In the 21st century, the South Korean government is to develop its own cultural industries, and it has achieved great results. Since the administration of President Chun Doo-hwan, it started the Korean government for the development of cultural industry that has formulated a series of policies, laws and regulations, which is the development of Korean culture industry that has played a positive role in promoting. By analyzing the current development of cultural industries in Korea, Korean culture industry can be seen with the following characteristics in the development process, ie government-led industrial policy and cultural economic and non-economic nature of double and capital, talent and technology for the development of cultural industries powered. Successful experience in development and operation of Korean culture of industry development has an important enlightenment on China＇ s cultural industry.

The puzzle is palpable. Jean-Jacques Rousseau was the most brilliant of all developmental psychologists and his Emile the most profound book ever written on education. In the age of revolutions, Rousseau was one of the two most widely read philosophes in America and Emile the most popular of all his writings. More even than all that, Rousseau＇s ideas about education were far more in tune with the rhetoric of revolutionary America than those of his only real rival in pedagogy, John Locke. Yet Rousseau＇s influence on education in the new nation was negligible. How are we to explain that？ This paper suggests an answer to that question.

In recent years, the state promulgated a series of policies in promoting urban and rural medical insurance and many cities took the lead to reform form the medical insurance pattern with local characteristics. All of these are helpful for our country to realize the integration and providing valuable experience. The target of the article is to maintain the public cause of medical and health, to solve the problem of high cost of urban and rural residents to see a doctor. As well as to realize the objections of disease pro^ection, convenience, cure spends less.

With the advancement of modern linguistics, an increasing number of linguists commence on engaging in the comparativestudy between English and Chinese on the basis of phonology. As a result, this paper explains what phonology is, and makes a con-trast between English and Chinese from the phonological components, including syllable,tone and intonation,rhythm,stress and pho-neme, which intends to give English learners a clear and full understanding of differences between English and Chinese and eventu-ally to enlighten them to master English.
