This paper empirically examines the influence of culture on Innovativeness and Proactiveness which are key dimensions of Entrepreneurial *** has long been a worldwide issues and most government have encouraged entrepreneurship in an attempt to solve this *** China in particular a number of policies are put in place to encourage young graduate locals or foreigners to self-employ,an observation insurrounding mall and acquaintances shows that most locals *** the contrary youths on the other side of the globe particularly in Cameroon suffer from what scholars have persistently criticized and named as the white collar *** is the reasons why this research aimed at unveiling the impact of culture on Entrepreneurial *** does this in a cross-cultural setting by comparing Cameroonian students residing in China and in their home *** research was designed and carried out as following,a throughout literature review was done on similar topics which enabled us to identify existing gaps in this *** went forward by putting up a research model to frame the scope of our research thus givingusandour audience a clear *** research object being students if was only natural to approach them via existing university groups both in China and *** Data where obtained from 146 administered questionnaires and Long-term Orientation was adopted in stating the four hypothesis developed for this *** data were analyzed using various methods among which Descriptive Statistic,Reliability test,T-test,Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Linear Regression *** findings of this study indicates that Long-term Orientation has a significant positive relationship with Proactiveness and *** this study recommended that Institutions in Cameroon fosters Long-term Orientation which in turn will enhance Proactiveness and Innovativeness thus lessen white collar mentality amongits youths.
