Fu Zhongfu,Vice President of China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing(CFLP): we should change truck standards. Efforts could be made in the following aspects to solve the persistent problems in the logistics industry. First,technologic requirements for access to the industry should be raised.Currently there are 7.8 billion road t ransportation companies in China,with more than 110 billion trucks or about ten trucks each company.The market share of the top 20 companies is less than 2 per cent. However,the top five road transportation companies in the United States are 60 per cent.Therefore we must raise technologic standards to get rid of the current disorderly competition.

Expert Opinions on the Concept of Blood Stasis in China: An Interview Study

Objective: To study various experts’ opinions on the definition and diagnosis of blood stasis in China. Methods: We e-mailed the selected experts to explain the purpose of the study and to invite them to participate and asked them to name a time for the investigator to call them. Eight experts and five organizations were interviewed in the research community investigating blood stasis in China. Results: Six main categories emerged from the interviews:(1) blood stasis concepts;(2) blood stasis-related biomarkers;(3) methods of diagnosing blood stasis;(4) drugs for promoting blood circulation and dissipating stasis;(5) blood stasis-related diseases; and(6) blood stasis-related societies. The consensus among the interviewed experts was that the definition of blood stasis is rather complicated and that there is no gold standard marker for detecting blood stasis. Conclusion: This paper acquired experts’ opinions on the definition and diagnosis of blood stasis in order to establish a modern concept of blood stasis. This paper also developed a diagnostic tool and diagnostic indices for blood stasis and identified biological indices and pathologic mechanisms related to blood stasis, which might be of great reference value in future blood stasis standardization research.

Protected areas are necessary for the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity.Wildfires are major threats to forests and other natural areas,because they may cause irreversible damages.The aim of this study was to analyze the perspective of experts(N=284),from six countries of the Black Sea,on the current status and problems of protected areas and wildfires.Understanding their points of view could enhance future management on these issues in the region.Data collection was carried out for 9 months,using a web-based questionnaire.Wildfires were perceived as a serious problem in Turkey,Armenia and Greece but as a substantially less serious problem in Romania,Ukraine and Moldova.In Greece,Armenia,and especially Ukraine,the current designated protected areas are considered sufficient to maintain biodiversity,while in Romania,Turkey,and especially Moldova,more areas should be designated as protected.A major need in all countries(except for Turkey)is the increased use of information and communication technologies for both wildfire suppression and protected area management.experts were divided on whether wildfire suppression and management of protected areas are interconnected.However,there is growing awareness of the adverse impacts of climate change in protected areas and the frequency of wildfires in the future.The most frequently suggested measures to alleviate these impacts were:changes in forest management and increasing public awareness for wildfire suppression,along with changes in forest management and increased staff training to enhance protected area conservation.

Democratic culture is a matter of establishing rule of law and protecting human rights,as well as good governance,effective administration of state resources,proper use of power,and conflict of interest.Therefore,democracy is not only a manifestation of the globalization process,but also the pursuit of perfect democratic mechanisms and mechanisms in many democracies and the opportunity to fully monitor the integrity of governmental institutions and to strengthen their governance power.We aim to base this research paper on facts and the following aspects.It clarifies that the following approaches to:(i)the degree of corruption in the political sphere;(ii)the nature of political corruption,its status,and prospects,as well as the changes that have occurred in it,based on the analysis of the results of long-term research of expert opinions.The article based on the comparative analysis with experts and other research sources.It is series of article which is verifying the conditions and state of corruption types,spheres,relationship between political bodies and business groups and reasons and conditionality.The first chapter of the series of article attempted to underline the corruption sphere and corruption of types.The second chapter commenced the relationship with socio-political and politic-business groups and reasons for the conditionality of the corruption in Mongolia.

In maritime industry, personnel’s training is considered by shipping companies as a top priority matter on the list of factors affecting competitiveness in operating vessels. This paper presents the importance and the effects of training Electro-Technical experts in the context of latest developments, particularly the advent of the “Electric Ship” and the “Communicative Ship” analyzing the feedback received from several relevant two-days seminars for “Ship Electrical and Electronic Systems for Electro-Technical Officers”, in North East European countries. The pre-test and post-test self assessment method that has been used for more efficient interaction between trainers and trainees is analyzed using t-statistics. The attendees have had diverse basic backgrounds, yet company experts Fleet Engineers on merchant or war ships. The training’s effectiveness and gain is discussed in this paper and further proposals for the Electrical and Electronic training are presented through the valuable feedback for improvement.
