文化创意产业的统计数据，是学术研究和相关政策制定的基础和重要参考。英国、美国和日本针对文化创意产业的统计都是以文化创意产业增加值为核心统计指标的，此外也关注了文化创意产业的就业、出口带动效应。英国、美国日本的文化创意产业统计制度，给我国以诸多启示：统一文化创意产业的概念界定；制定全国统一的文化创意产业的行业分类；丰富和完善文化创意产业的统计指标，改变仅以增加值为主的统计指标设置；细化行业分类，减小文化创意产业统计的复杂性。

当前文化创意产业正在呈现出新的发展趋势，表现出在生产方式与商业模式上发生变革、基于信息技术跨界融合、全球生产网络浮现等新特征。通过科技融合、空间融合、产业融合与社会融合，文化创意产业对城市转型发展形成驱动作用。借鉴国际经验对城市转型实践的启示，我们需要：一是树立“文化生态观”，从“文化资源”到“文化生态”；二是树立“文化规划观”，从“规划文化”到“文化规划”；三是树立“文化创造观”，从“走出去”到“走进去”。

Taipei is a city full of oriental traditional *** from other Chinese cities,Taipei has a very specific urban fabric and development context that provides excellent conditions for the development of cultural and creative industries(CCIs).Since 2011,Taipei City Government has set up 11 creative quarters that have demonstrated the unique features and lifestyles of creative *** this paper,the authors introduce creative Taipei in 4 parts:examining the CCIs conditions of Taipei,identifying strengths of Taipei’s CCIs,understanding governance strategies and policies,and analyzing creative city governance through case *** into the future of creative Taipei,this paper concludes that the clear leading policies,the attractive investment environment for private investors,and the cross-boundary integration are three dimensions to further strengthen the power of CCIs in Taipei.

The slogan 'One Country,Two Systems' guides the political,economic and cultural development of Hong Kong – one of the world's most important financial ***,the city is more than just a financial center and a *** city also has a strong civil society,and the members of the civil society have much interest in culture and cultural *** city aims to strengthen its position as a prominent center of higher education in ***,cultural facilities,infrastructure,festivals(such as the Hong Kong Film Festival) and culturerelated fairs,as well as cultural and creative industries,are high on the political agenda,dedicated to promoting Hong Kong to be a cultural center in *** recent years,a number of studies have been commissioned to explore the potential of cultural and creative industries under the urban *** findings suggest that cultural and creative industries are one of the economic development fields that the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region(HKSAR) Government should support and promote in the future.A design center and agency,called Cyberport,has been established to create institutions that can support the evolution of cultural and creative *** addition,the Hong Kong Special Administrative Regional Government of China decided in 2008 to develop a prime location in the middle of the city into a cultural *** West Kowloon cultural District will position the city on the cultural map of Asia.

Capacity for sustainable development of the creative and cultural industrial park evaluation index system is decomposed into two modules on the basis of the status quo and development potential. The basis of the status quo of the creative and cultural development of industrial parks can be further divided for the endogenous competitive and external environment. The endogenous competitiveness is the source for the development of the park, the external environment for its development policy, services support and complement each other both inside and outside, are indispensable. From both angles were set to the two-level indicators of the competitiveness of endogenous and external environment.
