In recent years, domestic information industry developed rapidly and has become a pillar industry. With the rapid development of information industry, and the rapid expansion of enterprises, the financing efficiency gradually becomes the very concerned problems of information industry companies. It is of great significance to the enterprises and the related industries. Based on the related data of the listed companies, this text uses the data envelopment analysis （DEA） to evaluate the financing efficiency of the information industry listed company. And then, according to the result of information industry, the author proposes some measures and suggestions for the future development of information industry.

In China's National Equities Exchange and Quotations(NEEQ), stock trading and transferring adopt market maker system. This paper mainly studies the market liquidity and corporate financing efficiency under the market maker system. The article mainly focuses on the development of NEEQ, and analyzes the liquidity status of NEEQ and the financing efficiency of the listed companies in NEEQ. The study found that from 2012 to 2017, with the continuous growth of the liquidity of the NEEQ, the financing efficiency of listed companies did not increase significantly, and the financial situation of listed companies had only been better during the listed year or the year before. This shows that compared with the improvement of corporate financing efficiencies brought about by enterprises, which strengthen their internal management, improve the efficiency of capital utilization, and improve business capabilities, the impact of market promotion on the development of enterprises is much smaller. In order to improve corporate financing efficiency, it is proposed to improve the supervision on the NEEQ market, optimize the internal organizational structure, improve the efficiency of capital use, enrich the types of loans, and reduce the loan interest rate for high-quality SMEs.

Research on Evaluating the efficiency of the Project financing of the Energy Service Company

The financing efficiency evaluation of the ESCO(Energy Service Company) is an important approach to improve the operation efficiency of existing building energy-saving projects. To scientifically and reasonably evaluate the financing efficiency of the ESCO,this paper puts forward a combination evaluation model based on the method set. Firstly, the method set is composed of different methods that meet the demand of statistical coherence, and KENALL-W coefficient test of concordance is used to check up the coherence of the ranking results of the different methods. Secondly, mean,Borda and Copeland are used separately for calculating the combination evaluation results and the circular combination method is used to ensure the coherence of evaluation results. Finally, the combination evaluation model is used to evaluate the 10 ESCO business project financing benefits, and the effectiveness of the models is verified accordingly.

financing has been a bottleneck restricting the development of cultural creative companies. This paper uses data envelopment analysis(DEA), selects 34 cultural creative companies listed in the small and medium-sized enterprises(SME) and growth enterprise market(GEM) Board of Shanghai and Shenzhen stock market, and then makes an empirical analysis on financing efficiency from different financing sources. The results show that the overall financing efficiency of the cultural creative industry is rather low, and different financing modes affect the efficiency, while the input redundancy is quite serious in external financing mode. Besides, financing efficiency disparity exists among different industries. The cultural creative companies should reduce input redundancy, avoid all kinds of waste of resources, focus on improving the efficiency of science and technology, facilitate the role of the creative talents, and adopt the industrial cluster financing mode in order to improve financing efficiency.

我国经济结构调整与增长方式转变为物流行业提供了机遇与挑战。作为物流行业重要组成部分的中小物流企业需要尽快完成产业升级，以较高的融资效率满足新形势下企业的资金需求。选择“GRA-TOPSIS”法并依据物流中小上市公司相关数据可对其融资效率进行评价与分析。发现融资速度与现金流动比率是影响融资效率的关键因素。中小物流企业应在提升这两方面能力的同时，注重将自身的流动性维持在合理的水平。不但要提高自身实力与强化管理，还需要资本市场不断完善并为其提供平台。

Information asymmetry has a negative effect on financing efficiency;financing interest rate can ease the impact of information asymmetry on financing efficiency, while financing term can enhance the impact of information asymmetry on financing efficiency. The credit-keeping borrowers should disclose all information as much as possible. When the information disclosure is frustrated, it can be made up by raising interest rates and shortening the time limits. The investors should resist the temptation of high interest rates and choose the financing projects with well-disclosed information. The P2P intermediary platforms should establish smooth channels for information disclosure and improve the degree of intelligence for automated bidding. The regulators should establish a mandatory information disclosure system and strive to reduce the level of equilibrium interest rates in the markets.

我国经济正处在新旧动能转换的进程中，“旧动能”实现产业转型升级与提升发展效率和质量，可转换为“新动能”。随着计算机技术、通信技术的发展，我国现代物流业快速发展，现代物流业上市公司的融资渠道进一步拓宽，融资效率对于现代物流业实现新旧动能转换和产业转型升级具有重要意义。选取2017年我国现代物流业的68家上市公司为研究对象，采用三阶段法分离出影响融资投入变量的环境因素，对现代物流业的融资效率进行研究。研究结果表明：现代物流业的融资效率参差不齐而表现出明显的差异性，剔除环境变量并调整投入值后测度得到第三阶段融资效率值，更能准确反映现代物流业的融资效率。SFA回归结果显示管理因素对投入冗余的影响占主导地位，环境变量公司设立年限与筹资活动股东现金净流量、资产负债率呈负相关关系，环境变量市盈率与资产负债率呈正相关关系。纯技术效率比规模效率更接近效率前沿面，规模效率对我国现代物流业融资效率提升的制约作用比较突出。现代物流业影响新旧动能转换的速度，现代物流业上市公司的融资效率对于现代物流业实现新旧动能转换和产业转型升级具有重要意义。应从政府为物流业企业创造更好的外部环境和物流业上市公司有效提升融资效率两方面，提高现代物流业融资效率。
