With the rapid development of China’s tertiary industry, especially the service industry, more and more people engaged in the service industry. Service personal contact with the customer directly, so service personal`s emotion will affect the customer experience directly. Therefore, emotional labor is increasingly valued by managers. emotional labor is a process which staff interact with customer in accordance with certain organizational rules. The study shows that emotional labor has a significant effect on a series of outcome variables in organizational context, both positive and negative, and its target audience includes the actor, the trader, and the rule maker. Through 7-ELEVEn case investigation, the paper finds emotional labor problems that exist in the current service industry and find propose solutions.

How to cultivate innovative talents has become an important educational issue nowadays.In China’s long-term mentorship education environment,supervisor-student relationship often affects students’creativity.From the perspective of students’psychology,we explore the influence mechanism of supervisor-student relationship on creativity by machine learning and questionnaire survey.In Study 1,based on video interviews with 16 postgraduate students,we use the machine learning method to analyze the emotional states exhibited by the postgraduate students in the videos when associating them with the supervisor-student interaction scenario,finding that students have negative emotions in bad supervisor-student relationship.Subsequently,we further explore the impact of supervisor-student relationship on postgraduate students’development in supervisor-student interaction scenarios at the affective level.In Study 2,a questionnaire survey is conducted to explore the relationship between relevant variables,finding that a good supervisor-student relationship can significantly reduce power stereotype threat,decrease emotional labor surface behaviors,and promote creativity expression.The above results theoretically reveal the internal psychological processes by which supervisor-student relationship affects creativity,and have important implications for reducing emotional labor and enhancing creativity expression of postgraduate students.

＜正＞From the perspective of positive psychology, this study examines the relationship between emotional labor and job engagement.Results of the 258 sample survey showed emotional labor has a certain prediction on job engagement:the surface acting has a negative correlation with dedication,deep acting has a positive correlation with dedication,and emotional strategy has a positive correlation with all the three dimensions of job engagement（vigor,dedication,absorption）. Job requirement works as a moderator in the relations between emotional strategy and vigor, and the relations between emotional strategy and absorption.

本文以情感劳动理论为分析框架，立足服务型社会的发展趋势，以一种整体的视角探讨中国社会中从事服务型工作的各类群体所具有的情感劳动体验。研究发现，因情感劳动而带来的情感耗竭在不同职业群体和性别群体中存在显著差异：生产性服务业从业人员的情感耗竭程度高于专业性服务业从业人员，女性的情感耗竭程度高于男性。并且，男性和女性的情感耗竭状况受到不同因素的调节，婚姻关系为女性劳动者提供了情感庇护，而男性劳动者则会从工作环境中获得情感补偿。通过KHB方法进行效应分解后进一步发现，服务型工作对体力与脑力劳动的双重需求以及劳动者付出与回报不对等的不公平感是导致其情感耗竭的重要中介机制。

社会工作职业过程往往包含高度的情感卷入，但国内对社会工作者情感劳动过程的关注显然不足，既有的国外研究则聚焦于专业关系范畴。在本土社会工作的专业实践中，社会工作者群体的情感劳动主要表征为：压力感与获得感并存的冲突性情感体验；“惰性化”与“模糊化”的表层扮演和基于专业价值与规范的深层扮演构成多样化的情感整饰；社会工作者倾向于主动采取身体技术、认知技术和社会技术进行情感调适。探索本土社会工作者情感劳动的复杂图景有助于打破此前人们对此“理所当然”的想象，同时也启发我们思考如何进一步推进社会工作职业过程中的自我关怀、组织关怀与政策关怀。

Service innovation is fundamental competitiveness to service enterprise. Researches on domestic service enterprise shows that organization support and emotional labor, Psychological empowerment, learning commitment, internal social capital are the key variables to significantly affect employee’s service orientation and further service innovation. So managers should strengthen organization support, reduce emotional labor, enhance psychological empowerment, and learning commitment to improve enthusiasm, which in turn generate more service-oriented behaviors.

以往对情绪劳动前因变量的研究主要集中在个人因素、情景因素和组织因素3个方面，研究成果较为丰富，但对个人因素和组织因素间的互动过程对情绪劳动影响的探讨还比较缺乏。文章以社会交换理论为基础，通过对酒店一线服务人员的问卷调研探讨服务企业员工在与组织互动过程中的情感体验(组织认同和基于组织的自尊)对其情绪劳动的影响。层级回归分析和结构方程模型均表明，组织认同与基于组织的自尊都对情绪劳动具有显著影响，表现为组织认同水平越高，员工越倾向于采用深层表演策略，基于组织的自尊水平越高，员工越倾向于采用深层表演策略；基于组织的自尊在组织认同与表面表演作用关系中起完全中介作用，在组织认同与深层表演作用关系中起部分中介作用。因此，企业管理者应积极关注员工的情感需求，注重提升员工的组织认同感和基于组织的自尊感，以实现企业、员工与顾客的互利共赢。

采用“劳动力—资本—消费者”三方关系的分析框架，基于对现有文献的梳理和对田野访谈材料的分析，文章以空姐的情感劳动为切入点，试图探讨劳动过程中的资方支配与劳方抗争。研究发现：航空公司以女性气质为标准选拔、培训空姐，并利用“真乘客”与“假乘客”对其劳动过程进行控制和监督，创造出一种资本的形式不在场但实则在场的“全景式”监督模式；乘客需求的差异性为空姐的自主情感劳动提供了客观可能性，表现在空姐借助自身女性特质和中国人际互动特性，灵活地对个体乘客投入情感并采用多样的反抗形式。本文认为，在服务业中，消费者与资本之间既有合谋又有分离，这一特点一方面形塑了资本对劳动控制的新特点，另一方面又为劳动者的个人自主提供了可能性。

儿童抚育从家庭领域走向公共领域，由此诞生了照料和教育儿童的专门职业——幼儿教师。本研究关注幼儿教师职业群体，基于田野调查与访谈，从情感劳动理论视角对其劳动过程进行研究。研究发现，幼儿教师的情感规则包括两方面：一方面，作为照料者，他们被期待付出“像妈妈一样的爱”，与幼儿建立起亲密情感联结，并对其进行无微不至的照顾；另一方面，作为教育者，他们需要遵循“温柔而坚定”的情感规则，管理负面情绪的表达，并选择合适的互动方式实现教育目的。本文还讨论了幼儿教师在情感劳动的实践中面临的不同情境以及应对策略，包括工作环境的压力与限制、教师与家长之间部分理念与行为相互冲突背后隐含的期待，分析了园所类型可能对幼儿教师情感劳动产生的影响。

本文以女性网络主播为例，探讨平台劳工的劳动过程与身份认同出现的新变化。通过深度访谈、参与观察收集田野资料并进行分析，本研究发现在平台的薪资制度、竞争制度、弹性用工模式的作用下，劳动者在平台上的劳动空间之外开辟出“第二层劳动空间”进行隐蔽的情感劳动，并塑造商品化的“人设”以迎合观众的消费需求。其结果是劳动空间被无限扩大、劳动力再生产空间被挤压、劳动者的自我身份被全面商品化。平台技术深刻影响了服务业中的女性劳动者，看似“自由”的平台劳动者实则在牺牲自由的同时面临异常严重的剥削与异化。
