Objective To evaluate the relationship between the intake of dietary nutrients,hypertension and energy *** Data were collected through dietary survey by ***,weight,blood glucose,lipids,minerals,insulin and T3 were *** hypertension risk factors and dietary nutrients were evaluated at *** nutrient intakes,energy metabolism and chaotic status of plasma lipids, blood pressure and insulin were compared between the normal group and obese *** In 353 female participants,283 were obese,71 were normal,and 137 were *** logistic regression analyses showed that age,body mass index (BMI),and alcohol consumption (those who consumed large amounts of alcohol, ≥30g per day) were risk factors of *** for age,family history of diabetes,work intensity and physical activity time,additional Suplica and multivitamin preparation,menostasis,body mass index,smoking, alcohol consumption,IFG,IGT,dyslipidemia and energy,sodium was associated with an increased risk of hypertension [OR per s: 1.606 95% CI,1.260 to 2.048],for carbohydrate this was less striking (OR per s: 1.396,95 % CI 1.063 to 1.763).Protein,riboflavin,niacin,calcium,phosphorus,selenium,zinc,potassium, and animal iron were associated with a decreased risk of *** adjusted odds ratios per s (95% CI) were 0.623 (0.471 to 0.823) for protein,0.815 (0.627 to 1.059) for riboflavin,0.641 (0.642 to 0.889) for niacin,0.693 (0.530 to 0.906) for calcium,0.532 (0.394 to 0.719) for phosphorus,0.689 (0.520 to 0.912) for selenium,0.675 (0.502 to 0.908) for zinc,0.817 (0.675 to 0.990) for potassium and 0.665 (0.499 to 0.887) for animal *** These results support the hypotheses that the decrease of the energy intake and the increase of the vitamin and minerals intake may contribute to prevent and improve hypertension and metabolism disorder.
