The prevalence of,and related factors to,stress urinary incontinence (SUI) among perimenopausal Chinese women and its impact on daily life among those women with sexual desire problem in Hubei province were *** this study,1519 perimenopausal women aged 40 to 65 years were selected from three urban communities in the Wuhan area,and two impoverished,mountainous communities in Hubei province,and followed from April to October *** information about demographic characteristics,menstruation,pregnancy,sexual life and chronic diseases was collected.A cross-sectional survey was carried out following information collection by Chi-square test and multiple logistic regression *** and multivariate logistic regression analysis demonstrated that the potential factors associated with developing SUI were old age (OR=3.4,95% CI:1.92-6.04),vaginal delivery (OR=0.623,95% CI:0.45-0.87),low income (OR=0.063,95% CI:0.40-0.92),atrophic vaginitis (OR=1.4,95% CI:1.03-1.80),pelvic organ prolapse (OR=2.81,95% CI:1.36-5.80),chronic pelvic pain (OR=2.17,95% CI:1.90-4.03),constipation (OR=1.44,95% CI:1.07-1.93) and incontinence of feces (OR=3.32,95% CI:2.03-5.43).Moreover,the ratio of SUI (33.2%) was higher than the ratio of urgency urinary incontinence (24.1 %) or the ratio of mixed urinary incontinence (17.4%),and SUI had a greater impact on daily life among women with decreased sexual *** conclusion,SUI is a common disorder affecting over one third of the women surveyed,and has a severe impact on the daily life of perimenopausal women with declined sexual ***,mode of delivery,and monthly income are major risk factors involved in the development of SUI.

In extant Chinese poetry, there are a considerable number of poems composed on the theme of ＂Observing Female Entertainers＂ from the fifth through ninth centuries. Through an examination of such poems, this paper traces the changes in male poets＇ views of female entertainers： from placing female entertainers and their performances in a broader context of a pleasant moment, to focusing on the details of female entertainers and their performances, as well as from treating female entertainers as a medium for poets＇ self-reflection to desiring intimate relationships with them. This paper shows how this change in perception and representation of female entertainers by male poets not only indicates the development of the entertainment system, but also evidences a new function of this subgenre of poetry.

This paper develops an Augustinian response to political problems diagnosed by Michel Foucault＇s analysis of modem power. Foucault argues that power in the modem age is not repressive but creative. Instead of prohibiting acts, political power disciplines and normalizes subjects. Foucault＇s alternative consists in practices of aesthetic self-creation not linked to transcendent or natural order. Within Augustine＇s account of the purposive nature of love and desire, however, lies an implicit critique of Foucault＇s ethic of aesthetic self-creation. Augustine＇s eudaimonism allows him to resist the process of normalization. Augustine provides an alternative to both modem political practice and a Foucauldian practice of aesthetic self-creation.

This paper is a hypothetical study to present postulates to have mathematical formulation towards realization of artificial wisdom. On referring quantum mechanics (QM) a mathematical foundation of wisdom is being defined to have the wisdom machine that can work like creative human. Creation may be defined as the desire to have new. Wisdom is differentiated from intelligence on adding desire. desire is defined as something more than need on encompassing knowledge of self and unbiased reasoning. Each component of desire has an embedded part that is defined as hallucination need (defined as wandering of mind around unreal, acting with attachments, having deluded mind with egoism, performing as foolish follower). This research is viewing wisdom as the tool-kit to realize the “Survival of the fittest.” That is wisdom allows developing own-self on desire base. QM allows probabilistic approximation of multiple interacting events. Human behavior and creativity is a product of multiple events occurring simultaneously and/or in cascade with mutual interferences. Quantum mechanical interpretation of human behavior may be possible on describing it with dual aspects of desire (conscious or the real need and unconscious or the hallucination need) and uncertainties in simultaneous measurement of them. This paper is presenting nine postulates. These postulates and more to develop in future research may make it possible to mathematically encode human wisdom of creativity, so that there may be artificial wisdom.

Objective: Hypoactive Sexual desire is characterized as a lack or absence of sexual fantasies and desire for sexual activity. The current study examines the effects of psycho-physiological therapy (stretch therapy combined with breathing exercise) on the sexual desire among heterosexual men. Methods: We used “convenience sampling” for this research;80 people were recruited. For collection of data, we used an identical quasi-experimental design called “nonequivalent control group.” Therapy sessions each lasting (20) 90 to 120 min were carried out on 3 alternate days of week. The volunteers have been selected from heterosexual men with stable relationship, those who married minimum of 6 months, within 20 to 55 years old, who attended to HUSM Family Clinic. Pre-tests, post-tests, and follow-up tests were conducted in a HUSM clinic (Malaysia). For assessment we used Hurlbert Index of Sexual desire (HISD). Results: The psycho-physiological group had better post-test scores compared to the control group. Also follow-up test scores were marginally better compared to the control group, but this difference did not reach statistical significance. Also age and education level of participants didn’t have any significant effect on this intervention. Conclusion: Psycho-physiological combined therapy including stretching and breathing exercise appears to result in better improvement in sexual desire compared to control group but this improvement is not great. It increases sexual desire of heterosexual men, whenever people follow the therapy.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship among body image perceptions, a desire for thinness, and dieting behavior in young females in Japan. The subjects were 302 Japanese female university students (age 19.9 ± 1.4 years). An anonymous, self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted between July and August 2011. The questionnaire clarified the subjects’ physical status, perception about personal body shape, desired body shape, the time frame when they first thought about body shape dieting, exercise habits, and eating behaviors. The results revealed that many of the underweight or normal weight subjects perceived themselves as obese, and often the reasons for the perception of obesity were comparisons with others or with themselves in the past. The scores of EAT-26 in those who perceived themselves as obese were higher than the scores in those who did not. Those who perceived themselves as obese had a desire to become slim, were concerned about body shape at an early age, were concerned about dieting, had dieting experience, and were willing to increase daily exercise. These results indicated that incorrect perceptions about body shape have connection to a desire for thinness and dieting behavior.

A conflict is a disagreement, struggle, controversy or fight which usually provides the plot for a story. It is the prominent element of a work and the basis for everything else included in the work of literature. In the drama A Streetcar Named desire of Tennessee Williams, several kinds of conflicts are proficiently and artistically revealed. This paper touches on different kinds of conflicts, including those between fantasy and reality, female and male, desire and death, the exterior and inner world, the south and the north. Conflicts are of great literary importance in this play. Firstly, they function to propel the plot and create an overarching tension. Secondly, they are used to represent themes which are applied to greater contexts. Thirdly, conflicts go through the whole play and make it a united whole.
