Technical and Vocational Education and Training is a means of increasing employment and earning capacity of people through skill development which significantly contributes to socio-economic development of the Lao People Democratic Republic（Lao PDR）.Hence,this thesis focuses on factors affecting Technical and Vocational Education and Training（TVET）as well as how to carry out Lao’s society towards sustainability by the application of *** goal of the study is to find out the issues on *** affect TVET in Lao PDR,and how to strengthen and sustainable TVET in Lao *** on research questions TVET of Lao PDR related literature review data collection for interview outline was developed and interviewee with 11 people from the different schools and departments of *** research will help to understand the systems of TVET and the social contexts in addition of TVET in Lao PDR,the levels of responsibility to TVET of Lao government,the quality of TVET,limited budget for operations and investment;the quality of Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Lao PDR,In the lens of the key aspects,of the three *** later provides with recommendations based on the challenges into TVET and the presented key aspects for TVET in Lao PDR to achieve the vision of success.

A Study on the Psychological Status of the Caregivers to Patients Out of ICU after Craniocerebral Tumor Surgery and Their factors

Objective: So as to provide a theoretical basis for the future development of intervention measures to reduce the negative psychological mood of caregivers. To investigate the psychological status of the main caregivers for patients who were transferred out of ICU after craniocerebral tumor surgery and analyze their factors. Methods: 112 patients with cerebral tumor surgery were reviewed from sun yat-sen university cancer hospital. The research object is caregivers. The general data questionnaire, hospital anxiety depression scale and migration of ICU patients’ family members stress questionnaire scale investigation are collected. Multiple linear regression analysis in cerebral tumor patients with postoperative ICU transition out main factors influencing the psychological condition of the caregivers. Results: The anxiety and depression scores were (15.60 ± 5.83) and (38.73 ± 3.23) respectively. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the gender, education level, relationship with the patient and family monthly income of the primary caregivers of the patients were the influencing factors of anxiety, depression and migration stress psychological state (P Conclusion: The main caregivers of patients who were transferred out of ICU after craniocerebral tumor surgery had relatively severe anxiety, depression and migration stress. Medical staff should pay attention to the psychological status of caregivers and take effective measures to promote their physical and mental health.

This study was conducted with two main objectives:firstly, to study and analyze for factors that have some impact on the export of Thailand in exporting RSS3 to China;and secondly, to study about adaptation of rubber farmers when there are changes in such factors. For the second objective, a case study method was conducted with the "Bungkan Para Rubber Group" Agriculture Lovers Community Enterprise, Kokkong sub-district, Muang district, Bungkan *** analyzing for influences of relevant factors on Ribbed Smoked Sheets Grade 3 export of Thailand to China, the study employed the technique of multiple regression models, which were solved by the method of ordinary least square (OLS). Trimester time-series data from 2001 to 2010 were used for the analysis, which was based on the theory of Learner and Sterne (1970) and some other reviewed literature. The analysis result revealed that factors affecting Ribbed Smoked Sheets Grade 3 export of Thailand to China included 1)price of Block Rubber or STR20 (which is a substitute good of RSS3 for producing car tires in the motor vehicular industry);2) price of Tyre Cord Fabric (which is a complementary good of Ribbed Smoked Sheets Grade 3 for producing car tires);3) a dummy variable that represents an impact from the opening of the R3A route that connects China-Laos-Thailand;and 4) a dummy variable that represents impact from the ASEAN-China *** adaptation of rubber farmers when there are changes in factors influencing RSS3 export from Thailand to China, the case study was conducted by employing the adaptation framework of John W. Bennet (1969) together with the facts as obtained from the in-depth interviews. Without using a questionnaire, the in-depth interviews were conducted with 2 groups of stakeholders namely:1) the Ribbed Smoked Sheets Grade 3 export association of Thailand, the Ribbed Smoked Sheets Grade 3 factory association of Thailand, and the Ribbed Smoked Sheets Grade 3 factory association of Northeas
