A Comprehensive Review on Medical Diagnosis Using Machine Learning

For whole vehicle,from preliminaiy concept to scrapping,vehicle repair action is very normal and usual via ECU diagnostic way.In this case,different phase in vehicle lifecycle have corresponding system for diagnosis,such as engineering phase use engineering tool,EOL（End of line） phase use EOL system.When vehicle launch to customer,from AS（aftersales） point of view,diagnostic tool for AS is more usual and frequent for repair action.The diagnostic system in different phase have own characteristic.From Aftersales point of view,the diagnostic system shall be easy to operate system and execute repair action.Nevertheless,once OEM update vehicle for market competitiveness,Aftersales diagnostic system shall be updated in same frequency of vehicle product as well,which bring OEM costs of system development and validation as well as management and maintenance,furthermore the updated system shall cover old version of vehicle product which still is used for customer.Actually,many OEMs is costing too much money and time for AS diagnostic system update and validation one vehicle by another,which is serious problem for OEM side.Even they do not want but they must do it,because no good development solution exists.OEMs prefer to cost money and time for vehicle product optimization instead of wasting for it.Therefore,AS diagnostic system platform development solution is necessary and essential.It is described that this paper provide a platform approach of Aftersales diagnostic system based on ODX data and OTX sequence.,which can satisfy the requirement of Aftersales repair and make system updating low-cost and high-effective as well as reliability and flexibility.

The unavailability of sufficient information for proper diagnosis,incomplete or miscommunication between patient and the clinician,or among the healthcare professionals,delay or incorrect diagnosis,the fatigue of clinician,or even the high diagnostic complexity in limited time can lead to diagnostic errors.diagnostic errors have adverse effects on the treatment of a patient.Unnecessary treatments increase the medical bills and deteriorate the health of a patient.Such diagnostic errors that harm the patient in various ways could be minimized using machine learning.Machine learning algorithms could be used to diagnose various diseases with high accuracy.The use of machine learning could assist the doctors in making decisions on time,and could also be used as a second opinion or supporting tool.This study aims to provide a comprehensive review of research articles published from the year 2015 to mid of the year 2020 that have used machine learning for diagnosis of various diseases.We present the various machine learning algorithms used over the years to diagnose various diseases.The results of this study show the distribution of machine learning methods by medical disciplines.Based on our review,we present future research directions that could be used to conduct further research.

A novel full-digital real-time neutron flux monitor（NFM） has been developed for the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor.A measurement range of 10~9 counts per second is achieved with 3 different sensitive fission chambers.The Counting mode and Campbelling mode have been combined as a means to achieve higher measurement range.The system is based on high speed as well as parallel and pipeline processing of the field programmable gate array and has the ability to upload raw-data of analog-to-digital converter in real-time through the PXIe platform.With the advantages of the measurement range,real time performance and the ability of raw-data uploading,the digital NFM has been tested in HL-2 A experiments and reflected good experimental performance.

Primarily experimental results are given for a W wire array Z pinch imploded with up to 2 MA in 100 ns on a Qiangguang-I pulsed power generator. The configuration and parameters of the generator, the W wire array load assembly and the diagnostic system for the experiment are described. The total X-ray energy has been obtained with a averaged power of X-ray radiation of 1.28 TW.

Kr gas-puff Z-pinch experiment performed recently on Qiang-guang Ⅰ pulsed power generator is reported. The generator has a 1.5 MA current with a pulse width of 100 ns. The total X-ray energy as well as its spectrum has been obtained, and the average power of X-ray radiation in 50-700 eV measured by XRDs is 2 TW. The generator configuration, gas-puff load assembly and diagnostic system for the experiments are described.
