Two room temperature quarter wave resonator（QWR）buncher cavities with frequency of 162.5 MHz havebeen designed as parts of the medium energy beam transport line（MEBT1）for injectorⅡin China AcceleratorDriven Sub-critical System (C-ADS) project in order to focus the beam longitudinally, thus keeping the bunchlength and matching the beam to the acceptance of the superconducting *** is one of major equipments in MEBT1. Fig. 1 shows the layout of the MEBT1. Its structure directlyaffects the performance of MEBT1. Buncher cavity takes an open-ended quarter-wavelength coaxial line cylindertype structure, the mechanical design of buncher cavity was done according to the physical design, adequate considerationought to be given to the factors of electromagnetic field distribution, power coupling, frequency tuning,cavity cooling and manufacturing, and so on.

We report comparatively on fabrication of two-section ridge-waveguide tapered 3 quantum well (QW) InGaAsP/InP (1300 nm) and 5 QW AlGaInAs/InP (1550 nm) diode lasers. Gas mixtures of CCl2F2/O2 and H2/CH4 were used to form ridge-waveguide on the lasers with InP-based material structures. As known, chlorine- and hydro-carbon based gases are used to fabricate ridge-waveguide structures. Here, we show the difference between the structures obtained by using the both gas mixtures in which surface and sidewall structures as well as performance of the lasers were analysed using scanning electron microscopy. It is demonstrated that gas mixtures of CCl2F2/O2 highly deteriorated the etched structures although different flow rates, rf powers and base pressures were tried. We also show that the structures etched with H2/CH4 gas mixtures produced much better results that led to the successful fabrication of two-section devices with ridge-waveguide. The lasers fabricated using H2/CH4 were characterized using output power-current (P-I) and spectral results.

＜正＞Defects generated during the temperature ramping process were evaluated by photoluminescence（PL） for Si/SiGe/Si-on-insulater structure,which is the typical structure for SiGe-on-insulator（SGOI） virtual substrate fabrication using the Ge condensation by dry oxidation. The free exciton peaks were clearly observed for the as grown wafers and decreased with the increase of annealing ***-related PL signals at around 0.82,0.88,0.95 and 1.0 eV were observed and they also varied according to the annealing temperature and SiGe *** defect-related PL signals were also correlated to dislocation-related defects by transmission electron microscopy（TEM）.

＜正＞Introduction The importance of full-scale testing in the development （and/or redesign） process for fiberreinforced composite helicopter blades is discussed, and illustrated by means of an example drawn from Aeronautical Department （Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade） experience in the use of composites in a wide variety of structural applications. The laboratory investigations of the structural properties are conducted at Aeronautical Department on all flight-critical dynamic components in order to determine structural adequacy in designing process [1]. In this paper the design, fabrication and analysis of behavior by fullscale verification testing for a tail rotor blade of composite laminated materials for a heavy transport helicopter is given.

A project aimed to construct an accelerator-based neutron source named CMIF (China Materials Irradiation Facility) has been carried out in IMP. In this facility, a RFQ is needed to accelerate the deuteron beam from 20 keV/u to 1.5 MeV/u at least. The resonator, of four vanes kind, has been designed taking advantage of the experiences in CI-ADS Injector II project. The main parameters of the CMIF RFQ are listed in Table 1.
