＜正＞Applying advanced hazard mitigation strategies such as structural control can provide protection against seismic excitations and allow engineers to build safer and more economical *** control can increase the safety and performance of a traditional design by redistributing and dissipating the energy of the ***,the majority of structural models utilized in this research are assumed to be first linear and second fixed-based systems thereby neglecting soil-structure interaction（SSI）.Indeed,structures even incorporated with control devices may behave nonlinear when subjected to strong earthquake *** addition, ignoring soil-structure interaction in such cases results in mischaracterization of dynamic properties such as fundamental mode frequency and damping ratio,which biases the actual control ***,structural control considering nonlinear property and soil-structure interaction is critical to protect structures against seismic *** the complex nonlinear dynamic property and the uncertainty of soil-structure system,it is more suitable to design adaptive controllers for control command *** adaptive fuzzy control can be employed to handle structural control problem considering hysteretic nonlinear behavior and soil-structure interaction due to its advantage of tackling the system’s unknown *** paper examines the feasibility of designing a decentralized controller that minimizes the H-infinity norm of the closed-loop system. Neural network-based adaptive decentralized learning control for interconnected systems with input constraints

In this paper,the neural network-based adaptive decentralized learning control is investigated for nonlinear interconnected systems with input *** the decentralized control of interconnected systems is related to the optimal control of each isolated subsystem,the decentralized control strategy can be established by a series of optimal control policies.A novel policy iteration algorithm is presented to solve the Hamilton–Jacobi–Bellman equation related to the optimal control *** algorithm is implemented under the actor-critic structure where both neural networks are simultaneously updated to approximate the optimal control policy and the optimal cost function,*** additional stabilizing term is introduced and an improved weight updating law is derived,which relaxes the requirement of initial admissible control ***,the input constraints of interconnected systems are taken into account and the Hamilton–Jacobi–Bellman equation is solved in the presence of input *** interconnected system states and the weight approximation errors of two neural networks are proven to be uniformly ultimately bounded by utilizing Lyapunov ***,the effectiveness of the proposed decentralized learning control method is verified by simulation results.

Platoon control can reduce distance between vehicles to increase road capacity and ensure safety as *** paper presents a new decentralized control method,which considers that all vehicles in a platoon as a group of connected spring-damper *** only bidirectional local information is used in this method,the communications requirement among vehicles is significantly reduced;firstly the paper utilizes the decomposition of overlapping structure,then use LQ optimal control method to determine the parameters values of the spring-damper system,in order to gain nearly as great effects as the centralized optimal control;A large number of simulation experiments show the effectiveness and stability of the method.

＜正＞In this paper, some special decentralized control problems are addressed for discrete-time interconnected systems. First it is pointed out that some subsystems must be unstable to ensure stability of the overall system in some special cases. Then a special kind of decentralized control problem is studied. This kind of problem can be viewed as harmonic control among independent subsystems. Research results show that two unstable systems can generate a stable system through some effective cooperations. In addition, linear matrix inequality based based decentralized controller design method is also given by using parameter-dependent Lyapunov function method developed for the study of robust stability. Two examples are given to illustrate the results.

This paper is concerned with a stabilization problem for a class of dynamical complex networks with each node being a general Lur’e *** using some results of absolute stability theory and a special decentralized control strategy,we address the problem of designing a linear feedback controller such that states of all nodes are globally stabilized onto an expected homogeneous state.A controller design method based on parameter-dependent Lyapunov function is proposed in order to reduce the conservativeness and the controller can be constructed via feasible solutions of a certain set of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）.A network composed of identical Chua’s circuits is adopted as a numerical example to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.

This paper devotes to studying the problem of decentralized control for a class of interconnected fractionalorder uncertain systems. The necessary condition of robust stabilization is obtained. When there is no uncertainty, a simpler condition is derived. Both the conditions for certain and uncertain systems are expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities（LMIs） which can be easily calculated with feasible solution problem by MATLAB LMI toolbox. The state feedback controller which guarantees the closed-loop system asymptotically stabilization can be designed. Furthermore,two examples for normal and perturbed system are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the results respectively. And the state figures are obtained through simulink toolbox to verify the feasibility of the designed feedback controller.

For a class of interconnected time delay uncertain systems satisfing the matching conditions, the sufficient condition for decentralized stabilization feedback control laws is derived based on Lyapunov stability theorem. This condition is expressed as the solvability problem of linear matrix inequalities(LMI). It can be easily determined whether or not, it is feasible and one can easily obtain the decentralized stabilizing state feedback matrices via LMI techniques. The method overcomes the limitations of the existing algebraic Riccati equation method. The given example shows the application of the method.

A new decentralized adaptive control scheme is presented for linear time invariant systems with first order interconnections. The proposed control scheme with “proportional plus integral” terms is used to improve the convergence rate and the ultimate bound of the tracking error. It is important to note that the adaptive scheme uses lower adaptive gains and smaller control inputs to avoid input saturation and oscillatory behavior. Simulation results are illustrated for controlling a dual inverted pendulum and a multivariable turbofan engine using the proposed adaptive scheme. These simulations validate out conclusions.
