It is quite often that the theoretic model used in the Kalman filtering may not be sufficiently accurate for practical applications,due to the fact that the covariances of noises are not exactly known.Our previous work reveals that in such scenario the filter calculated mean square errors(FMSE)and the true mean square errors(TMSE)become inconsistent,while FMSE and TMSE are consistent in the Kalman filter with accurate models.This can lead to low credibility of state estimation regardless of using Kalman filters or adaptive Kalman filters.Obviously,it is important to study the inconsistency issue since it is vital to understand the quantitative influence induced by the inaccurate models.Aiming at this,the concept of credibility is adopted to discuss the inconsistency problem in this paper.In order to formulate the degree of the credibility,a trust factor is constructed based on the FMSE and the TMSE.However,the trust factor can not be directly computed since the TMSE cannot be found for practical applications.Based on the definition of trust factor,the estimation of the trust factor is successfully modified to online estimation of the TMSE.More importantly,a necessary and sufficient condition is found,which turns out to be the basis for better design of Kalman filters with high performance.Accordingly,beyond trust factor estimation with Sage-Husa technique(TFE-SHT),three novel trust factor estimation methods,which are directly numerical solving method(TFE-DNS),the particle swarm optimization method(PSO)and expectation maximization-particle swarm optimization method(EM-PSO)are proposed.The analysis and simulation results both show that the proposed TFE-DNS is better than the TFE-SHT for the case of single unknown noise covariance.Meanwhile,the proposed EMPSO performs completely better than the EM and PSO on the estimation of the credibility degree and state when both noise covariances should be estimated online.

credibility protection for resource sharing and collaborating in non-center network computing environments

Non-center network computing environments have some unique characteristics, such as instability, heterogeneity, autonomy, distribution and openness, which bring serious issues of security and reliability. This article proposes a brand-new credibility protection mechanism for resource sharing and collaboration in non-center network computing environments. First, the three-dimensional hierarchical classified topology （3DHCT） is proposed, which provides a basic framework for realizations of the identity credibility, the behavior credibility and the capability credibility. Next, the agent technology is utilized to construct the credibility protection model. This article also proposes a new comprehensive credibility evaluation algorithm with simple, efficient, quantitative and able to meet the requirements of evaluating behavior credibility and the capability credibility evaluation as well. The Dempster-Shafer theory of evidence and the combination rule are used to achieve the evaluation of the capability credibility. The behavior credibility is evaluated with the current and historical performance of nodes for providers and consumers to realize more accurate prediction. Based on the non-center network computing simulation test platform, simulation is been conducted to test the performance and validity of the proposed algorithms. Experiment and analysis show that the proposed algorithms are suitable for large-scale, dynamic network computing environments, and able to maintain the credibility for networks without relying on central node, make a non-center network gradually evolve into an orderly, stable and reliable computing environment efficiently.

Methodology for credibility assessment of historical global LUCC datasets

Land use-induced land cover change(LUCC)is an important anthropogenic driving force of global change that has influenced,and is still influencing,many aspects of regional and global environments.Accurate historical global land use/cover datasets are essential for a better understanding of the impacts of LUCC on global change.However,there are not only evident inconsistencies in current historical global land use/cover datasets,but inaccuracies in the data in these global dataset revealed by historical record-based reconstructed regional data throughout the world.A focus in historical LUCC and global change research relates to how the accuracy of historical global land cover datasets can be improved.A methodology for assessing the credibility of existing historical global land cover datasets that addresses temporal as well as spatial changes in the amount and distribution of land cover is therefore needed.Theoretically,the credibility of a global land cover dataset could be assessed by comparing similarities or differences in the data according to actual land cover data(the"true value").However,it is extremely difficult to obtain historical evidence for assessing the credibility of historical global land cover datasets,which cannot be verified through field sampling like contemporary global land cover datasets.We proposed a methodological framework for assessing the credibility of global land cover datasets.Considering the types and characteristics of the available evidence used for assessments,we outlined four methodological approaches:(1)accuracy assessment based on regional quantitative reconstructed land cover data,(2)rationality assessment based on regional historical facts,(3)rationality assessment based on expertise,and(4)likelihood assessment based on the consistency of multiple datasets.These methods were illustrated through five case studies of credibility assessments of historical cropland cover data.This framework can also be applied in assessments of other land cover types,such as forest and grassland

VGI and crowdsourced data credibility analysis using spam email detection techniques

Volunteered geographic information(VGI)can be considered a subset of crowdsourced data(CSD)and its popularity has recently increased in a number of application areas.Disaster management is one of its key application areas in which the benefits of VGI and CSD are potentially very high.However,quality issues such as credibility,reliability and relevance are limiting many of the advantages of utilising CSD.credibility issues arise as CSD come from a variety of heterogeneous sources including both professionals and untrained citizens.VGI and CSD are also highly unstructured and the quality and metadata are often undocumented.In the 2011 Australian floods,the general public and disaster management administrators used the Ushahidi Crowd-mapping platform to extensively communicate flood-related information including hazards,evacuations,emergency services,road closures and property damage.This study assessed the credibility of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s Ushahidi CrowdMap dataset using a Naïve Bayesian network approach based on models commonly used in spam email detection systems.The results of the study reveal that the spam email detection approach is potentially useful for CSD credibility detection with an accuracy of over 90%using a forced classification methodology.

Study of the Authenticity and credibility of QQ Chat Records

Digital evidence investigation in QQ software is the current research focus.In order to identify the authenticity and credibility of QQ chat records,the method based on attacking QQ chat records is proposed.Firstly,an evaluation model on checking the authenticity of QQ chat records is proposed.The cases on kinds of changing QQ chat records are discussed.The challenge in identifying the authenticity of QQ chat records is raised.Secondly,case study on attacking QQ chat records is proposed to check the relationship between the authenticity of QQ chat records and the difficulty of changing them.A couple of experiments on changing QQ chat records are finished to find how difficult changing records is and whether there are clues left on changing them or not.Finally,a kind of QQ chat forensic process is presented,which can help for digital evidence investigation in the authenticity and credibility of QQ chat records.The practices in QQ forensic cases show that it works well.

近年来，我国对警察现场执法公信力建设高度重视，维护警察权威的规范性文件层出不穷，讨论多年的袭警罪也正式确立。然而，现场执法公信力建设并未在实践中取得应有成效。这种“制度—实践”的悖反可解释为“制度角色与制度能力”的差异。制度角色预期包含法律、政策制定者的规范预期，组织管理者的治理预期以及执法对象的诉求预期。这三类预期之间不仅可能产生冲突与竞合，还受现场执法条件、执法利益与执法能力的制约，最终影响警察现场执法公信力建设的效果。未来，警察现场执法公信力建设不应仅局限于技术规则的建立，更应聚焦于警察在现场执法过程中的角色与能力匹配。以实际能力为限度合理设定目标，建构科学合理的执法行为评价机制，挖掘警察现场执法的处置潜能，强化工资福利待遇的正向激励，并积极引导正向社会舆论。

Confucianist Five Constant Virtues and Value Dimension Construction on We Media credibility

The Confucianism has played a prominent role for thousands of years in boosting the tenacity of the Chinese nation towards innovation and development as well as in promoting and inheriting the traditional Chinese culture. Based on the five constant virtues of Confucianism,this paper analyzes the relationship between "benevolence,righteousness,etiquette,wisdom and credit"and creditability that We Media should construct,and elaborates the construction of value dimension system of We Media's creditability on talents, environments,orientations and innovations from four aspects. Namely,the cognitive and spiritual orientations that reinforce the five constant virtues,the propaganda cultivation that fuses them and the endogenous impetus stimulated by using them as reference.This paper is designed to tell all of the media and media practitioners to constantly remain vigilant of the social responsibilities they are taking and the social value they should create.T hey should take an initiative to guide their serving objects to foster a proper consensus outlook and value and meeting the mass audience's demands and desires on information.

The objective of this paper is to provide a better rendition of Generation Z purchase intentions of retail products through Facebook.The study gyrated around the favorable attitude formation of Generation Z translating into intentions to purchase retail products through Facebook.The role of antecedents of attitude,namely enjoyment,credibility,and peer communication was also explored.The main purpose was to analyze the F-commerce pervasiveness(retail purchases through Facebook)among Generation Z in India and how could it be materialized effectively.A conceptual fac¸ade was proposed after trotting out germane and urbane literature.The study focused exclusively on Generation Z population.The data were statistically analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modelling.The study found the proposed conceptual model had a high prediction power of Generation Z intentions to purchase retail products through Facebook verifying the materialization of F-commerce.Enjoyment,credibility,and peer communication were proved to be good predictors of attitude(R^(2)=0.589)and furthermore attitude was found to be a stellar antecedent to purchase intentions(R^(2)=0.540).

A Public Blockchain Consensus Mechanism for Fault-Tolerant Distributed Computing in LEO Satellite Communications

In LEO(Low Earth Orbit)satellite communication systems,the satellite network is made up of a large number of satellites,the dynamically changing network environment affects the results of distributed computing.In order to improve the fault tolerance rate,a novel public blockchain consensus mechanism that applies a distributed computing architecture in a public network is proposed.Redundant calculation of blockchain ensures the credibility of the results;and the transactions with calculation results of a task are stored distributed in sequence in Directed Acyclic Graphs(DAG).The transactions issued by nodes are connected to form a net.The net can quickly provide node reputation evaluation that does not rely on third parties.Simulations show that our proposed blockchain has the following advantages:1.The task processing speed of the blockchain can be close to that of the fastest node in the entire blockchain;2.When the tasks’arrival time intervals and demanded working nodes(WNs)meet certain conditions,the network can tolerate more than 50%of malicious devices;3.No matter the number of nodes in the blockchain is increased or reduced,the network can keep robustness by adjusting the task’s arrival time interval and demanded WNs.

The rapid development of Low Earth Orbit（LEO） constellation, with the advantages of strong landing signal, rapid change of satellite geometry and strong anti-interference capability of satellite signal, has become an important development trend of satellite navigation enhancement. In view of the problems such as weak landing signals of BeiDou-3 Navigation Satellite System（BDS-3） and vulnerability to external spoofing, combined with the potential advantages of LEO constellation, this paper explores the improvement of the credibility of BeiDou navigation satellites with the enhancement of LEO constellation, namely integrity and anti-spoofing. Through the receiver autonomous integrity monitoring algorithm（RAIM）, based on the integrity fault detection rate index, the improvement of the integrity performance of the LEO constellation enhanced BDS-3 was analyzed. On this basis, an improved RAIM identification algorithm is proposed for both integrity and hostile faults. Based on the fault detection rate and recognition rate index, the anti-spoofing performance of LEO constellation enhanced BDS-3 is studied and analyzed. The simulation results show that, under the pseudorange deviation of 15 m to 30 m, the integrity fault detection rate of two different LEO constellations with 72 and 144 satellites is 8% and 10% higher than that of single BDS-3 respectively. The two different LEO constellations with 72 and 144 satellites have improved the detection rate of hostile faults by 8% and 10%, and the recognition rate by 40% and 50% respectively, compared with the single BDS-3 under the pseudorange deviation of 15 m to 50 m. Therefore, the enhancement of BDS by LEO constellation can effectively improve the credibility performance of BDS.
