enlightenment of EU New Common Agricultural Policy on Protection and Sustainable Utilization of Cultivated Land in China

The integration of the legal education into primary school curriculum is an educational experience system that promotes the physical and mental development of all the American students in the school education environment.First,it introduces the characteristics of the American legal education in primary schools,and analyzes the current station of American legal education in primary schools;secondly,it analyzes the current station and problems of American legal education in primary schools,and summarizes the problems existing in American legal education in primary schools at the present stage;finally,the author puts forward the improvement strategies of American legal education in primary schools to make targeted improvements to the issues raised at this stage.To carry out legal education in the form of integrating into school curriculum will help promote the optimization of the school curriculum structure,help improve the students’ legal quality,and help promote the construction of the United States.This paper is based on the theory combing and practical research of the integration of the legal education in the American primary school curriculum,describes the practical needs and current situation of the integration of the legal education.

EU common agricultural policy is a guiding policy implemented by European member states for nearly 60 years and continuously reformed according to the international situation.At present,its reform direction is consistent with the requirements of cultivated land protection and sustainable utilization in China's"14^(th) five-year"plan,which could provide reference for China.Based on analyzing protection and sustainable utilization of cultivated land in China and the reform process of EU common agricultural policy,referring to main measures of the new common agricultural policy with advanced nature and superiority,and combining actual situation of China,three suggestions on promoting the implementation of cultivated land protection and sustainable utilization strategy in China are proposed:perfecting legal system of cultivated land protection and sustainable utilization in China,agricultural subsidies inclining to young farmers to stimulate the new vitality of cultivated land protection,taking green development as goal orientation and scientifically carrying out ecological construction of cultivated land,to provide better system guarantee for maintaining China's food security.

近代启蒙运动从探讨人性出发追求科学与理性，在学理上表现为对于形式上的确定性的高度肯定。但是，作为重要启蒙思想家的卢梭，发现了“不确定性”在启蒙思想所讨论的各种问题上的意义，之后的叔本华、尼采、克尔恺郭尔，延续了卢梭所开辟的这个方向，这些思想的精华成为20世纪后现代思潮的精神灵感的重要来源，并且在数学、逻辑、自然科学领域得到了验证。20世纪新启蒙运动与近代启蒙运动类似，也是一场跨学科的、对人类文明发展产生了重大影响的思想-社会运动。它指出了近代启蒙运动的局限性，探讨了人性新的可能性，使人类走向一个更为宽容和开放的时代。

In Bernard Shaw’s play Major Barbara,the arm dealer,Barbara’s father Undershaft is usually considered a totally evil character.In this paper,it is argued that Undershaft is a character of the greatest importance.Though hardly the spokesman of the author Bernard Shaw,this sophisticate does represent Bernard to some extent,making the immature protagonist Barbara more aware of the complex reality.His emergence leads to a full understanding of the relation between good and evil,the necessity to eradicate poverty,and the unity of great people of foresight to save the mass.

Shenzhen Special Economic Zone has achieved remarkable progress through the 30-year development. The change from the past frontier town to the current megacity makes urban planning practices of Shenzhen City significant for the exploration of other Chinese cities. Combining with significant planning events of Shenzhen City, this paper divided its urban planning history into 3 stages: exploration, transformation and improvement, and particularly introduced its overall planning, urban design, and statutory plan, and finally proposed suggestions for other cities' development on the basis of urban planning history of Shenzhen.

后殖民语境中启蒙与文化认同的张力

启蒙所要求的对自我意识和主体性的觉醒，在中国五四以来的启蒙里强烈地表现出对传统的批判，甚至是通过批判传统而达到现代性。但这种启蒙造成了近代中国文化主体的失落，导致一种文化的“虚位”，这就使得中国丧失了自身的主体性。五四以来的启蒙导致的中国主体性丧失的后果在后殖民的香港和台湾，首先被人文知识分子所深刻地体验。有鉴于此，叶维廉认为，在香港殖民文化统治下，对中国文化的认同能够让殖民地下的人民真正意识到自己的文化身份，实现民族觉醒；文化认同能够促使对自身殖民文化限制的反思，文化认同由此具有启蒙的功能。因此，在后殖民语境中，中国传统文化由五四时代作为启蒙批判的对象，成为文化启蒙的主体。后殖民的启蒙要以传统文化重新找回自身的主体性。

第一，避开中西文化二元对立的话语模式，在技术性语言上寻找现代转型的新路径，注意新知识在新语境中如何“融洽贯通”。第二，在语源学层面上，探究“西艺”与“美术”的意义内涵及其传播问题，由此涉及美术学最初的体系建构及内部的分化轨迹。第三，在西学启蒙的历史维度上，以明万历年翻译《几何原本》为案例，建立利玛窦时代与洋务运动之间的历史关联，在知识层面上提出“平行转译”的新概念。第四，分析几何图形的视觉元素，讨论其形式规则及所产生的新认知，进而触及中西之间不同的造型观念、观看方式与空间意识，在图像文本的转译上论“会通”与“会意”。第五，强调文化的主体性及人的自觉，并针对1840年之前特定历史阶段，提出“大场域/小话题”的研究方案，在话语框架上对接洋务派的“中体西用”。
