The discovery of ferromagnetic two-dimensional(2D)van der Waals(vdWs)materials provides an opportunity to explore intriguing physics and to develop innovative spin electronic devices.However,the main challenge for practical applications of vd Ws ferromagnetic crystals lies in the weak intrinsic ferromagnetism and small perpendicular magnetic anisotropy(PMA)above room temperature.Here,we report the intrinsic vd Ws ferromagnetic crystal Fe_(3)GaTe_(2),synthesized by the self-flux method,exhibiting a Curie temperature(TC)of 370 K,a high saturation magnetization of 33.47 emu/g,and a large PMA energy density of approximately 4.17×10^(5)J/m^(3).Furthermore,the magneto-optical effect is systematically investigated in Fe_(3)GaTe_(2).The doubly degenerate E_(2g)(Γ)mode reverses the helicity of incident photons,indicating the existence of pseudoangular-momentum(PAM)and chirality.Meanwhile,the non-degenerate non-chiral A_(1g)(Γ)phonon exhibits a significant magneto-Raman effect under an external out-of-plane magnetic field.These results lay the groundwork for studying phonon chirality and magneto-optical phenomena in 2D magnetic materials,providing the feasibility for further fundamental research and applications in spintronic devices.

In this paper, we investigate the quantum fluctuations of subharmonic reflected field from a triple-resonant degenerate optical parametric amplifier(OPA) inside coupled optical resonators, which is driven by the squeezed beam at signal frequency. By controlling the relative phase between the pump beam and the injected signal beam, we can see the quantum fluctuation in the phase direction and amplitude direction due to the parametric down-conversion process in the cavity. Thus, the phase sensitive operation of the compression field is realized due to the quantum interference between the harmonic field of the down converter of OPA and the inner field of the coupled optical resonator. We verified the quantum coherent phenomena of OPA in coupled optical resonators and phase-sensitive manipulations of quantum entanglement for quantum information processing. We realized the electromagnetically induced transparency-like(EIT-like) effect and the optical parameter conversion process at the same time in one optical device. These properties can favor higher manipulation precision and control efficiency, which is more suitable for the integration of quantum-on-chip systems, laying a foundation for the practical application of quantum information.

The N-fold Darboux transformation(DT) T_n^([N]) of the nonlinear self-dual network equation is given in terms of the determinant representation. The elements in determinants are composed of the eigenvalues λ_j(j = 1, 2..., N)and the corresponding eigenfunctions of the associated Lax equation. Using this representation, the N-soliton solutions of the nonlinear self-dual network equation are given from the zero "seed" solution by the N-fold DT. A general form of the N-degenerate soliton is constructed from the determinants of N-soliton by a special limit λ_j →λ_1 and by using the higher-order Taylor expansion. For 2-degenerate and 3-degenerate solitons, approximate orbits are given analytically,which provide excellent fit of exact trajectories. These orbits have a time-dependent "phase shift", namely ln(t^2).

A surface potential equation (SPE) considering the degenerate effect is derived. To make the degenerate SPE analysis, an empirical approximation for the Fermi integral is applied in the derivation. Dependences of surface potential and square of electric field on gate voltage calculated from the degenerate and non-degenerate models are compared with great discrepancy. Further, theoretical C–V relationships are compared with the experimental data for two structures and it is shown that the degenerate SPE−based Cg–Vg matches with the experimental data much better than the non-degenerate one, which confirms that the degenerate effect is inevitable for surface potential-based metal-oxide-semiconductor device modeling.

degenerate pattern is a seemingly disordered morphology but it exhibits the inherently ordered crystal connected with tip-splitting and limited stability which makes it difficult to observe in the metallic system. Here we employ(100)[011] orientated planar-front seeds using directional solidification and reveal the fundamental origins of the degenerate pattern growth in an Al-4.5 wt% Cu alloy. We find that the spacing of the tip-splitting(λ) in the degenerate of the alloys followed a power law,λ∝V^-0.5, and the frequency(f) of the splitting was related to the growth velocity(V) by f ∝V^1.5. The dimensionless growth direction(θ/θ0) increased monotonously and approached 0.6 with faster velocity, attributed to its anisotropy in the interface kinetics. Once growth velocity exceeded a threshold, two types of pattern transitions from degenerate to regular dendrites were proposed. One of them exhibited a random and chaotic mode and the other underwent a rotation in growth direction.

Three-dimensional(3D)degenerate Fermi gases in the presence of spin-orbit coupling,inducing various kinds of physical findings and phenomena,have attracted tremendous attention in these years.We investigate the 3D spin-orbit coupled degenerate Fermi gases in theory and first present the analytic expression of their ground state.Our study provides an innovative perspective into understanding of the topological properties of 3D unconventional superconductors,and describes the topological phase transitions in trivial and topological phase areas.Further,such a system is provided with a richer set of Cooper pairings than traditional superconductors.The dual Cooper pairs with same spin directions emerge and exhibit peculiar behaviors,leading to topological phase transitions.Our study and discussion can be generalized to some other types of unconventional superconductors and areas of optical lattices.

We report on a new method to achieve the single-scan polarization-resolved degenerate four-wave mixing(DFWM)spectroscopy in a Rb atomic medium using a vector optical field,in which two pump beams are kept linearly polarized and a vector beam is employed as the probe beam.As the polarization and intensity of the DFWM signal are closely dependent on the polarization state of the probe beam,a vector probe beam with space-variant states of polarization is able to generate a DFWM signal with space-variant states of polarization and intensity across the DFWM image.Accordingly,the polarization-resolved spectra can be retrieved from a single DFWM image.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first time that the single-scan polarizationresolved spectrum detection has been realized experimentally with a vector beam.This work provides a simple but efficient single-scan polarization-resolved spectroscopic method,which would be of great utility for the samples of poor light stability and fast optical processes.

We reveal a special subset of non-degenerate Akhmediev breather(AB)solutions of Manakov equations that only exist in the focusing case.Based on exact solutions,we present the existence diagram of such excitations on the frequency-wavenumber plane.Conventional single-frequency modulation instability leads to simultaneous excitation of three ABs with two of them being non-degenerate.

In this paper, we derive five basic identities for Sheffer polynomials by using generalized Pascal functional and Wronskian matrices. Then we apply twelve basic identities for Sheffer polynomials, seven from previous results, to degenerate Bernoulli polynomials and Korobov polynomials of the first kind and get some new identities. In addition, letting λ→ 0 in such identities gives us those for Bernoulli polynomials and Bernoulli polynomials of the second kind.
