Application of uniform DFT filter bank in radar jamming system

The principle of uniform DFT filter bank is presented. Exploiting poly-phase structure, radar jamming system samples the intercepted wideband radar signals through analysis filter bank by different channels and linearly modulates the intercepted radar signal according to the theory of signal and system, then synthesizes the jamming signal through the synthesis filter hank. The method merely requires lower sample frequency, reduces the computational complexity and the data quantity to be processed. The un-ideal filter＇s influence to the result of signals processing is analyzed by simulating the match filter in radar jamming system.

Assembling individual line phase filters to form a multi-channel filter bank allows the synthesis filter to be similar to corresponding analysis filters, and the design calculation can be simple. The appropriate relations between synthesis filters and analysis filters eliminate most aliasing resulting from decimation in non-uniform maximally decimating filter banks, and LS algorithm and Remez algorithm are used to optimize the composite character. This design method can achieve approximate Perfect-Reconstruction. An example is given in which the general parameter filters with approximate line phase are used as units of a filter bank.

Automatic recognition of human emotions in a continuous dialog model remains challenging where a speaker’s utterance includes several sentences that may not always carry a single *** work with standalone speech emotion recognition(SER)systems proposed for continuous speech only has been *** the recent decade,various effective SER systems have been proposed for discrete speech,i.e.,short speech *** would be more helpful if these systems could also recognize emotions from continuous ***,if these systems are applied directly to test emotions from continuous speech,emotion recognition performance would not be similar to that achieved for discrete speech due to the mismatch between training data(from training speech)and testing data(from continuous speech).The problem may possibly be resolved if an existing SER system for discrete speech is ***,in this work the author’s existing effective SER system for multilingual and mixed-lingual discrete speech is enhanced by enriching the cepstral speech feature set with bi-spectral speech features and a unique functional set of Mel frequency cepstral coefficient features derived from a sine filter *** augmentation is applied to combat skewness of the SER system toward certain *** using random forest is *** enhanced SER system is used to predict emotions from continuous speech with a uniform segmentation *** to data scarcity,several audio samples of discrete speech from the SAVEE database that has recordings in a universal language,i.e.,English,are concatenated resulting in multi-emotional speech ***,fear,sad,and neutral emotions,which are vital during the initial investigation of mentally disordered individuals,are selected to build six categories of multi-emotional *** results demonstrate the suitability of the proposed method for recognizing emotions from continuous speech as well as from discrete speech.

An adaptive conjugate gradient algorithm based on subbands decomposition structure is proposed for acoustic echo cancellation in this paper. Through frequency decomposition technique and conjugate gradient algorithm, adaptive filters operate in each decimated sub-band, This new algorithm can ensure convergence with high speed and reduce computational complexity. Simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm demonstrates good performance for acoustic echo cancellation.

In order to identify the copyright of digital media and improve the invisibility and robustness of semi-fragile watermarking, this paper presents characteristic parameters and it’s representation in DWT domain based on visual features model of man and then proposes the Quantized Central Limit Theorem which is applied to adjusting the coefficient in general transform domain . These all can make semi-fragile watermarking embedded during the process of dynamic quantization achieve the greatest robustness. It leads up to the fact that the good invisibility of carrier image, the better robustness to the image processing (such as JPEG compression, noise adding, smoothing filtering) and the larger amount of embedded information. What’s more, it can locate the attacked position exactly.

It has been a barrier that the place code is far too coarse a mechanism to account for the finest frequency difference limen for place theory of hearing since it was proposed in 19th century. A place correlation model, which takes the energy distribution of a pure tone in neighboring bands of auditory filters into full account, was presented in this paper. The model based on the place theory and some experimental results of the psychophysical tuning curves of hearing can explain the finest difference limen for frequency （about 0.02 or 0.3% at 1000 Hz） easily. Using a standard 1/3 octave filter bank of which the relationship between the frequency of a input pure tone apart from the centre frequency of K-th filter band, △f, and the output intensity difference between K-th and （K ＋ 1）-th filters, AE, was established in order to show the fine frequency detection ability of the filter bank. This model can also be used to abstract the fundamental frequency of speech and to measure the frequency of pure tone precisely.
