Distributed interacted multisensor joint probabilistic data association.algorithm based on D-S theory

In order to resolve the multisensor multiplied maneuvering target tracking problem, this paper presents a distributed interacted multiple model multisensor joint probabilistic data association.algorithm （DIMM-MSJPDA）. First of all, the interacted multiple model joint probabilistic data association.algorithm is applied to each sensor, and then the state estimation, estimation covariance, model probability, combined innovation, innovation covariance are delivered to the fusion center. Then, the tracks from each sensor are correlated and the D-S evidence theory is used to gain the model probability of an identical target. Finally, the ultimate state estimation of each target is calculated according to the new model probability, and the state estimation is transmitted to each sensor. Simulations are designed to test the tracking performance of DIMM-MSJPDA algorithm. The results show that the use of DIMM-MSJPDA algorithm enables the distributed multisensor system to track multiplied maneuvering targets and its tracking performance is much better than that of IMMJPDA algorithm.

Troubleshooting algorithm for solving assignment problem and its applications

A new troubleshooting algorithm for solving assignment problem based on existing algorithms is proposed, and an analysis on the related theory is given. By applying the new troubleshooting algorithm to the Lagrange relaxation algorithm of the multi-dimensional assignment problem of data association.for multi-passive-sensor multi-target location systems, and comparing the simulation results with that of the Hungarian algorithm which is the classical optimal solving algorithm, and the multi-layer ordersearching algorithm which is a sub-optimal solving algorithm, the performance and applying conditions of the new algorithm are summarized. Theory analysis and simulation results prove the effectiveness and superiority of the new algorithm.

Posterior Cramer-Rao lower bounds for multitarget bearings-only tracking

Usually, only the Cramer-Rao lower bound （CRLB） of single target is taken into consideration in the state estimate of passive tracking systems. As for the case of multitarget, there are few works done due to its complexity. The recursion formula of the posterior Cramer-Rao lower bound （PCRLB） in multitarget bearings-only tracking with the three kinds of data association.is presented. Meanwhile, computer simulation is carried out for data association. The final result shows that the accuracy probability of data association.has an important impact on the PCRLB.
