Many developing countries including India are in a state of transition. These are striving to move from a subsistenceoriented, tightly integrated, inward looking local economy to a surplus seeking, market led, outward looking economy. Entrepreneurs can play a pivotal role in the economic development of the country. However capital alone is not sufficient for the success of entrepreneurship. Besides economic aspects, the intangibles such as knowledge have become increasingly important in the modern times. Therefore, there is an emphasis on entrepreneurship training and development. Many organizations/institutions have taken proactive measures in this direction. The study has been carried out with a view to analyze the role of entrepreneurship Development Organizations in the entrepreneurship development, and the problems faced by EDPs in developing and promoting entrepreneurship. Twenty-two entrepreneurship development organizations of Punjab and Haryana have responded to the study. Achievement motivation training, management inputs, opportunities guidance, project report preparation, support system exposure, market survey, field visits and labour laws were major inputs covered in EDPs. Non-availability of suitable candidates for training, limited availability of guest faculty, financial institutions preference for collateral securities, inadequate finance for EDP trainees, delay in assistance from supporting organizations, inflexible rules prevailing in training institutions, problems in follow-up and non-seriousness on the part of EDP trainees were indicated as major problems in promoting entrepreneurship.

The present research is aimed at analyzing the barriers girls and women graduate students regarding Entrepreneurial activities.The type of research is applied research and due to lack of control variables,the research is the semi-empirical type of research.research methodology is casual-relative.The study population of this study was girls last year and graduated from Islamic Azad University-ivan Center.120 of who were selected through stratified random sampling.The main tools for gathering information were questionnaire.To determine the reliability of the questionnaire has been used Cronbach’s alpha,（a =.95）.Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts with surveys related to the subject.Analysis and data processing was done at two levels of descriptive statistics （central and dispersion parameters） and analysis （Spearman correlation coefficient,factor analysis and multiple regression analysis,stepwise method）.Data processing is done in the environment software spss.The results showed that the barriers-economic and political and cultural breeding were the most important barriers to women entrepreneurs in the commissioning stage of business and skill barriers,economic and legal obstacles have been the most important stage of entrepreneurship development of women entrepreneurs in their businesses

利用扎根理论方法，以吉利汽车为例，对吉利汽车通过全球研发、跨国联盟、内部修炼等在创新合作网络发展的不同时期所占据的不同网络位置与创新绩效的关系进行了研究，并分析了企业家精神在两者间的中介作用。结果表明：占据网络中介和富含结构洞的网络位置能使企业获得更高的创新绩效；在两种不同的网络位置——中心位置和中介位置与创新绩效的关系中，企业家精神均起中介作用。

区域文化影响企业家精神的培育与企业家精神的发挥，而企业家精神对资源的配置又有重要影响。具有企业家精神的人更易于发现经济中的机会并通过创新改变原有的资源配置模式，从而降低经济运行的生产成本和交易成本以促进经济绩效的提升。东北的区域文化抑制了企业家精神的形成与发挥，因此影响了区域的资源配置与经济效率。通过区域文化的变革可以促进东北地区人们企业家精神的培育，减少对企业家精神发挥的抑制，促进区域经济增长。

自20世纪90年代末以来，中国经历了一段房价持续高速增长的时期。在中国家庭自有住房率超过百分之八十的背景下，长期的房价上涨必然会影响家庭内部的投资、消费和创业等一系列决策行为。本文通过构建一个职业选择模型，将房价上涨对人们的创业行为的影响分离成“财富效应”、“信贷效应”以及“替代效应”。基于该模型，本文发现房价上涨对无房人群和有房人群的创业决策存在不同的影响，并进一步探讨了家庭财产、是否有房以及住房按揭贷款对创业决策的影响。本文进而利用微观数据对理论模型推导出的各个推论进行了检验。通过对创业的关注，本文指出了中国的高房价可能影响长期经济增长的一个重要渠道。

很多学者从个体特质与外部环境的角度探讨农民创业行为，而实际上农民的创业选择深受家庭因素的影响，家庭结构如何影响到农民的创业选择，这是一个仍未受到广泛关注的重要研究问题。本文基于家庭资本理论将家庭结构分为社会精英家庭与人力残缺家庭，并使用上海财经大学2016年“中国千村调查”的数据，就两种类型的家庭结构与农民创业活动之间的关系进行了分析，主要得到以下结论：①农民的社会精英家庭背景，如有家庭成员担任村干部、拥有党员身份、或者是村里公认的德高望重者，将显著提高其选择创业活动的可能性；而人力残缺家庭，即家庭结构稳定性受到破坏的家庭，如父母离异、兄弟姐妹残疾、老人或子女残疾等，将显著降低其选择创业活动的概率。②社会精英家庭的农民创业主要是机会驱动、寻求更大独立或成就一番事业，即典型的机会型创业；而人力残缺家庭的农民虽然不倾向于创业，但一旦选择创业则主要是出于生存或改善现状考虑，即典型的生存型创业。③家庭结构对农民创业行为的影响作用还受到区域关系文化的制约，这主要表现在，地处强关系文化区域的社会精英家庭将更大程度地提高其家庭成员从事创业活动的可能性。本文深入剖析了经济转型时期中国农民创业行为的内在决定性机理，有助于探索激励农民创业行为的家庭因素及其作用机制，对推进农民创业理论范式新发展具有一定的意义。
