The long-run development of the cultural integration between the Zhuang Ethnic Group and the Han Ethnic Group provides value platform and basic consensus for promoting the ecological civilization construction,setting up the ecological civilization concept and realizing the dialogue of ecological civilization between different ethnic groups. There are indeed differences and divergences between the Zhuang and the Han ethnic groups in the development of such a cultural framework and ecological civilization,which promotes the development of ecological civilization at the same time. Concerning the increasingly severe ecological civilization construction situation and prominent problems,it is quite important and urgent to realize the dialogue of ecological civilization between the Han and the Zhuang Ethnic Groups so as to maintain ecological justice,guarantee the ecological safety and promote the benign interaction and wide- ranged participation of eco-wisdom of different ethnic groups.

This paper proposes a conceptual framework and a strategic idea for China s green urbanization from the perspective of ecological *** existing urbanization model—whether the activities carried out in the city or the city’s organization form—is largely a product of the traditional industrial era China must think outside the traditional industrial box and promote green urbanization based on ecological civilization which is the fundamental solution to address the unsustainable development of *** urbanization is more like"building cities in(natural) parks",rather than building parks in existing cities",that is,creating a prosperous economy without destroying but making full use of the natural ecological *** means there will be profound changes to the development concept,the activity carried out in the city,the city’s organizational logic,and the implications of the regional ***’s green urbanization based on ecological civilization should focus on three basic tasks and two *** three tasks are to reshape the existing cities,urbanize the newly added population in a green way,and redefine the rural *** two key strategies are to realize green urbanization of urban clusters that account for more than 90% of the national GDP,70% of the total population,and 30% of the land area;and to urbanize county-level areas where about 60% of the national population resides.

China’s reform and opening up is an all-round transformation and development. The harmonious coexistence of man and nature is the foundation and starting point of social and economic development, and the future direction of human society. Reform and opening up does not come from nowhere, and green development is a product and need of historical development. Before the reform and opening up, the conflict between man and nature caused ecological imbalance induced by the destruction of nature that aimed to meet basic food needs under the conditions of low productivity in a traditional agricultural society. The 40 years of reform and opening up have seen the initial completion of industrialization and urbanization in compressed time. During this process, the conflict between man and nature has evolved into expensive material consumption and ever-expanding desire for non-material enjoyments, leading to the pollution crisis endangering humans’ living environment and natural sustainability. On the 40th anniversary of reform and opening-up policy, it is necessary to understand this evolution process. By summarizing the achievements and discerning the problems of green transformation, this paper analyzes the direct and internal impetus, explores the theoretical basis and shares the outlook on future development.

The research elaborated the internal connections between the construction of ecological civilization and 'Resource-conserving and Environment-friendly Society', introduced the practice and achievements of promoting the construction of ecological civilization in the National Synthetically Reform Pilot Zone of the 'Resource-conserving and Environment-friendly Society' in Chang-Zhu-Tan(CZ-T) City Cluster, which is focusing on the establishment of standard system, the promotion of reform in ten key areas, the construction of ten key environmental projects, and the promotion of ten low-carbon clean technologies. Based on this, the research pointed out structural and institutional obstacles and problems in further promoting the construction of 'Resource-conserving and Environment-friendly Society' and ecological civilization. Finally, focusing on reform and innovation, the research provided suggestions to deepen the reform of the construction of 'Resource-conserving and Environment-friendly Society' and ecological civilization in four aspects, such as dividend of institution, dividend of nomocracy, dividend of development, and dividend of market.

ecological civilization has already evolved into a complex conceptual system. The mainstream idea holds that ecological civilization is an element of civilization, or a whole new social form, while other ideas view it as a philosophy of green development, a measure of green orientation, an outcome of the overall development of civilization. This paper, however, maintains that ecological civilization is another domain of civilization parallel with social civilization, and an integral whole made up of four elements of civilization. As a domain of civilization, ecological civilization is constant and systematic in content, limited in connotation, and holds a fundamental value. The five–sphere integrated plan(economic, political, cultural, social and ecological progress) will combine the construction of the four elements of civilization and push forward the construction of an ecological civilization.

ecological civilization, which refers to the harmonious development of man and the nature, has the connotation of the ecological material civilization, ecological consciousness civilization, ecological institutional civilization and ecological behavior civilization. The research on ecological civilization evaluation index system is important in that it can provide the guidance for the construction of ecological civilization, and besides it can improve public recognition of the importance of ecological civilization to the level that they will personally contribute to the development of ecological civilization. The paper attempts to set up an evaluation index system for ecological civilization construction based on consulting to relevant documents, in a bid to provide some policy references for relevant departments.

First, emphasis was given to the analysis on the practices of ecological civilization construction in Wudang District, and then the Wudang mode of ecological civilization construction was discussed and summarized from the aspects of implementation process, implementation path, and implementation dynamics, obtaining the following enlightenments： accelerating the development of ecological economy is the primary task for the ec- ological civilization construction in western counties; optimizing the spatial development pattern is an important means to promote the ecological civi- lization construction scientifically; capturing the acting point is the key factor to realize the win-win of economic development and ecological protection; the overall development of social undertakings to achieve the happiness of people in rural and urban area is the goal of ecological civilization.

Eco–philosophy perceives the world from an ecological perspective, so it is also called the ecological world view. According to Eco–philosophy, the world is a complex "man–society–nature" ecosystem, a community of shared life that exists and works in the form of an integral whole as a living organic system. With the relationship among man, society, and nature being its basic problem, and the harmony of the three being its target, Eco–philosophy, as a holistic philosophical world view, goes beyond the modern philosophy of subject–object dichotomy and helps to facilitate the ecological civilization construction with its new world view, epistemology, methodology and axiology.

On the basis of experimental works of planning environmental impact assessment, works of planning environmental impact assessment such as each of the city＇s special planning and development zone planning were comprehensively promoted in Wuhan City, which effectively promoted the adjustment of Wuhan industrial structure, the rational layout of functions and the efficient utilization of resources, and laid a solid foundation for Wuhan City to be the supporting point for the rise of central China. Here, the work carried out in Wuhan was reviewed, combined with the new requirements of the current ecological civilization construction in Wuhan City, and the framework, the key technical points and the important focuses of the carrying out of the tracking evaluation of planning environmental impact assessment were proposed.
