In relativistic mechanics the time-like vector characterize the motion in spacetime with speed faster than the speed of light in vacuum c in which the line element ds2=c2dt2-dx2-dx2-dz2 is less than zero (where is infinitesimal change in time, and are infinitesimal change in space), thus the time in relativistic mechanics can instantaneously flow [1], however in quantum mechanics although the time is treated as unobservable parameter (without any Hermitian observable operator have engine-value equivalent to time) any two physical quantity described by two non-commuting observable operatorsand fulfill , the knowledge of one immediately produce the knowledge of the other [2], thus in quantum mechanics if two particles interacted in finite temporal epoch and then separated in space the gaining of knowledge by the local measurement of physical quantity runs on one them (for example the measurement of spin direction of one particle using Stern-Gerlach experiment) immediately produce the knowledge of the complementary physical quantity of the other particle (for example the opposite spin direction of the other particle), this simply called quantum entanglement the concept that so much advanced after publication of the Jon Bell’s 1964 celebrated paper [3] in which he illustrated that we can add parameters to quantum mechanics to determine the results of individual measurements, without changing the statistical predictions, and then he conclude “there must be a mechanism whereby the setting of one measuring device can influence the reading of another instrument, however remote. Moreover, the signal involved must propagate instantaneously so that such a theory could not be Lorentz invariant”. The question now what these signals that can propagate instantaneously? The answer in this paper will be the time signals field which is defined for each constituent matter particle M and at each space point P as the measure of the total length of all occupation and leaving epochs of P

This study discusses the information space, the wave function phase, the Berry phase and its relationship to quantization, discriminability of states and macroscopic quantum effects caused by localization of the particle, followed by a possible entropy change during its transition into a new thermodynamic state. This work addresses interference： it is the information waves which interfere; the particles follow their roadmap, and the measurement of their coordinates introduces an additional uncertainty into the momentum. It is not particles （matter） which manifest these wave properties but fluctuations of the physical space-time coordinates. Physical characteristics corresponding to the fluctuating variables, energy, momentum, etc., determine the magnitude of the respective fluctuations rather than the wave properties of matter. Matter possesses no wave properties. This work also discusses the difference between the objective information and knowledge.

A Two-Parameter Description for the Injury Risk of Flash Bangs with Uncertainty

We study the random injury outcome caused by multiple flash bang submunitions on a crowd. We are particularly interested in the fluctuations in injury outcome among individual realizations. Previously, to simulate the distribution of the actual number of injured, we developed a comprehensive Monte Carlo model. While the full computational model is important for thorough theoretical investigations, in practical operations, it is desirable to characterize the phenomenological behavior of injury outcome using a concise model with only one or two parameters. Conventionally, the injury outcome is indicated by the average fraction of injured, which is called the risk of significant injury (RSI). The single metric RSI description fails to capture fluctuations in the injury outcome. The number of injured in the crowd is influenced by many random factors: the aiming error of flash bang mortar, the dispersion of submunitions after mortar burst, the amount of acoustic dose reaching individual subjects, and the biovariability of individual subjects’ reactions to a given acoustic dose. We aim to include these random factors properly and concisely. In this study, we represent the random injury outcome as a compound binomial model, in which the hidden injury probability is drawn from a two-parameter model distribution. We formulate and examine six model distributions for the injury probability. The best performer is a mixture of uniform and triangle distributions, parameterized by (RSI, dp) where dp is the standard deviation of the hidden injury probability. This mixture model predicts the behavior of injury outcome with uncertainty, based solely on the two parameters (RSI, dp) in the flash bang description. For example, we can predict the probability of the injury outcome not exceeding a prescribed tolerance. A Review on Modeling of Kinneret Salinity with Practical Recommendations

Two models have been developed for the evaluation and prediction of salinity changes (chloride concentration;ppm;[Cl]) in Lake Kinneret. They are: 1) RM, which is based on the Salt balance and hydrological budget of the lake;2) GM which is based on the geo-hydrological regional properties of Kinneret’s geological structure. The concept of both is partly different: RM is correlating reduction of runoffs to salinity elevation and GM relates salt flux to the aquifer yield and the impact of lake water level is neglected. Long term statistical analyses justify support to GM, excluding conditions of heavy floods. This paper is a combination of a supplemental extended temporal study and a models review. Practical conclusions on Kinneret hydrological management within a frame of constrains aimed at prevention of salinity and eutrophication increase are presented.

The research of cancer-specific resonances started with Raymond R. Rife’s controversial results. The intensive debate began on the topic, and various interpretations of the results deepened after his death. This theme presently sparks desperate debates with extreme opinions, from the dangerous quackery to the brilliant discovery. A part of medical practices applies the resonance principle in various anticancer therapies and uses a variety of devices. Most medical experts refuse such “resonance therapies” due to their confidence in their quackery. I summarized some present problems and proposed a possible solution. My present article aims to discuss some aspects of the biological resonances, trying to clear some vague details of this subject and give a possible stochastic explanation of some resonances in cancer therapy. However, when considering the stochastic explanations of resonance frequencies, there are as many of these as there are enzymatic processes affecting the biological systems.

In the present study an attempt is made to examine multifractality in multiparticle production in relativistic nuclear collisions;multifractality is investigated in 14.5 A GeV/c 28Si-nucleus collisions. For this, Gq-moments are calculated and variations of ?are looked into. Values of mass exponents, tq, and generalised dimensions, Dq, are obtained. Analysis of multifractal moments reveals that multiplicity fluctuations are of dynamical nature.

This paper is concerned with the dynamics of the steady state of a two-delayed nonlinear system of functional differential equations. The stability of the steady state together with its dependence on the magnitude of time delays has been examined by means of characteristic equation corresponding to the nonlinear equation. General criteria for stability involving the two-delay equations have been obtained.

Arbuscular Mycorrhizal (AM) fungi are key components of soil microbiota and obviously interact with other microorganisms in the rhizosphere which is the zone of influence of plant roots on microbial populations and other soil constituents. The microbial associates are more prone to general and annual fluctuations besides several abiotic factors such as environment and climatic factors which influence the whole process of AM - microbial interactions. Keeping in view, the importance of AM fungi the present study was undertaken for assessing the AM fungal spore population dynamics in the rhizosphere soil and its colonization, microbial (bacterial and fungal) population distribution in rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soils as a function of seasonal variation in relation to soil physico-chemical factors associated with two legume crop plants collected from different districts of Andhra Pradesh state, India. AM fungal propagules and species were found to be well distributed varying in number from 12 to 89 spores per 10 gram soil in mungbean and 46 to 90 spores in soybean rhizosphere soils and percent root colonization in mungbean ranged from 36.74 to 90.68% however, in soybean it ranged from 23.58 to 76.92%. The 24 AM fungal species representing 4 genera were isolated, Glomus represented 12 spp. forming predominant genus. The Pearson Correlation coefficient data showed that the microbial population and AM fungal population and species, the degree of root colonization by native AM fungi varied significantly in two legume crop plants and influenced by soil edaphic factors. Significant negative correlation was recorded between root colonization and mean spore density of both the crops indicating that low levels of spore density are associated with high root colonization. The quantity and type of AM propagules also affected the dynamics of root colonization, which were also increased by increase in age of the crop plant.

Conformal Evolution of Waves in the Yang-Mills Condensate: The Quasi-Classical Approach

We have constructed a consistent system of equations for the Yang-Mills quantum-wave fluctuations in the classical Yang-Mills condensate based on canonical quantization in the Heisenberg representation. Such a quasi-classical system has been thoroughly analyzed in the conformal limit in the linear and quasi-linear approximations, both analytically and numerically. We have found that interaction between waves and condensate triggers a significant transfer or swap of energy from the condensate to the wave modes in the SU(2) gauge theory. Remarkably, a similar energy swap effect has been found in the maximally-supersymmetric N=4 Yang-Mills theory, as well as in the two-condensate SU(4) gauge theory. Such a generic feature of Yang-Mills dynamics opens up vast phenomenological implications in ultra-relativistic Yang-Mills plasma physics.
