Discrete wavelet transform-based fault diagnosis for driving system of pipeline detection robot arm

A real-time wavelet multi-resolution analysis (MRA)-based fault detection algorithm is proposed. The first stage detailed MRA signals extracted from the original signals were used as the criteria for fault detection. By measuring sharp variations in the detailed MRA signals, faults in the motor driving system of pipeline detection robot arm could be detected. The fault type was then identified by comparison of the three-phase MRA sharp variations. The effects of the faults were examined. The simulation results show that this algorithm is effective and robust, it is promising for fault detection in a robot's joint driving system. The method is simple, rapid and it can operate in real time.

Dynamic running law of the hydraulic driving system decides the hoisting cage velocity curve in a hoisting cycle and is decided by the characteristic of the hydraulic driving system and by the operating speed of hoist driver. The paper studies the dynamic running law of hydraulic driving system, analyses the influence of driver operating speed on the dynamic running characteristic, and points out the reasonable driver operating speed to control the dynamic stress in rope and to reduce the oscillation of rope system.

The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is a key part of hybrid power vehicle’s driving system, and the reliability of its control is important for the normal use. With more and more electronic equipments settled in the vehicle, the type and quantity of electromagnetic interference are increasing, and will finally affect the motor driving system’s reliability. This paper analyzed the sources of interferences in the driving system, and solved them with circuit preplan and design. With the experiment, these solutions were effective and improved the driving system’s reliability.

＜正＞ Aimed at complexity and uncertainty of electric minicar driving system, such as vehicle velocity, road condition, environment disturbance, storage battery and given signal etc., which are uncertain, cross-relative, nonlinear and time-varying, it is very difficult to describe it through mathematic model. Therefore, in this paper, authors select fuzzy control as control strategy, apply single chip processor to implement hardware, adopt two-dimension fuzzy control pattern, whose input variables are error and change of error, respectively, through querying list algorithm to realize fuzzy inference. On the basis, developing corresponding fuzzy control system, whose structure adopted two closed-loop, the result shows that effect of control is satisfied.

The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has some advantages such as big power density and reliability, and been widely used in vehicle driving and other industrial area. The space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) is the main technology in PMSM driving control. The motor information contains rotor magnet field position, motor speed, and stator current and so on. Speed and reliability of its transmission is not only the base of SVPWM calculation in the control system, but also the guarantee for users to adjust the motor control command in time. The research on choice and design for PMSM driving system data transmission and communication bus is important.

A Driving Method for Field Emission Displays

The paper proposes a novel grayscale generation method for field emission display (FED),named as subsegments *** to a certain ratio,the period of each scanning line is divided into corresponding *** com- pounding one or several of these subsegments,the grayscales are generated for the video *** such subegment method,we accomplished to build the video display system based on the FED screen developed by Southeast University with screen printed carbon nanotube cathode (CNT).Both monochrome video display system (with resolution of 96 72, and frame rate of 60 Hz) and colorful video display system ( with resolution of 96 x RGB 2,and frame rate of 60 Hz) are accomplished.
