Computer Stochastic Processing of fuze Overload

The method which can simulate the stochastic process of the overload during the course of a projectile launching is discussed in detail. The calculated theory bases on the principle of information diffusion in fuzzy theory. To approach the actual launching overload, the calculated theoretical overload is disposed by the white noise. The dynamic test is used to calculate the fuze response of the launching overload. Finally, the launching overload of a projectile fuze is simulated to verify the validity of the method. The result is found basically to be in accord with the actual launching overload of the fuze, and the calculation accuracy is perfect.

The optimization method of the canard trajectory correction fuze's controlled trajectory phase is researched by using the aerodynamics of aerocraft and the optimal control theory, the trajectory parameters of the controlled trajectory phase based on the least energy cost are determined. On the basis of determining the control starting point and the target point, the optimal trajectory and the variation rule of the normal overload with the least energy cost are provided, when there is no time restriction in the simulation process. The results provide a theoretical basis for the structure design of the canard mechanism.

A system for simulating and analyzing the Doppler signal of air-target fuse is established by constructing two parts： Doppler signal testing with simulation and Doppler signal analysis. The first part establishes the near-field target characteristic model where the Doppler spectrum in different encounter condition is obtained. The second part mainly deals with a general purpose hardware platform to obtain and process the Doppler signal as well as a software to estimate the Doppler spectrum. The model and the result of Doppler spectrum analysis were verified by experiments.

To solve underwater rocket fuze precise delay arming problem, a new delay arming technical scheme based on external conformal turbine is proposed, at the consider of underwater rocket fuze appearance and the particularity of underwater environment. The general scheme is presented, and designed the distance detection device, arming control circuit and actuator. A simulation test is developed to check the analysis and design in the end. The test results show that the scheme is feasible and effective, which can meet the needs of the underwater rocket fuze delay arming precision.

Mathematical Description of the Arming Process of a fuze Safety System

2007 8th International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments（ICEMI’2007）

Based on the technique of programming by VC++ and the architecture of several I/O cards in a computer, the ground monitor designed for electronic safety and arming fuze is a special equipment for ground test and control. The technical request, basic function, architecture and the corresponding key points are introduced separately. The foundational scheme hardware configuration and the software design involved in improving the working reliability are discussed. Presents a series of new concepts and design ideas about the fuze safety system, establishing thereby a proposed theory and relevant mathematical descriptions. The basic the- ory indicates that any fuze safety system is a physical system comprising finite safety ele- ments each of which can independently affect the system's states, and the arming process is a dynamic one in which the extent of safety of the system changes only gradually. The theory and method can be used to analyse the arming process and to guide the development of fuze safety systems.
