban rail transport outperforms road public transport in terms of service quality. Nevertheless, the urban rail transport service in Dar es Salaam City is currently not well developed as it is provided on very limited routes. Thus, the Tanzania government, the rail transport operator i.e. Tanzania Railway Limited (TRL) and the agency responsible for the provision of rail infrastructure i.e. Reli Assets Holding Company (RAHCO) are advised to design and employ Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) schemes i.e. concession contracts to invest more in rolling stocks, locomotives and rail wagons so that the rail transport service is available on many routes of the road public
