Based on the training articles required by the J1939 protocol, the training experimental system based on J1939 vehicle bus protocol has been established. The part of hardware of the system is consist of the computer terminal, Kvaser CAN bus analyzer and a vehicle CAN bus module powered by J1939 protocol, including the dashboard modules, vehicle-body electrical modules and the engine ECU modules. The Interface of the system is designed by X-Analyser powered by Warwick, and the results of the test can be displayed on the monitor directly. In allusion to the requirement of the training of J1939, the system, especially during actual operation process, can do the real-time supervision on the vehicle J1939 data and keep the entire record, display the waveforms and print them out. As to the change of display on the dashboard, the result is as followed: （1） the measurement and display of moving velocity and distance: system makes a real-time measurement of velocity and display the current velocity on the Velocity Dashboard, with unit of Km per hour. The impulse input of the moving- velocity sensor will reach to 200Hz while the moving-velocity elevates to the maximum value of 180Km per hour. When the velocity is not 0, system will make a real-time measurement of the number of distance of vehicles, and data will be displayed on the multi-functional LCD zone on the dashboard, with the unit of Km and accuracy of 0.1Km. Simultaneously, system keeps data recording for the total mileage the vehicle had run with interval of 1Km and the data will be displayed on the multi-functional LCD zone on the dashboard. （2） The measurement and display of the quantity of fuel: displaying data in the dimensionless way, the quantity of fuel is scaled by oil-mass sensor, marked by F which stands for Full and E which stands for Empty. The modeling system of the gas detonation by the human body electrostatic discharge(ESD)in coal mine is developed successfully,and the body’s dynamic ESD model is *** obtain a gas concentration causes by the explosions most easily in coal mine *** results provide an academic and experimental evidence for the safe electrostatic production and management in coal *** system adopts 77E58 as control core and the circuit optimized design,to take dual protection to the gas path and circuit of the system,systematic operation is safe and *** experimental results show that the system can be carried out series of experiments of the human body ESD model detonating mixed gas,the measuring accuracy of gas concentration is 0.1%.And draws a conclusion that the gas concentration which causes the explosions most easily is 8.7%,but not the higher gas concentration is,the more explosive is.

Vehicle Off-road experimental system Development and Verification Based on the Labview

The problems in the vehicle off-road experiment, such as various kinds of expensive instruments and diffi- culty in matching the input and the output signals of the vehicle status which cause useless data acquired. On the basis of considering the test functions and experimental cost, this paper has developed a vehicle off-road experimental system basing on the Labview. This system can complete various kinds of signal acquisition in one experimental sys- tem and automatically restore the data by types. This solves the problem of real time matching between the input and the output signals, making sure that the data won＇t be confused as the experimental increase, so as to level the ex- perimental efficiency and data accuracy. This system has been used to the experiment of some armored vehicles. The analysis of the data has verified the reliability of the system.

Multiphase flow phenomena are widespread in nature and production process. The study of the flow mechanism and characteristics are a very important in the multiphase pipe flow. The establishment of multiphase flow experimental devices and systems is necessary in the study. In order to multi-phase pipe flow simulation, the small-scale physical experimental system based on the PLC control, and the experimental simulation system of based on Configuration software design are achieved. The physical experimental system can be achieved signals acquisition and control. Bubble flow, stratified flow, wavy flow, slug flow and other flow patterns can be formed in the experimental pipeline by changing the oil-gas-water flow rate. The virtual experimental system consists of the control interface and virtual physical interface. The simulation experiments of the multiphase flow generation can be achieved through the data exchange by two computers. This system meets the requirements for multiphase flow experiment.

experimental study on the working performance of different milling tools for multistage fracturing ball seats

To achieve the secondary production in multistage fracturing wells of tight oil,milling tools are usually used to remove the multistage fracturing ball seats to achieve production with a large diameter in *** this paper,first of all,the working mechanism of milling tools for multistage fracturing ball seats was studied and a mechanical analysis model of single abrasive grain was ***,an experimental system for milling tools was developed,and the experimental tests of the flat,the blade,and the slope milling tool were conducted in ***,the morphology of chips and the surface morphology of the workpiece after the experiment were ***,the working performance of milling tools was evaluated from the perspectives of working safety,working efficiency,and wear resistance of the milling *** results show that the torque of the milling tool increases nonlinearly with the increase in the cutting depth of the abrasive grain and increases linearly with the increase in the cutting ***,the chips are irregular particles and the size is mainly from 10 to 50μ***,the chips should be pumped up with a small pump pressure and a large *** this,the cutting depths of the abrasive grains are from 216.20 to 635.47μm and the bottom surface of the milling tool should be eccentric to avoid the zero point of cutting ***,the torque of the slope milling tool is 23.8%larger than that of the flat milling tool,which is also 30.4%smaller than that of the blade milling *** with the flat milling tool,the working efficiency of the blade milling tool improves by 79.9%and the slope milling tool improves by 111.1%.Also,the wear resistance of the blade milling tool decreases by 102.7%,while the slope milling tool declines by 32.6%when compared with the flat milling ***,the slope milling tool has the characteristics of moderate torque,stable working conditions,the highest working efficiency,and fine wear resistan

Accurate estimationand real-time compensation for phase offset and Doppler shift are essential for coherent multi-input multi-output(MIMO)***,a spatial multiplexing MIMO scheme with non-coherent frequency-shift keying(FSK)detection is *** is immune to random phase interference and Doppler shift while increasing *** is valuable that the proposed spatial multiplexing MIMO based on energy detection(ED)is equivalent to a linear system,and there is no mutual interference caused by the product of simultaneous signals in square-law *** equivalent MIMO channel model is derived as a real matrix,which remains maximal multiplexing capacity and reduces the channel estimation *** results show that the proposed scheme has outstanding performance over Rician flat fading channel,and experimental system obtains four times the capacity through 4 antennas on both transmitter and receiver.

Magnetically controlled shape memory alloy（MSMA） which has fast response, high energy density and other excellent characteristics, have a broad application prospects as a potential intelligent sensor materials. However, the unclear correlation between the environment temperature and the sensing characteristics limits the application of MSMA in the sensor field. According to the sensing characteristics of MSMA, through the real-time control of current and temperature in the experimental system, the experimental data such as compressive strains, stress and magnetic induction change of magnetic circuit in the bias magnetic field were recorded. Then, the optimum ambient temperature for the sensing characteristics of MSMA was proposed. The results show that the stress applied to the MSMA material can have a great influence on the magnetic induction intensity in the magnetic circuit at the op timum ambient temperature of 31℃. While the sensitivity of the sensing properties of MSMA depends on the magnitude of the change in the magnetic induction. Therefore, MSMA exhibits a high sensitivity at the optimum ambient temperature of 31℃.

Control system for dynamic testing platform of asymmetrical pitch mechanism

A novel asymmetrical pitch system for rotary wing is presented. The pitch control characteristics are studied and analyzed. Because elastic linkage is a key part in whole asymmetrical pitch system, in order to obtain the variation of the elastic linkage deformation, an experimental platform mainly based on the device of micro aerial vehicles （MAVs） and a new control system mounted on TMS320LF2407 are designed. This control system has its compacted configuration and reliability. Finally, using this system to control the MAV for simulating the flying forward, experimental results show the MAV＇s flight attitude can he controlled based on the variation of the elastic linkage.
