In this paper,we have analyzed the arrival rate of the passengers and the energy-cost of the elevator traffic during up-peak. We proposed the dynamic transition point of 4 elevators in order to reduce energy consumption using the nonlinear-map model. The energy-cost depends on the arrival rate and the round-trip time directly, so we give the relationship of the changes of the arrival rate and round-trip time distribution functions. Due to the distribution of the arrival rate depends strongly on the number of passengers arriving at the lobby. The arrival rate of the passengers is divided into three stages. During the lower-peak stages, according to the round-trip time functions, the cars varies from 1 to 4 at the transition point. The simulation shows that the energy consumption of the algrithm proposed in this paper is lower than that of the average arrival rate. This method can also be applied in the other traffic modes.

In order to study the standard energy consumption of air-conditioning system of subway vehicle and optimize the performance of air-conditioning system,it is necessary to clarify the air-conditioning representative operating *** this paper,based on the tested data during real operation of subway vehicle in summer,the characteristics of the air-conditioning operating conditions are analyzed,and the construction method of the operating conditions is first ***,taking the tested line as an example,using the constructed operating conditions as sample data,the k-means clustering algorithm is used to identify the representative operating points of the air-conditioning in the cooling ***,the energy consumption based on the representative operating points of the cooling season is calculated by LMS AMEsim software,the error between calculated results and field measurements data is within 10%,which verifies the accuracy of energy consumption calculation method based on these representative operating points.

This paper studies the aggregate and structural relationship between energy consumption and economic growth of three northeastern provinces in CHINA using the grey relational models. And result shows Ji Lin province exists the strongest correlation between energy consumption and economic growth, but its economic growth has the lowest dependence on energy consumption in all three provinces. which means that the energy consumption of Ji Lin province contributes more to the economic growth than that of the other two provinces, Hei Long Jiang province has the highest dependence of economic growth on energy consumption. Finally we put up with some suggestions that the short-term dependence on energy consumption in economic growth should not be igbored. And each province should make full of comparative advantages in energy, strengthening exploitation and cooperation in energies.

A time delay recurrent neural network （TDRNN） model of energy consumption of urban rail transit system is proposed. The sequential correlation of energy consumption of traction （ECT） is proved by DW test. Artificial neural network （ANN） of urban rail transit based on nonlinear autoregressive model （NARX） is built using MATLAB, with unit energy consumption of traction （UECT） as the input and output variables of the ANN. The ANN was trained and tested using early stopping method of training to promote prediction performance. The results show that the ANN can accurately predict the ECT and the annual prediction error of ECT is less than 1.5%.

The same trend of fluctuations may explain that energy consumption is vulnerable to short-term *** existence of lagged elasticity of energy consumption explained the lagged effect of energy consumption well.

China has initiated various dedicated policies on clean energy substitution for pollutant fossil-fuels since the early 2010 s to alleviate severe carbon emissions and accelerate clean energy transformation. Using the autoregressive integrated moving average（ARIMA） regression, we project the potentials of substituting coal and oil with clean energy for different production sectors in China toward 2030. Based on the projections, a dynamic multi-sectoral computable general equilibrium model, CHINAGEM, is employed to examine the impacts of future clean energy substitution on China’s energy production, output of non-energy sectors, macro-economy, and CO2 emissions. First, we found that most production sectors are projected to replace pollutant fossil-fuels with clean energy in their terminal energy consumption in 2017–2030. Second, clean energy substitution enables producing green co-benefits that would enable improvements in energy production structure, reductions in national CO2 emissions, and better real GDP and employment. Third, technological progress in non-fossil-fuel electricity could further benefit China’s clean and low-carbon energy transformation, accelerating the reduction in CO2 emissions and clean energy substitution. Furthermore, the most beneficiary are energy-intensive and high carbon-emission sectors owing to drop in coal and oil prices, while the most negatively affected are the downstream sectors of electricity. Through research, various tentative improvement policies are recommended, including financial support, renewable electricity development, clean energy utilization technology, and clean coal technologies.
