The use of a computer-generated hologram（CGH） in interferometric testing provides new methods for highly accurate optical *** fabricate a CGH,polygons are used to approximate the smooth CGH *** the data size supported by CGH writing machines is limited,the number of polygon vertices must be ***,the CGH-encoding method determines the encoding *** realize a highly accurate optical measurement using CGHs,we propose a CGH-pattern-encoding method based on non-maxima suppression.A self-aligned CGH is designed to verify the *** experimental result shows that a highly accurate CGH can be fabricated using this method.

1T anti-fuse PROM fabricated by 0.13m silicon epitaxial process has a fast-read speed and a high storage density[1].8 and 16 MeVbit PROMs were irradiated by swift heavy ions for single event effect(SEE)evaluation at the terminal TR5 of the *** results revealed that the PROMs have strong capacity to resist single event latch-up(SEL),because of anti-fuse mechanism and guard ring *** SEL phenomenon occurred during the ***,Weibull function,as given below,was used to fit heavy-ion single event upset(SEU)cross-section statistics.
