A beam of 95 MeV/u Ni19+ions was stored in CSRe,and collided with the internal jet-targets of hydrogen,argon,krypton and xenon.The X-rays produced in the collisions were detected by two Silicon Drift Detectors(SDD)and four High-purity Germanium detectors.The K satellite and the hypersatellite lines of the projectile ions are clearly distinguished.Our primary data analyze show that the double-to-single K-shell ionization of the projectile ions increases linearly with the factor κ=Z/v,where Z is the atomic number of the target and v is the projectile velocity.The experimental data in 52-197 MeV/u Xe^(54+)ions with krypton collisions were thoroughly analyzed[1].Energy shifts of the Kα_(1,2)^(s) ,Kα_(1,2)^(h,s) and Kβ_(1,3)^(s) transitions are obtained.Thus,the average number of the spectator L-vacancies presented during the X-ray emission is deduced.The experimental results are compared with a relativistic coupled channel calculation performed within the independent particle approximation.The theory agrees with the present experiment very well at the higher energies,but it fails to reproduce the experiment data at low energies and the reason of this deviation is not clear yet.

We diffused gold into Si wafers of good quality (Ln≥324μm) and obtained 6 samples with NAa = 7.94×1012 -6.96×1015cm-3. The minority carrier lifetime of each sample was measured with the photovoltage method and compareed with the calculated value, showing that maximum deviation is 4 times between them.
