Non-Local pH Shifts and Shared Changing Angular Velocity Magnetic Fields: Discrete Energies and the Importance of Point Durations

Macroscopic productions of “non-locality” or “excess correlations” of dynamic changes within media between two spaces could be utilized as alternative communication systems. Previous experiments have shown that injections of a weak acid within one of two volumes of spring water sharing the same patterned circular magnetic fields with changing angular accelerations separated by non-traditional (5 m) distances were associated with opposite (basic) shifts in pH within the non-injected, non-local volume. In the present experiments, employing a different technology, pairs of beakers separated by 1 m containing either 25 cc, 50 cc, or 100 cc of spring water were placed within toroids generating weak (30, 300 nT) changing acceleration magnetic fields with 1 ms, 2 ms, or 3 ms point durations or a field whose point durations changed. When a proton source (weak acid) was injected into one beaker (local) pH shifts in the other (non-local) beaker exhibit increased acidity for the 3 ms point duration but increased alkalinity for the 1 ms duration. Neither intermittent point durations nor variable point durations for the same volumes of water placed between the two magnetic field-coupled beakers exhibited significant changes from baseline. Contingent upon the point duration of the applied field, the pH shift was consistent with a fixed quantity of decreased free protons (increased pH) or increased protons (decreased pH) in the non-local beakers. The opposite directions of the pH shifts at 1 ms and 3 ms that correspond to quantitative cosmological solutions for electrons and protons suggest these results may reflect a fundamental physical process.

In the present paper, a generalization of the method of partial summation of the expansion of the thermodynamical potential is proposed. This generalization allows one to obtain the corresponding equations for higher-order correlation matrices, as well as to formulate the variational method for their solution. We show that correlation matrices of equilibrium quantum system satisfy a variational principle for thermodynamic potential which is functional of these matrices that provides a thermodynamic consistency of the theory. This result is similar to a variational principle for correlation functions of classical systems.

The Amati and Yonetoku relations are two of the main energy and luminosity correlations that currently exist for gamma-ray bursts (GRBs). The Amati relation is a correlation between the intrinsic peak energy, Epeak, in the vFv spectrum of a burst and its equivalent isotropic energy, Eiso. The Yonetoku relation is a correlation between Epeak and the isotropic peak luminosity, Liso. In this paper, we use a recent data sample of 65 GRBs to investigate whether these two relations evolve with redshift, z. The z-correction and the?k-correction are both taken into account. Our method consists of binning the data in redshift, z, then applying (for each bin) a fit of the form:?log(Eiso) = A + Blog(Epeak/Epeak>) for the Amati relation, and of the form:?log(Liso) = A + Blog(Epeak/Epeak>) for the Yonetoku relation, where Epeak> is the mean value of the peak energy for the entire sample. The objective is to see whether the two fitting parameters, A and B, evolve systematically with z. Good least-squares fits were obtained with reasonable values for the linear regression coefficient, r. Our results indicate that the normalization, A, and the slope, B, do not evolve with redshift, and hence the Amati and Yonetoku relations seem to be redshift independent.

The distribution of relative angles between the intermediate mass fragments has been measured and analyzed for thermal multifragmentation in p + Au collisions at 2.1, 3.6 and 8.1 GeV. The analysis has been done on an event by event basis. The multibody Coulomb trajectory calculations of all charged particles have been performed starting with the initial break-up conditions given by the combined model with the revised intranuclear cascade (INC) followed by the statistical multifragmentation model. The measured correlation function was compared with the calculated one to find the actual time scale of the intermediate mass fragment (IMF) emission. It found transition from sequential evaporation for p(2.1 GeV) + Au to simultaneous multibody decay of a hot and expanded nuclear system in case of p(8.1 GeV) + Au.

Using a statistical method which is based on random matrix theory, the results for the nearest-neighbor energy spacing distributions E(S) obtained from experimental as well as from computational data have been selected for review study. The obtained results confirm that the energy spacing correlation between secondary charged particles depends upon the charged particles multiplicity and central collisions are also associated with charged particles multiplicity.

Nucleon-nucleon (NN) correlations and their isospin dependence in asymmetric nuclear matter are of great nterest since they are closely related to the structure of neutron-rich nuclei[1], particle production in heavy-ion ollisions[2], and neutron-star physics[3]. The many-body correlations among nucleons can be directly reflected in the neutron and proton spectral functions[4], and the latter may play an important role in understanding the nature f the NN correlations, especially the short-range and tensor correlations in asymmetric nuclear matter.

We investigate and compare the stability of the Erdos-Renyi random graphs (RG) and Barabasi-Albert scale-free networks (SF) under a simple attack and repair evolution model. We introduce a new quantity, Invulnerability I(s),to describe the stability of the system.We find that both RG and SF can evolve to a stationary state.The stationary value Ic has a power-law dependence on the average degree for RG;and an exponential relationship with the repair probability psf for SF.
