The electric power industry is the key to achieving the goals of carbon peak and *** forecasting of carbon emissions in the electric power industry can aid in the prompt adjustment of power generation policies and the early achievement of carbon reduction *** study proposes a new approach that combines the decomposition-ensemble paradigm with knowledge distillation to forecast daily carbon ***,seasonal and trend decomposition using locally weighted scatterplot smoothing(STL)is used to decompose the data into three ***,two heterogeneous deep neural network models are jointly trained to predict each subcomponent based on online knowledge *** training,the two models learn and provide feedback to each *** first model-ensemble stage is performed by synthesizing the predictions for each subcomponent of the two ***,the second model-ensemble stage is *** predictions for each subcomponent are integrated using linear addition to obtain the final *** addition,to avoid leakage of test data caused by decomposing the entire time series,a recursive forecasting strategy is *** predictions are obtained by forecasting 7,15,and 30 days in the *** results using metaheuristic algorithms to optimize hyperparameters show that the proposed method evaluated on the daily carbon emissions dataset has better forecasting performance than all baselines.

By using electric power data,observational station temperature data in Beijing,CN05.1 temperature data,ERA5 atmospheric reanalysis data,and ERSST.v3 b sea surface temperature(SST) data,it is found that summer(JulyAugust) electric power demand in Beijing is remarkably positively correlated with the previous spring(MarchApril) tropical North Atlantic(TNA) SST anomaly(SSTA).The possible physical mechanism of the TNA SSTA affecting summer electric power in Beijing is also *** a positive SSTA occurs in the TNA during spring,anomalous easterlies prevail over the tropical central Pacific,which can persist to the following *** winds are thus enhanced over the northern Pacific,which favors a strengthening of upwelling cold water in the tropical central-eastern *** a result,a negative SSTA appears in the central-eastern Pacific in summer,which means a La Nina event is triggered by the previous TNA SSTA through the Bjerknes *** the La Nina event,an anomalous anticyclonic circulation occupies the northwestern *** southerly anomalies at the western edge of this anomalous anticyclone strengthen the transportation of warm and humid airflow from the low latitudes to North China,where Beijing is located,causing higher summer temperatures and increased electricity usage for air conditioning,and vice *** results of this study might provide a new scientific basis and dues for the seasonal prediction of summer electric power demand in Beijing.

In the analogy where achieving the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goals(the “dual carbon” goals) is compared to a battle, energy is the main battlefield, and electric power the main force. The low-carbon transformation path of the electric power industry exerts fundamental impact on progress towards carbon peaking and carbon neutrality of the whole society. Therefore,this paper first analyzes challenges and opportunities faced by the electric power industry to achieve the “dual carbon” goals; secondly, on the basis of deep low-carbon, zero-carbon and negative-carbon scenarios of the electric power industry, this paper quantifies and delves into the consumption structure of primary energy and final energy, as well as the future development positioning and trend of different categories of energy. Based on the research results, this paper proposes low-carbon transformation path of the electric power system at the stages of carbon peaking, deep low-carbon and carbon neutrality, and analyzes the trend of power supply cost changes in different scenarios. On this basis, a series of implementation key points and measures are proposed to adapt to green and low-carbon transformation of the electric power industry,covering areas such as coal-fired electric power development positioning, new energy development and utilization, diversified supply and demand, new energy industry chain, and power supply costs, and so forth.

Research on Carbon Budget Implementation in electric power Enterprises

As current electric power communication network planning can hardly consider multiple design objectives simultaneously, we proposed a general optimization model of multiple objectives optical network planning in electric power communication systems, based on Pareto optimization and genetic algorithms. The optical network in power system is modelled mathematically and the total cost functional is a combination of the overall network burden and the building cost weighted by a regularization parameter. After a series of optimization with different regularization, a Pareto frontier is generated to illustrate the trade-off between the two conflicting objectives, which provides a unified framework for planning and can navigate the operators’ intelligent decision- making. Numerical results illustrate our conclusions.

Carbon budget is of great significance for carbon emission reduction task. Therefore, this paper studies the implementation of carbon budget in electric power enterprises. This paper mainly studies this topic through questionnaire survey, network survey, individual analysis and other research methods, puts forward relevant problems and gives solutions.

In order to online monitor the running state of variable voltage and variable frequency(VVVF)hydraulic system,this paper presents a graphic monitoring method that fuses the information of variable frequency electric *** paper first analyzes how the voltage and current of the motor stator change with the operation conditions of VVVF hydraulic *** a result,we draw the relationship between the electric parameters(voltage and current)and power ***,the signals of the voltage and current are fused as dynamic figures based on the idea of Lissajous figures,and the values of the electric parameters are related to the features of the dynamic *** theoretical analysis establishes the function between the electric power of the variable frequency motor(VFM)and the features of the plotted dynamic figures including area of diagram,area of bounding rectangle,tilt angle,***,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by two cases,in which the speed of VFM and the load of VVVF hydraulic system are *** results show that the increase of the speed of VFM enhances its three-phase electric power,but reduces the tilt angle of the plotted dynamic *** addition,as the load of VVVF hydraulic system is increased,the three-phase electric power of VFM and the tilt angle of the plotted dynamic figures are both *** paper provides a new way to online monitor the running state of VVVF hydraulic system.

Effect of Structure Parameters on power and Magnetic Field in Electromagnetic Soft-Contact Continuous Casting System

To design a power source system and mold for electromagnetic soft-contact continuous casting process and to theoretically estimate the heat losses from the charges and the system power, the effect of structure parameters on system power and magnetic flux density distribution was calculated using finite element method. The results show that as for electromagnetic soft-contact continuous casting system with partial-segment type mold, the power consumption is much more than that with a full-segment type mold; about 62% of electric power is dissipated in the mold, and the effective acting range of magnetic field is relatively narrow. Optimizing mold structure is a crucial measure of remarkably reducing mold power consumption and saving electric energy. Increasing slit number, width, and length can remarkably increase the magnetic flux density in the mold and can reduce the electric energy consumption. Among structure parameters, slit number and slit width are relatively more effective to reduce energy consumption. For a round billet electromagnetic continuous casting system with diameter of 178 ram, the reasonable slit number, width, and length are about 24--32, 0. 5--1.0 mm, and 160 mm, respectively.

What needs to be developed from the concept of"Smart Grid"is that:when renewable energy sources are absolutely prevailing in power generation,distributed power generation and distributed energy storage systems are widespread across the grid,and electric vehicle charging loads are prevailing in power load demands,how can the power grid support electric power as a core secondary energy source,undertake the role of a bridge between primary energy and end-use energy,and achieve the coordination and the optimization in macro energy perspective;how to guarantee the security of both macro energy and environment as well as the reliability of *** a new term is needed,it should be Comprehensive Energy Network,not Energy Internet.
