Study on the consultation Mechanism of an Internet-Based Remote Fault Diagnosis System

Aimed at the deficiency of the mechanism of management and consultation, an idea of an internet-based Virtual Diagnosis Center （VDC） for machine fault is proposed, and the key elements of remote consultation are abstracted. Around the key elements, the construct scheme and cooperative mechanism among experts of VDC are designed. According to the diagnosed object, the context knowledge of a fault machine, fault cases and ActiveX-based analysis tools are integrated into a multimedia consultation environment in VDC to enhance the efficiency of expert consultation. Simultaneously, the technique of push subscription in a SQL Server is utilized to collect machine condition data in an enter- prise machine condition database, which ensures the security of the database. The VDC system in Xi＇an Jiaotong University has been applied to remote diagnosis of a blower in Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation and the system construction reasonableness and the running stability are verified.

Objective:The Delphi method was used to propose health effect evaluation indicators to assess foods for special medical purposes(FSMPs).This lays the foundation for the formation of a big data model for human health testing,as well as a big data platform for the health and safety evaluation of special medical ***:The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation on the constructed FSMP health effect evaluation ***:Ten major items were identified after two rounds of expert *** these,there were 10 primary entries,32 secondary entries,50 tertiary entries,and 28 quaternary ***:The complete list of evaluation indicators contains 10 entries,which can comprehensively and systematically monitor adverse reactions to the use of *** present findings lay the foundation for a big data platform to evaluate the health and safety of special foods.

Construction and Application of Oral English Evaluation Index System Based on AHP

The paper confirms evaluation indexes of oral English with the application of Delphi technique and expert consultation, and then establishes hierarchical structure model of oral English evaluation index system. The weight of each evaluation index is determined with the methods of Delphi and expert consultation again. A group of students＇ oral English is subsequently evaluated by using AHP （Analytic Hierarchy Process） based on oral English evaluation index system and the weights we set up in this thesis.

In order to establish a reasonable epidemic prevention and control system, and improve the ability to respond to sudden epidemics, this article adopts the literature review method and the improved Delphi method to launch expert consultations involving 12 experts in disease control, medical care, and municipal management. Using expert authority as the weight to evaluate expert opinions, 4 first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators were obtained, and an index system for evaluating the effectiveness of epidemic prevention and control was constructed. The questionnaire method and the analytic hierarchy process are used to determine the weights of indicators at all levels, establish an evaluation model, and provide solutions for resource allocation, thereby improving the ability of epidemic prevention and control.
