In consultative committee for space data systems（CCSDS） file delivery protocol（CFDP） recommendation of reliable transmission,there are no detail transmission procedure and delay.calculation of prompted negative acknowledge and asynchronous negative acknowledge *** is designed to provide data and storage management,story and forward,custody transfer and reliable end-to-end delivery over deep space characterized by huge latency,intermittent link,asymmetric bandwidth and big bit error rate（BER）.Four reliable transmission models are analyzed and an expected file-delivery time is calculated with different trans-mission rates,numbers and sizes of packet data units,BERs and frequencies of external events,*** comparison of four CFDP models,the requirement of BER for typical missions in deep space is obtained and rules of choosing CFDP models under different uplink state informations are given,which provides references for protocol models selection,utilization and modification.

In this paper, some problems on the topology design of network are discussed. An exact formula to calculate the delay.of a line will be provided. In the design, the key problem is how to find some efficient heuristic algorithms. To solve this problem, a nonliner- discrete-capacity assignment heuristic and a hybrid perturbation heuristic are suggested. Then, a practical CAD system which helps design the topology of network will be introduced.

On the basis of the coherence theory a new method is presented to analyze the sampled chirped fiber gratings (SCFG). With this method, more results on the SCFG are obtained, including not only the characteristics of reflectivity, transmission and time delay. but also the simplified reflectivity formula, the channel's number, wavelength spacing and channel's bandwidth. Therefore, this method is more systematic and perfect than the usual transfer matrix method and can well guide the design of the SCFG.

In this paper, we have considered a delay.d stage-structured diffusive prey-predator model, in which predator is assumed to undergo exploitation. By using the theory of partial functional differential equations, the local stability of an interior equilibrium is established and the existence of Hopf bifurcations at the interior equilibrium is also discussed. By applying the normal form and the center manifold theory, an explicit algorithm to determine the direction of the Hopf bifurcation and the stability of the bifurcating periodic solutions is derived. Finally, the complex dynamics are obtained and numerical simulations substantiate the analytical results.

By the techniques of comparison argument and Lyapunov-like functionals, some criteria about persistence and extinction of the species are obtained. And then, with the help of constructing Lyapunov functionals and some new analysis method, sufficient conditions, provided with the form of average value of a function, to guarantee the stability of the system are derived. Finally, some examples together with their numerical simulations show the feasibility of these main results. Our conclusions are different from many existing forms for nonlinear competitive systems.

When this result is applied to some special delay.bio-mathematics models, some conjectures and open problems appearing in literature are solved, and many known results are improved.

In this paper, we study the stability in Cspace of nonlinear large-scale neutral differential systems with bounded delay.and unbounded delay. Some simple criteria for stability are obtained. The stability of nonlinear large-scale systems with delay.is studied. A delay.differential inequality of higher dimensions is established, which generalizes Halanay’s delay.differential inequality.
