In this article,multiple attribute decision-making problems are solved using the vague normal set(VNS).It is possible to generalize the vague set(VS)and q-rung fuzzy set(FS)into the q-rung vague set(VS).A log q-rung normal vague weighted averaging(log q-rung NVWA),a log q-rung normal vague weighted geometric(log q-rung NVWG),a log generalized q-rung normal vague weighted averaging(log Gq-rung NVWA),and a log generalized q-rungnormal vagueweightedgeometric(logGq-rungNVWG)operator are discussed in this *** is provided of the scoring function,accuracy function and operational laws of the log q-rung *** algorithms underlying these functions are also described.A numerical example is provided to extend the euclidean distance and the Humming ***,idempotency,boundedness,commutativity,and monotonicity of the log q-rung VS are examined as they facilitate recognizing the optimal alternative more quickly and help clarify *** chose five anemia patients with four types of symptoms including seizures,emotional shock or hysteria,brain cause,and high fever,who had either retrograde amnesia,anterograde amnesia,transient global amnesia,post-traumatic amnesia,or infantile *** numbers q are used to express the results of the *** demonstrate the effectiveness and accuracy of the models we are investigating,we compare several existing models with those that have been developed.

Air pollution has seriously endangered human health and the natural ecosystem during the last *** quality monitoring stations(AQMS)have played a critical role in providing valuable data sets for recording regional air *** spatial representativeness of AQMS is a critical parameter when choosing the location of stations and assessing effects on the population to long-term exposure to air *** this paper,we proposed a methodological framework for assessing the spatial representativeness of the regional air quality monitoring network and applied it to ground-based PM_(2.5)observation in the mainland of *** multidimensional euclidean distance between each pixel and the stations was used to determine the representativeness of the existing monitoring *** addition,the K-means clustering method was adopted to improve the spatial representativeness of the existing *** results showed that there were obvious differences among the representative area of 1820 stations in the mainland of *** monitoring stations could well represent the PM_(2.5)spatial distribution of the entire region,and the effectively represented area(*** area where the euclidean distance between the pixels and the stations was lower than the average value)accounted for 67.32%of the total area and covered 93.12%of the *** additional stations were identified in the Northwest,North China,and Northeast regions,which could improve the spatial representativeness by 14.31%.

Quaternion non-local means(QNLM) denoising algorithm makes full use of high degree self-similarities inside images to suppress the noise, so the similarity metric plays a key role in its denoising *** this study, two improvements have been made for the QNLM: 1) For low level noise, the use of quaternion quasi-Chebyshev distance is proposed to measure the similarity of image patches and it has been used to replace the euclidean distance in the QNLM algorithm. Since the quasi-Chebyshev distance measures the maximal distance in all color channels, the similarity of color images measured by quasi-Chebyshev distance can capture the structural similarity uniformly for each color channel; 2) For high level noise, quaternion bilateral filtering has been proposed as the preprocessing step in the QNLM algorithm. Denoising simulations were performed on 110 images of landscape, people, and architecture at different noise levels. Compared with QNLM, quaternion non-local total variation(QNLTV), and non-local means(NLM)variants(NLTV, NLM after wavelet threshold preprocessing, and the color adaptation of NLM), our novel algorithm not only improved PSNR/SSIM(peak signal to noise rate/structural similarity) and figure of merit values by an average of 2.77 dB/8.96% and 0.0491 respectively, but also reduced processing time.

The environmental impact of maritime transport has now become a relevant issue in sustainable policy formulation and has attracted increasing interest from *** the sustainable development of maritime transport,International Maritime Organization stipulates that the sulfur content of ship emissions will reach 0.5 from *** the approaching of the stipulated implementation date,shipowners need to adopt scientific methods to make decision on low sulfur *** this study,we applied a prospect theory based hesitant fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making model to obtain the optimal decision of low Sulphur marine *** this purpose,the hesitant fuzzy decision matrix is established to collect expert opinions,the maximizing deviation method is adopted to determine criteria *** to calculate the euclidean distance from the reference points,we obtain the comprehensive prospect values of ***,a case study is carried out to illustrate the significance and effectiveness of the proposed *** innovation of this study is that it is the first-time adopting prospect theory and hesitate fuzzy sets to multi-criteria decision making for low Sulphur marine fuel,which provides an effective decision model for shipping companies under Low Sulphur regulations,and can also be extended to other industries.

The most generally used technique of load power monitoring is non-intrusive load monitoring, which requires only one device to be mounted on the bus to monitor the current parameters and the working state of various types of appliances within the total load. It is required to investigate a cost-effective non-intrusive load monitoring and identification system that can perform a range of duties such as fault monitoring, energy monitoring, and fault analysis without requiring a significant number of sensing components. Measurement of electrical values of commonly used home appliances during stable operation, followed by feature extraction and electrical feature analysis to identify appliance types, can help residential users understand appliance habits and consciously reduce consumption and losses while enabling fault detection. The STM32F103RCT6 core control chip and the SUI-101 energy metering module are used in this system to monitor and evaluate load characteristics using the Modbus-RTU communication protocol. The active and reactive power of the load is measured and recorded in the learning mode;in the analysis and identification mode, the electrical parameters of the current appliance, such as current, voltage, active power, reactive power, frequency, and power factor, can be displayed in real-time, and the corresponding load can be deduced using binary simulation and the euclidean distance matching method. The device has a short learning time and good identification accuracy for typical household appliances, according to the system test, and can satisfy the analysis and recognition of electrical appliances in a regular domestic setting. The current device design combines the advantage of cheap cost, low power consumption, and portability, making it a viable alternative for domestic appliance identification and monitoring.

The Relation between Genetic Difference for Parents of Hybrid Rice and Heterosis

Exploring the indica-japonica differentiation in parents of hybridization can provide theoretical bases for utilizing inter-subspecific heterosis. In this study, 5 sterile lines and 18 self-bred restorer lines were used as female parents and male parents respectively. Then 90 combinations were constructed by incomplete diallel cross followed by relationship analysis between parental Cheng’s index difference value and euclidean distance and heterosis. The results showed a significant correlation between several phenotype values, super male parent heterosis and control heterosis and euclidean distance or Cheng’s index difference value. However, it was no significant correlation for yield. Further analysis found a common interval, 3.41 - 3.46 for euclidean distance and 3 - 4 for cheng’s index difference value of parents, which was significant or high significant positive correlated with phenotype value, super male parent and control heterosis of main yield traits. This illustrates that the larger the genetic difference of parents was, the stronger the heterosis combinations were, when the genetic differences of parents were in an appropriate range.

Genetic distances between hybrid parents based on phenotypic traits and molecular markers were investigated to assess their relationship with heterosis for grain and stover yield and other traits in pearl millet(Pennisetum glaucum [L.] R. Br.). Fifty-one hybrids developed using 101 hybrid parents(B and R lines) and showing a wide range of genetic distance between their parents based on eight phenotypic traits and 28–38 SSRs were evaluated in two sets for two seasons. The correlation between euclidean distance(phenotypic distance, ED) and simple matching distance(molecular distance, SM) for parents of both sets was low but positive and significant(r = 0.2, P distance could be a better predictor of heterosis than molecular distance. The correlation between phenotypic distance and heterosis was not strong enough to permit the use of phenotypic diversity among parents as a major selection criterion for selection of parental lines displaying high levels of heterosis for grain and stover yield in pearl millet.

In this paper,a novel method of range ambiguity resolving based on hybrid filter is proposed for high-pulse repetition frequency (HPRF) *** considering the discrete-valued pulse interval number (PIN) which is described as the radial range of the target divided by the maximum unambiguous range for a certain HPRF and its incremental variable as target states,the problem of range ambiguity resolving is converted to the hybrid state estimation *** the initial time steps,since the range measurement is ambiguous,the hybrid state initialization is achieved by utilizing multiple HPRFs based on euclidean ***,to avoid the choice of the thresholds,the hybrid model based on six-dimension state vector is made equivalent to several hybrid models based on five-dimension state vector according to the values that PIN incremental variable may *** hybrid estimation is achieved by comparing 2-norm of the innovations obtained from several hybrid *** results demonstrate that the proposed method can converge more rapidly than the existing multiple hypothesis method when only one HPRF has target measurement and overcome the mistake that multiple hypothesis method makes when PIN varies.
