This paper addresses the challenge of synchronized multiple spacecraft attitude reorientation in presence of pointing and boundary constraints with limited inter-spacecraft communication *** attitude pointing constraint among the fleet of spacecraft has also been modeled and considered during the attitude maneuvers toward the desired *** fling control structure that consists of decentralized path planners based on virtual structure approach joint with discrete time optimal local controller is designed to achieve the mission's *** to digital computing of spacecraft's onboard computer,local optimal controller based on discrete time prediction and correction algorithm has been *** time step of local optimal algorithm execution is designed so that the spacecraft track their desired attitudes with appropriate error *** convergence of the proposed architecture and stability of local controller's tracking error within appropriate upper bound are ***,a numerical simulation of a stereo imaging scenario is presented to verify the performance of the proposed architecture and the effectiveness of the algorithm.

The dynamics of discrete time delayed Hopfield neural networks is investigated. By using a difference inequality combining with the linear matrix inequality, a sufficient condition ensuring global exponential stability of the unique equilibrium point of the networks is found. The result obtained holds not only for constant delay but also for time-varying delays.

A CMOS wideband front-end IC is demonstrated in this *** consists of a low noise transconductance amplifier（LNTA） and a direct RF sampling mixer（DSM） with embedded programmable discrete-time *** LNTA has the features of 0.5-6 GHz wideband,wideband input matching and low *** embedded filter following the DSM operates in discrete-time charge domain,filtering the aliasing signals and interferences while controlling the IF bandwidth according to the clock *** measured NF of the front-end was below 7 dB throughout the whole band from 0.5 to 6 *** shows a conversion gain of 12.6 dB and IP_（1dB） of-7.5 dBm at 2.4 *** occupies a chip area of 0.23 mm^2 and consumes 14 mA DC current.

This article,we develop an optimal policy to control the service rate of a discrete time queueing-inventory system with finite *** customers arrive according to a Bernoulli process and the service time for the customers are *** the buffer size attains its maximum,any arriving new customers are considered to be *** customers are served one by one according to FCFS rule and each customers request random number of *** inventory is replenished according to a(s,Q)inventory policy with geometric lead *** main objectives of this article are to determine the service rates to be employed at each slot so that the long run expected cost rate is minimized for fixed inventory level and fixed buffer size and to minimize the expected waiting time for a fixed inventory level and fixed buffer *** problems are modelled as Markov decision *** establish the existence of a stationary policy and employ linear programming method to find the optimal service *** provide some numerical examples to illustrate the behaviour of the model.

This article deals with the uniformly globally asymptotic controllability of discrete nonlinear systems with *** is shown that the system is uniformly globally asymptotic controllability with respect to a closed set if and only if there exists a smooth control Lyapunov ***, it is obtained that the control Lyapunov function may be used to construct a feedback law to stabilize the closed-loop *** addition, it is proved that for periodic discrete systems, the resulted control Lyapunov functions are also time periodic.
