The rural homestead is a major part of the rural land system,which is an important carrier of various rural issues such as rural decline,rural hollowing and *** changes have occurred in China’s rural areas,while the rural homestead has also undergone *** on summarizing the multi-functional classification of homesteads from previous research,this study divided and defined the population bearing function,assets,and residential function of homesteads from the perspective of functional improvement according to the results of a survey *** Poyang County as the case study,this paper analyzed the functional transformation of rural homesteads through the model of coordinated transformation *** results demonstrated the following trends.(1)From 2000 to 2017,the transformation degrees of rural homestead functions in Poyang County have obviously improved overall.(2)The high value areas of the transformation degrees were mainly distributed in the northern hilly region and around Poyang Lake,while most of the low value areas were distributed in the plain areas near the county town.(3)In the regions with better location conditions and resource endowments,the basic conditions and trend of non-agriculturalization of the population,capital and other factors are more *** to the differentiation of rural homestead transformations which occurred in different regions,the government could put forward targeted development suggestions for the future.

ANALYSIS OF REMOTE SENSING ARCHAEOLOGY ON TRAFFIC FUNCTION transformation OF TONGJI GRAND CANAL IN SUI AND TANG DYNASTIES

In China, most directions of river flowing are from west to east. During historic period, since the water traffic played an important role, it was very important to form a cross-horizontal net of water carriage route. Canals should be dug so as to make up the lack of north-south river. Tongji Grand Canal, dug in the first year of Daye (605 A.D.) in the Sui Dynasty, was the important component of north-south system of Grand Canals in China. It promoted economic and social development of the Sui, Tang and Song dynasties (605 A.D.-1279 A.D.). As Tongji Canal (i.e. Tongji Grand Canal) flowed across the Huaibei Plain, which is aggraded by abundant mud and sand deposit resulted from the Huanghe (Yellow) River flooding, many traces (such as old channel) and human culture heritages were buried under mud-sand. Tongji Canal was silted up, and disappeared in the Jin Dynasty (1115 A.D.-1234 A.D.). From then on, there were many different stories about the flowing route of the canal in historical literature. Based on space-bone and air-bone remote sensing imagery, we attempt to search the old channel of Tongji Canal, and supplement historical record. The paper discusses transformation process of Tongji Canal’s traffic function, and resumptively summarizes the reasons of the transformation, which results from synthetic function of physical geographical, political, economic, and social conditions.

A Review of Institutional Reform over the Past 30 Years from the Perspective of Change Management

The Leading Group for Deepening Reform Comprehensively has been set up on the decision of the CPC Central Committee to be in charge of the overall planning of reform, taking a balanced and coordinated approach, advancing reform as a whole and supervising its implementation. This means that change management has become an important item on the agenda. Systematically reviewing and examining the course of the seven rounds of institutional reform introduced by the State Council since 1978 from the perspective of change management, we find that the reforms have advanced gradually and steadily, with functional transformation as the core feature and key to each round of reform. The transformation of goverrnnent functions exhibits a marked two-phase character. The first phase focuses on change in government functions relating to economic management, while the second focuses on enhancing and improving macro-control systems to strengthen social management and public service functions. However, in terms of program design, the goalsand measures of the past 10 years＇ functional transformation have clearly not been specific enough to establish a clear relationship between the three rounds of institutional reform programs and the concrete measures and their effects. Therefore, the question of whether institutional reform itself needs reform has become a new proposition for practice, one that needs to be reviewed in terms of strategic orientation, mode of implementation, public responsibilities and overall design.
