On Cross-Cultural Transmission in the Modern Era:Perspectives Based on Pluralism,ecologism and Globalism

The world we are confronting is full of kinds of contradictions and conflicts in spite of peace and development here and there. Concerning cross-cultural transmission which is in context of nation-to-nation perspective,the previous studies have probed into this issue in theoretical analysis and practical experience while the present situation still dissatisfies us,particularly when cultural differences are taken into account. Thus,it is of necessity to discuss how to make multicultural coexistence possible in the modern context. This paper,first of all,probes into characteristics of Chinese and western cultures,and then dwells on approaches applicable to address social and cultural problems under guidance of pluralism,ecologism and globalism. Under such circumstances,human civilization and integration could be achieved by filtering obstacles among different nations,cultures,ideologies,etc.,which tends to be evaluated by ecological and global vision in the modern era.

生态文明需要一种与之相适应的经济形态，即可以与生态相融合的生态经济。生态经济的发展也需要经济伦理为其保驾护航。经济伦理可以为经济主体提供伦理动力，为生态经济的发展提供社会共识基础，为政府主导生态经济发展提供价值标准。生态经济的经济伦理是生态经济伦理，即生态主义的经济伦理。生态文明时代产生并流行生态主义，大力发展生态生产，大力提倡包括自然价值在内的公平分配，大力提倡包括自然价值在内的平等交换，大力提倡生态消费等说明了生态文明时代的经济伦理的生态主义性质。
