As a media learning platform,the"Learning Power55 platform integrates the advantages of the internet,big data,and new *** the supply of massive explicit and implicit learning resources as well as the construction of the interactive space of"Learning Power/5 it fully embodies the education mechanism of moral ***,it is reflected in the distinctive political position and the education goal mechanism of"moral education,55 the education operation mechanism of"explicit and implicit unity,"the learning mechanism of'"autonomy and cooperation integTation,"and the feedback incentive mechanism of"gamification."The organic combination and interactive operation of these four mechanisms form a collaborative education mechanism system of goal orientation,education operation,learning process,and feedback incentive.

This study summarizes and analyzes the characteristics and deficiencies of past cooperative education models, the construction of multi-subjects cooperative education mechanism, and the influencing factors based on the relevant theories of multi-subjects cooperation education. This study proposes the establishment of a "mixed ownership" cooperative education model and provides the development direction of a multi-subject cooperative education model in applied undergraduate education.

Industry-University cooperative can promote communication and cooperation between schools and enterprises, realize the sharing of advantageous resources, achieve the common development of schools and enterprises, and promote the development of social economy. Industry university cooperation plays an important role in the reform of university education mode, but there are still many problems in the implementation. Therefore, in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of industry-university cooperation, we should reform the personnel training program, the long-term mechanism of industry-university cooperation and the government’s macro-control. Establish the perfect industry-university cooperation mechanism to promote the transformation and development of applied undergraduate colleges.

Dynamical behavior and optimal impulse control analysis of a stochastic rumor spreading model

The Internet era has brought great convenience to our life and ***,it also makes a bunch of rumors propagate faster and causes even more harm to human ***,it is necessary to perform effective control mechanisms to minimize the negative social impact from ***,firstly,we formulate a rumor spreading model considering psychological factors and thinking time,then,we add white noise(i.e.,stochastic interference)and two pulse control strategies which denote education mechanism and refutation mechanism into the ***,we obtain the global positive solutions and demonstrate the global exponential stability of the unique positive periodic rumor-free ***,we discuss the extinction and persistence of ***,we use Pontriagin’s minimum principle to explore the optimal impulse ***,several numerical simulations are carried out to verify the effectiveness and availability of the theoretical *** conclude that the pulse control strategies have a great influence on controlling rumor spreading,and different control strategies should be adopted under different transmission scenarios.

一直以来，我国高校博士后制度被视为具有培养和用工的功能诉求。在这种定位之下，尽管学术成果取得了重要的进步，但是博士后的培养机制与用工机制却并未产生同步的积极效果，反而导致了人才培养的形式化与博士后用工的肆意扩张等现实问题，使得培养和用工的定位相互消解，不利于博士后的职业发展，更未能促进用工体制改革的公平正义。我国高校博士后制度是在借鉴美国经验的基础上发展起来的，分析中美两国在高校晋升体制、劳动标准适用和博士后管理方式上的差异，能够给我国在博士后培养和用工的实现方式上提供有力的借鉴。在当前高校博士后制度框架下，我国应当明确劳动用工的定位，淡化人才培养的形式化设计，在多样化用工需求和实际工作中建立符合博士后职业发展的用工机制，并同时促进高校用工体制的改革。
